Our cash was stolen from the room while having breakfast. We know the cash was in our wallets because we paid in cash for dinner the night before. Also, it was gone from my and my wife’s wallets so it couldn’t be just lost or coincidence. The only time we didn’t have our back packs that contained our wallets in them was during this breakfast just before checking-out. The breakfast took 15 minutes max. We stayed at the 2nd floor. Balcony doors and windows were closed. Even wooden sun covers were closed. Doors were locked with a key upon leaving for breakfast (not a card lock). The staff was uncooperative in helping to resolve the issue and refused to show security recordings for some vague “legal” reasons (basically balming GDPR). Room service (cleaners) were trying to enter our room for at least 3 times while we stayed at the hotel. One time just 3-4 hours after our check-in they were trying to enter the room but couldn’t as the key was inserted from inside. When I came out of the room asking what do they want they looked surprised that we’re there (we were sleeping because we had an overnight ferry) and asked if we need a new towel or toilet paper. Seems strange when this happens 3 hours after you enter freshly prepared room after check-in. When we reported about the theft via booking site messages to the staff, we almost got threatened for accusing them for stealing which we did not in the first place. The receptionist that has spoken english pretty ok while checking-out (we still didn’t know that we were robbed), has totally forgotten how to speak english when we arrived at the lobby after finding out about the theft. She said she cannot understand us and doesn’t speak english :) We paid in cash for the stay in the hotel and paid in cash at the bar for the drinks. It would be just another theft from a hotel room, probably, if it wasnt done in a broad daylight, in 15 minutes time that we were out of the room that was locked and had its balcony’s door closed (including the wooden sun covers). Cannot directly point the fingers to the staff or room service, cause I have no evidence and weren’t allowed to review security recordings, but this raises too damn many questions. I hope the police will be given the access to the security footage and will find out what has happened. If I were you, I would avoid this hotel. This has totally ruined our vacation mood (at least tenporarily) because it is really really disgusting to be robbed and then be treated rude and suspiciously by the staff.

This hotel is called a spa hotel im not sure why the spa was a locked building up the road when we asked we were told it would take hours to fill the spa, it was not staffed and did not offer what they state outside hotel. the pool is big enough for about 6 people and the hotel only has about 20 sunbeds. The staff looked miserable and rarely spoke if they did it was in German even though we were English in a Spanish country. so not sure why that was, there is no entertainment and the food was poor. The room was clean.

I’ve just got back from a holiday to Cala Ratjada and stayed in Bellavista. The hotel itself is basic, which is to be expected for the price, but there are several reasons why I’ve only given this 2 stars. In the description my room was described as having a ‘terrace or balcony’, mine had neither (just a window!). There’s no WiFi in the rooms, only in reception. The cleaners are lovely, but they arrive from 8am and ‘do not disturb’ signs are not provided. You have to hire a safe and a fridge, otherwise you don’t have access to either. The pool is tiny and shaded, I didn’t spend one day there. I’m really surprised to see reviews which say the hotel staff are friendly, apart from the receptionist on my last morning (who I had not seen before then and was extremely helpful) I would not describe the staff as friendly AT ALL. The positives are the location, Cala Ratjada itself is beautiful and the hotel is central enough but on a back street so you can’t hear a huge amount from the busy centre. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is decent. If I could give half stars I would give 2 and a half, but as I can’t I’m only giving it 2 stars. I would recommend for the price alone, but it’s probably worth spending a little more and getting more for your money.

I visited the hotel at the beginning of May as a solo traveller. Since it was low season, I was given a big room for 4 guests. The hotel is very clean but the decor needs refreshing. Also some toiletries would be appreciated in the bathroom (soap and shampoo were only provided in the shower). Breakfast was included and there was a good selection. The best thing about the hotel was the staff though. Everyone was smiley and very helpful. Locator is also great, a few minutes walk to the harbour, restaurants and beaches. Good value for money.

We only stayed for one night at this hotel as it was the sister hotel for the hotel we had originally booked which had been overbooked. We were sent here at 1am, bitterly disappointed by this hotel. The room was tiny, claustrophobic. Insects and ants throughout the room and the 1990s tv stuck by duck tape to the wall stand. The bedding didn't feel clean as I felt itchy the following morning. Staff were nice and breakfast was mediocre but did the job. I wouldn't recommend this place, only stayed as I had no choice. Shambles of a hotel group, Smartline.

Stayed here for 1 night, very good standard room and hotel very nice. Friendly welcoming staff and reasonable prices, also a slight walk to the nightlife so not too noisy at night - would definitely return

We stayed for ten nights with our four year old son. Very clean and staff were very accommodating. Location was ideal for getting out and about. You get what you pay for.. Basic rooms, the food was plentiful and varied... Pool small. Only downside was the children's pool was a corner in the main pool which was about four feet by four feet. Would stay again.
