I booked this holiday for 6 of us for only 1650 all inclusive I wasn’t expecting much was just cheap nice break . It’s quite a way from airport long coach ride , not much in near by town but it’s okay beaches are lovely you can feed fish in sea it’s great fun for children . The hotel is great clean tidy , we had issue with sink was fixed in no time . The staff are brilliant you couldn’t ask for more . Entertainment is really good pools are lovely they really are as good as the pictures . Bar area nice tidy . Food hall tidy clean food always being replaced as soon run out . Foods good I was really very impressed by this place and would happily go back again if you are looking for a cheap get away this is the place to go . You will not be disappointed
The best hotel ever ignore the reviews so good especially for the price food excellent pizza was different but if ur going abroad u can't expect much rooms were nice and even if they weren't ur not going to be sitting around all day and as long as it has a bed to sleep in its grand all round the best holiday ever tons of things to do sooo fun too good 4 words
This hotel is not very good if you want to relax very noisy at night after every one has drunk all the all incusive drink allowance food was ok but if I was served this in a restaurant and paid for it I would have been disappointed but what do you expect from a 3 star all inclusive you get what you pay for
Positives: The hotel is clean. Pools are clean and nice, plenty of sunbeds, great music. Beautiful beach minutes away. Negatives: Food was awful (easily dealt with) Staff unhelpful Solutions: Brushed off rude staff, never let them bother us after that. We ate out in an array of reasonably priced restaurants just a few minutes walk away. BUT... BIG BUT.... WALLS ARE LIKE PAPER. I MEAN PAPER. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING TO PHONE CALLS, SEX (LOL) AND SNORING..... WAS AWFUL....just awful :-( NO SLEEP, FELT SORRY FOR THE REST OF MY FAMILY AS I CHOSE THE HOTEL LOL OOPS
Bad points first.... Although I smoke & drink (naughty I know!) The main clientele smoke & drink heavily & the outside area/bar is like a smog & constantly filled with drunk people (I know you should be able to do as you want on holiday, but this is to the extreme!) The check in procedure was painfully slow, we waited over an hour in a queue as there was not enough staff (2 receptionists) & not that welcoming. The transfer time from the airport took over 3 hours as the shuttle goes to every hotel in the area & we were the last stop, A private taxi would be far better. As soon as you check in you are asked for the local tax & many people were unaware, this amounted to a fair sum as we were there for 14 days. This money is just put on the side so I really wonder if it is local tax?! 14 nights of wifi was also expensive so before you even got to your room you had spent another £150. Our room said it had a pool view but instead we had a view of a vast green roof. We asked to change rooms & informed this was an extra 10 euros per night. We decided to pay for the upgrade as I was unhappy. This cheap holiday ended up being very expensive! There is virtually no adult entertainment except for Karaoke in the upper bar & the downstairs bar has limited seating especially in high season. Apart from a couple of bar staff the rest were absolutely miserable, I know they work long hours but should hide their dissatisfaction. We went in October when the season is coming to an end & after a hectic summer the staff can't wait to have a rest, which is understandable. Majorca has become expensive over the past few years so unless you stay in the all inclusive hotel complex & don't venture out you would be fine. The locals apart from a few do not seem to give a warm welcome as other countries do & it is a shame as their main income comes from the holiday business. The town of Callas de mallorca has been refurbished in the last few years so we had a better experience than the last time we went a few years ago. At the end of the season the supermarkets don't restock shelves as they close for the winter. Now the best points... The hotel grounds, pool area, bar & restaurant are extremely clean & scenic. We enjoyed our meals every single night. The room we paid extra for was also nice but at a cost. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again and probably wouldn't visit this part of majorca again either as other areas seem better, I am truly not a moaner & am very open minded but do feel I've given a fair review on our experience.…
