I have been a recurring guest, this time for a tight fortnight. For this great hotel and its always caring, always friendly staff I have nothing but best praise. The place just is as tidy and clean as can be. My simple but pleasant room with side view to the sea held any comfort I would need. The food, especially the warm buffet in the evening offers all kinds of treats you could possibly think of, given it is 'just' half-board.. A choice of several meat and fish dishes each time, along with vegetable, pasta and potatoe sides. Great choices of starters, salads and desserts. With their buffet, the hotel cooks can compete with any regular restaurant with ease. Very good, I praised them several times. I think they rotate the menue on a weekly base. Make sure to tip them, if you enjoyed it. I arrived only late in the evening, when kitchen was closed for good, but the front desk had arranged for a cold dinner for me without even being asked for. I credit the staff especially for this as well as for the warm welcome I received. It made me feel like the lost son coming home. The only letdown I could name was the behaviour of other guests, predominantly and sadly, my fellow citizens. While staff acted professionally during the Corona crisis in terms of observing precaution measurements, as displayed by signs in the dining room , some guests were completely oblivious. Even worse, on being addressed, got very aggressive within seconds. Can't help it indeed. Anyway, I hope these people will stay healthy.…
Well maintained modern hotel with a beachy decor. Clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Good food with diverse choices, even carved a suckling pig one evening. A few blocks to the sea. Street parking was available. Oceanview rooms are available. Pool area was nice, but water was cold during first week of October.
Got checked in with no problems, you have to pay for safe deposit box but that's the norm, the receptionist Celeste was very helpful, polite and informative, the room itself couldn't have been better,we were right next to the pool and as we were self catering you couldn't fault it also it had kettle toaster but not enough cutlery for anymore than two people.the maid service was a bit iffy but all in all I certainly wouldn't put anyone off, also checkout went well and with early morning phone call and taxi ordered. Would go back again no problem
Have just come back from hotel vista park after a weeks stay. Do not listen to any bad reviews the hotel is lovely very clean and modern lovely pool bar open till midnight comfy beds lovely rooms the higher rooms can have sea views. It is 5 min walk to lovely beach with restaurants and bars it's a 20 min walk to the main town flat along sea front but to be honest the beach is not nearly as nice and really crowded so didn't bother again as our beach was so lovely would not hesitate to recommend this hotel we did bed and breakfast and it was great .there were 6 of us ladies and we fully intend to go again. There is more night life in the main town if that's what you are after and its a lovely walk to get there just one thing tea and coffee facilities not provided in rooms but you can get tea coffee etc from the restaurant and just take your own travel kettle other than that it's pretty much perfect give it a try!…
Absolute rubbish boring as hell the drink prices are thru the roof the pool area is small & the pool is shaded till afternoon small hotel full of Germans no English & the staff in the dinning area are rude & unhelpful basically no entertainment had one night out of 7 & that was a boring as hell flop nowhere good to go outside the hotel the whole place is dead. This hotel should be advertised for the elderly or straight laced Germans my advise would be avoid unless you hate having any fun 👎🏻👎🏻
Myself and my girlfriend booked our first holiday in Majorca and first time at this hotel. In all honesty I cannot find a reason to complain about Vista Park Hotel. The food was excellent and each day there was a different variety of food available. The members of staff were always friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome from day one. Hotel room and facilities are modern, clean, and smell refreshing. The location of this hotel is excellent as its only about 300m from the beach. The area around the hotel is quiet so if you are looking for a quiet relaxing hotel this is a very good choice. Overall, I can see us coming back here and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for hotels to stay at in Majorca.
Hotel is new. It's a 3* hotel because a mini bar is missing. The rest has 4* standard. Very good: new rooms, nice balcon, huge shower and modern bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Friendly people at reception and in the restaurant. Very close to the beach. A small minus for the dinner opening time, 21:00 closing is too early. Another small minus are the poorly soundproofed rooms. You can easily hear your neighbors. Resume: Very nice and new hotel. I would defenetly come again. Good job, guys of Vista Park Hotel!
We picked this location as it was near to where a friend was getting married. We were close to the beach, as well as lots of nice restaurants and bars, so it was perfect! We also had a lovely sea view. There's also a shop very nearby which is handy for buying water. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a fridge to keep our drinks cool would have been ideal! Unfortunately we were woken up on a few occasions by the cleaners in neighbouring rooms. The pool was never crowded, and we always managed to get a sun lounger in the sun. Breakfast was OK, always had plenty to eat, though tended to eat very similar things for 7 days straight. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Two things that were a little unclear, firstly, you can have a cold breakfast before 7:45am (when the buffet starts) but you must let the staff know the night before. But we only found this out after asking, the information isn't available anywhere else! Secondly, the hotel does airport transfers, but you must book these 3 days in advance. In Spain, they work on a 24 hour clock. So if you say your flight is at 11:30, regardless of whether you confirm am or pm, that means am! There was a slight mix up with our transfers, but the manager very kindly sorted the problem for us. Overall, a really lovely stay, and I would certainly return if in the area again.…
Stayed in the annex for 1 week. Lovely 2-room appartment with kitchen, desk/chair and sofas. Recently renovated, excellent sunbeds outside, the annex was not fully booked so there were enough for everyone. Cleaning friendly and efficient, however the cleaning detergent was very heavily perfurmed, so if you are perfume sensitive/intolerant, this is not the best hotel. Very close to the quiet San Baulo beach. All hotel staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was short and efficient. Had breakfast+dinner at restaurant, fine quality - lots of it and a variation daily so you didn't get tired of it.
This is a standard three star Spanish hotel. Fairly well located for the beach (5 mins walk). Rooms are great - very modern, white, clean and fresh - with a good sized flat screen tv on the wall. And, we had a great sea view. Staff very friendly. And check in very efficient. I deducted two blobs on the rating because - (i) I do not believe that charging for pool towels is acceptable (15 euros deposit and then the non returnable cost for each towel), (ii) the safes in the room require a key - come on, it's 2018 how old fashioned!, (iii) wifi was terrible and slow and (iii) the breakfast was VERY poor - in terms of choice and quality. The pool is also very small and crowded. I'd recommend this hotel if you get a good / cheap deal. Otherwise - there are better hotels nearby with much bigger pools and closer to the beach.…
