A nice hotel, but a considerable distance from the centre of C'an Picafort although there are a few bars & restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are adequate with comfy beds, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is also quite good. The biggest let downs for me were the transfer time (longer than the flight from Manchester to Palma!) & via Pollensa & Alcudia. We upgraded to a private transfer for the return journey (at considerable cost) as we couldn't bear the thought of returning on the shuttle. I also question why (as someone who smokes) all of the outside areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking - even the pool area which is totally open & this seems rather discriminatory to me. At the very least have a few tables set aside where people can have a cigarette.
We recently went to Ferrer Concord Hotel for a 5 night all-inclusive break for our friend's 30th birthday. From the start the staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room had a sea view and a balcony and was cleaned very well every day by housekeeping. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was so tasty and they had a great variety of different food options to try. The Bar had an amazing range of drinks included in the all-inclusive including premium spirirts like Absolut etc. I would like in particular to highlight Sergio, who was on the Bar a few nights when we stayed there. He was so friendly, helpful, attentive, and really looked after our group. Great guy. All the staff made us feel so welcome and were helpful with any request. The Spa across the road (which can be used by Ferrer guests) was amazing! I usually find checking in and out of hotels (particularly at busy times) can be stressful, but the staff at Ferrer Concord gave us a really nice welcome and a nice goodbye at the end. In summary - great location, great hotel, lovely food and drink, amazing staff. 10 out of 10!…
As a solo traveler I stayed at the Ferrer for a week. I think I was the only English person in the hotel. I felt I couldn't use the pool, I couldn't get anywhere near it anyway! (very Small) and nobody spoke to me all week, just stared at me! Good the beach was right outside and I was off Cycling most the of the day. Hotel: The hotel is lovey, very clean. Rooms are not overly big for two. but plenty of storage. Food: Very good for a buffet, good choice, hot. Only down side is they served Lunch in the sister hotel, which was very busy, noisy. Pool: Small, although you can us the sister hotels pool, but defeats the object of going Adult only! Entertainment: Didn't feel comfortable going. Staff: Exceptional Plus side: Garage storage for Cycles I wouldn't recommend this hotel for solo travelers, only to couples. Very nice area of Can Picafort, a lot quieter that the main part. There's a shuttle take takes you to the shopping area, which stops outside. Lovely walk/cycle path along the beach front.…
I have just returned from 4 days at the Ferrer Concord. Although we only had a short stay, I have to say that I have not one niggle to mention. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were all extremely hard working, friendly and attentive and the view from our room was amazing - definitely worth paying a little extra for a sea view. The location was great with a few shops and bars all in the immediate vicinity with the beach right outside and the main town, Ca'n Picafort within walking distance. Although we went in September meaning there were very few children around, this hotel is more designed for adults with the larger hotel, Ferrer Janeiro, more suitable for families or large groups. Lunch and evening entertainment were held at the Janeiro which is a 2 minute walk from the Concord and all the staff there are equally as fantastic with a special mention to Dumi who is the most incredible asset to the hotel. I have never seen one man do the job of a whole animation team and be so talented and funny at the same time! I have been on quite a few holidays and there are not many that I would return to but this is one I most certainly would. It really was a fantastic break which makes all the difference as my Mum had never been abroad before so it was such a relief that her first experience was so good. My only slight grumble was that the transfer from the airport was almost as long as the flight itself. After nearly 2 hours we reached the hotel as the coach had so many drop offs to do on the way so we were a little tired and frustrated when we arrived but nothing to do with the hotel, just the transfer arrangement - we could have saved an hour at least if it had taken us directly or had less drop offs to do en route. Overall though a fantastic holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to return!…
Had the best week at the Ferrer Concord, staff were absolutely superb, really friendly and attentive. Great selection for all meals and all inclusive at the bar was amazing, good quality wines and cava was included which was a nice surprise. Right on the beach with great views from the pool and the restaurant. Sun loungers were comfy and we never had an issue getting one. Also my husband and I did not have any issues as two gay men, some hotels it can be uncomfortable but there were no comments or looks from staff or other guests. Can't wait to come back!
Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable. The food is really delicious. I would like to say a special thank you to the amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Special thank you to Lucian, Nieves, Andres, Jesus, Mokhtar, Mar and Marga S. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you very much everyone:)
The hotel is beautifully situated at the sea and has all you would ever want. The food is excellent and has a splendor of variety to meet whatever you ever want. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful To be recommended
The Ferrer Concorde is faultless in our opinion. The whole place is spotless with cleaners always to be seen somewhere or other. The food is second to none and you would have to be the fussiest person alive if you couldn't find something you liked. There is cuisine to suit every nationality- breakfast for example consists of about 8 sweet pastries, the same of rolls and bread, meats, cheeses, salads and so on, and then the full English with several types of eggs cooked to order, sausages, many tomato styles, juices of every kind, I could go on but trust me you won't go hungry. It's all top quality too. Entertainment is the funniest down primarily to a man called Dimitri who is the most versatile and friendly man you can imagine. He has a total rapport with the children at his 'mini disco' and he is incredibly popular. Our room had a spectacular sea view and we slept to the sound of waves breaking on the beach. There is a smallish pool with sunbeds always available, and the beach is literally a few metres away. My only gripe is something that could be remedied easily if we come again and that is that our flight from Bristol was shorter than the transfer time from Palma to the hotel which was almost 3 hours, and having risen at 3am we weren't in the mood for that! Next time we would hire a car at the airport as we usually hire one at some stage.…
Very nice hotel with modern style. Sea view rooms are excellent. Nice buffet with big variety. The location itself is perfect for a quiet holiday. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is great. Many shops around. Highly recommended!
My husband and I loved this place. Adults only is a bonus right away for us, but you can use their sister hotel just across the road. Our room was a sea view and it was great to listen to the waves at night. Staff all so friendly and smiley. Food and drink really good. We ate for dinner twice during the week we stayed too. Even on our last day they were so helpful. We would genuinely return here. Good value for money. Also to add that the gym was really good - some good equipment and so we could keep up with exercise too! Lovely, lovely hotel.
