A pleasant enough hotel - clean and tidy and situated in a prime spot over looking the bay. We felt there was no character (felt very clinical) especially in the restaurant and bar area. Pros - The location - Lovely pool and quality little gym - Friendly staff - The quality and variety of food Cons - Felt very corporate and bland throughout - The restaurant location - 1st floor in the middle of hotel, no windows - €20 to use the room safe for the week - Too many additional charges - No water in the room fridge - Really poor entertainment

Great value for a 4 star hotel, hotel itself is kept very clean, food very nice and reasonable choice, majority of staff very nice and helpful. Hotel location is superb if you like a quiet holiday directly overlooking the sea. Lovely beach 15 mins stroll along the promenade . We were there for 2 weeks and I have to say the pool needed cleaning so I didn’t go in the last 2 days, but the sea was still lovely and warm so went there instead. Port and harbour 25 mins walk and worth it ! Went on boat trip again well worth doing. Overall we had a lovely stay, will visit again.

Stayed here for 10 nights in October, we arrived around 2am in the morning and after an eventful check-in, we were taken to the restaurant for a very welcome late night snack and drinks. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is looking good, our room was large and bright and very clean. All the staff are lovely, friendly and very, very hard working (especially the restaurant staff). I found the food to be of high quality and a good variety - ok chips and pizza was there lunch and dinner everyday, but the selection of fresh salads and different main dishes left you with too much choice at times! The pool area was lovely and spacious and there were always spare loungers available even though the hotel was pretty full. So now for the cons and pros (I want to finish on positive notes)... Cons: Housekeeping: Start around 8:30am and moving furniture around can be heard from 4 or 5 rooms away, I just wish they would start later, I'm on holiday, I want to sleep in. The Rooms: There are no drapes or blinds at the windows, just a black-out curtain, now our room was overlooked by a lot of rooms, so we either had to sit with the curtain shut or just wave at the neighbours, please add some drapes or viols so you can enjoy the view from the room without having to get too intimate with the person on the balcony next to you. Dirty glasses: In the restaurant, I think this was down to how busy it was but every meal time all the "clean" glasses were still wet and hot from being washes, but still had bits of food on them, that's nasty. Safes and Pool Towels: You have to pay a 20euro deposit and a daily fee of 2.5euro to use the safe, come on either you hotel is safe and you trust your staff, but this feels like a rip off, the safe is electronic so it costs nothing. Now the beach towels, 10euro deposit per towel, but you have to pay if you want it cleaned, 1euro! Come on, I can get clean towels every day in my room, but I have to pay for my beach towel to be washed, that feels like a rip-off, never been anywhere that does that. I stayed 10 days, no one wants the same pool towel for 10 days! Pros: Clean spacious rooms, lovely pool area, good quality food, great views of the ocean, lovely, lovely staff, lots of sun loungers. No music around the pool, so nice to have the chance to sit and read and relax without listening to pounding music- don't get me wrong I love clubbing, but there are times you just want to listen to the splash of the pool and not some rusty old speakers turned up too loud.

Just returned from a week at this Hotel. On arrival Sara on reception could not have been more helpful, keeping our cases and sending us for lunch before the restaurant closed. On our return she explained everything about the hotel in perfect English. The majority of staff are multilingual and switch from Spanish to English to German with ease. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We had upgraded to a sea view and wow what a view - see photo taken from our balcony. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped- as other reviews have mentioned you do have to pay for the safe and there are no tea making facilities. The pool area was good and we had no problem getting sunbeds. The staff in the restaurant are all friendly and helpful working hard clearing tables and serving drinks(the machines are not self service but operated for you). Beeakfast seemed to be the same most days but with lots of options to choose from - cooked english, cheese and ham continental, fruit, cereals, yoghurts, pastries etc. We both enjoyed the lunches and dinners although the queue for the show cooking could be a bit long. We found the food to be full of flavour without being over spiced. On occasion they did run out of cuos or glasses and a short wait while they were replenished. Desserts could be a bit repetitive and there was quite a lot of tinned fruit. The hotel is a short walk to the main shopping areas and beaches. All the nearby beaches are quite small being in breathtakingly beautiful coves. Would definitely return to this hotel if we were revisiting this part of Majorca.
