This hotel is not for the UK tourist - there are so many rules it takes any fun out of your holiday. We booked all inclusive but we should have booked half board as it was a waste of money. The bar is never manned and when questioned Jesus said I am not here to be your pal 😂.. I said I’m not looking for a pal just the service I have paid for - Jesus and the receptionist Regina then spoke in Spanish clearly moaning about the question asked. Food wise is set times and you cannot take any food away - you cannot take anything to your room so if you are not hungry when they open the restaurant it’s tough. Leaving you Feeling abit like a child. The snacks are non existent inbetween. (Leftover breakfast and olives) Alcohol is very basic, cheap and the variety again isn’t great and with only 3 cocktails that are poured out of a juice bottle and this is when you are lucky enough for a barman to be there. The pool closes at 6pm and there is no entertainment AT ALL so the evenings are dead, no atmosphere whatsoever. We originally booked a junior suite but was advised they weren’t available and we had to be downgraded to standard for more money (this consists of two single beds pushed together, we are a couple in our 30s and couldn’t have a cuddle at night as the beds fell apart 😂) we could be mates.. The beds on the pool side are €30 a day and any drinks after 11pm are chargeable and the bar is manned from this time 🙄.. it’s not all inclusive they know by having all these rules they lose minimal money and that’s a real shame as the hotel is lovely and relaxing when you take out the above. I would recommend to older couples/Germans or Spanish as we were literally the only English here and we felt they made it clear we was not important! THIS WAS NOT A CHEAP HOLIDAY!!! I would avoid…
The Hotel was really nice and newly refurbished. We have stayed in an apartment on the top floor. It was clean and really nice with a whirlpool inside the room. The view was really amazing as the room looked in the direction to the sea. Breakfast was alright and the Receptionist and the Manager Lady were really kind and very helpful. As this Hotel is an Adult only Hotel no Children were shouting around at all times which makes is really relaxing. All together I could really recommend this Hotel!
Had a wonderful few days at Triton Beach Hotel. We were very looked after by all the staff from Reception, Bar & Restaurant. In particular by the ever smiling face of Laura. The restaurant was very clean in very pleasant sounding by the Pool with both indoor and outdoor sitting. The food both at breakfast & dinner was freshly cooked with a large selection. Had a great time and look forward to returning next year. Thank all the the Triton Beach Hotel.
On arrival, the hotel looked ok. Reception is all white and looked clean. Receptionists didnt seem to talk much english and did not explain where breakfast/dinner was or the times. We had booked a deluxe junior suite with the hot tub. Room looked quite modern but the hot tub looked dirty and our bed sheets had stains on which didnt look too pleasent. There was alot of dust on the top of the head board also. A fridge was in the room but no mirror. Good T.V with some good channels. When we were going in and out, none of the staff greeted us or asked us how our stay was and seemed to us like they didnt really care. We only sat by the pool once because the loungers are disgustingly dirty.. when we did sit there, we used the double bed and after a few minutes, somebody asked us to pay 25 euros or move. I was not going to pay 25 euros for a dirty bed. This hotel in my opinion is not 4*, more like 3*. We were walking by the beach one day and come across a 4* hotel called Son Moll Sentits and it looked beautiful so on our last night we decided to check out of Triton and check into Son Moll. Well, just wow!!!! If you want a beautiful hotel with great service, then pay the bit extra and stay there.…
Hotel is in great location for the beach, shops, church and market. Had a land train journey around the island. Get the train from outside the Information Office. A Burger King Deal for 5 Euros was very good (Burger, Fries, Drink and ice cream) .
