This was a great stay. Location is excellent, the food was awesome! Even for Vegetarian it was super nice, they had everything one could ask for really, and I mean that for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were big and good. Mostly used by families but still a good choice for a nice week at the beach.
Beautiful beach and location, comfortable and useful apartments with daily equipment. Romantic promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We loved it so much that we’ll definitely come back again!
This is a great hotel with an extremely good position at the start of the Can Pacifort beach, with only 50 m walk from the beach, rooms are spacious, clean, spotless, room service, with clean linen, towels, and amenities , and a small kitchenette with working appliances, good size bathroom, spotless, nice shower, and close by shops and amenities. Very close to the town centre of Can Pacifort and the beach. Location is excellent. Quiet rooms and air conditioning is working well, excellent 8.5-9 reasonably priced, 4-star hotel Very close parking, off street free parking. If you are planning for a holiday with visiting other places in Mallorca, I recommend renting
On arriving at the hotel at 03.30,(after a long transfer)our passports were taken and then we were informed that we were going in a taxi to an apartment because our room wouldnt be ready until about 12 noon,a taxi would bring us back in the morning for breakfast,we were very cross and upset by this,when we got to the apartment the taxi driver left us outside the wrong place and assured us it was right place, the key didnt fit,we managed to find the right entrance, which was in darkness.this ruined the start of our holiday,there was no explanation or apology from anyone, having said this, we managed to have a good holiday, as the hotel was very nice, clean and the waiting staff were very attentive
I have just got back from a week stay at this hotel and it got off on a terrible start. We had arrived at the hotel after a full 11 and a half hours of travelling so my family and I were very tired and all we wanted was to lie down in our beds in the hotel room and get a good night sleep. However, this didn't happen because when we eventually got to the hotel at 3:30am, we were informed there was no room for us and had to stay in an apartment "100 metres" down the road. They shoved us in a taxi where we were driven to the apartment which the driver couldn't even find and left us to it. The next morning, they told us we had to walk to the hotel with our two 20kg suitcases and it took us half an hour to find the hotel. Once we arrived for the second time, we were then told there was still no room and we wouldn't have a room for another 3 hours or so. Bearing in mind in this apartment there was no food or water and we hadn't had anything since before we got on our flight. We then stated that we hadn't eaten and this sort of thing shouldn't happen and the HORRIBLE WOMAN AT RECEPTION who was around 40-50 and had blonde hair then argued back at us saying this always happens in a lot of hotels. She then finally agreed to get us some breakfast yet we still had to pay for our drinks! This woman was very rude and she is a terrible woman to be representing the hotel.
