We spent one week in this hotel. We are very satisfied.Super location, super team! They are so nice. We had a double room with a sea view and a balcony. The room was cleaned every day. For our son we have got a childbed. Breakfast was small but tasty and for us it was enough. Maria arranged the transfer from Airport to the Hotel. There was no air condition in the room, but we had a ventilator. It was enough. We would like to come back to this hotel .Greetings from Germany!

We have been here for 5 nights and we enjoyed our room with sea view directly in the center of cala ratjada. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but does the trick. I would recommend it for the price quality you can get here.

Located right across the road from the harbour/port. 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, turquoise , shallow calm sea. Large spacious room. Ensuite bathroom. Cleaned every day incl clean towels. Beds remade by cleaner! Although no fridge/kettle etc we improvised....we bought a bucket and a pack of ice daily to keep the drinks chilled. 60 Euro per night per room for two people. July 8-12 . lovely pedestrianised sea front full of lovely restaurants/bars leading to another beach, Sol Moll, 20 minute walk away. Mainly German and Dutch, very few English (we had to watch the England v Croatia match in a bar full of Germans (nothing against Germans!) with me wearing a union jack dress lol

Stayed there for 4 nights in June 2017. The room exceeded my expectations. The room could not have been cleaner and it had a nice size bathroom. The location was great because it is located on the street adjacent to the marina, which is the street that has the most activities on it and has the most action. Yet it is close to the far end of the main action strip and thus you don't get all of the noise from all the people traveling in the main tourist area. Also, it is on the side of the town of Cala Ratjada closest to the best beach in that area so the walk to that beach is shorter than is the case with most of the other hotels in the area. However, that walk is still substantial. (Drive there if you can). My room had a great view of the harbor. The owner of this hotel could not have been nicer. She even carried my suitcase to my room even though I asked her to let me carry it since I am twice her size. The price of the room was very reasonable.

It's a lovely small hotel by the harbour, less than 100 metres from the sea. I have a room with great view, fast wifi and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and it was very nice, and plenty of freshly brood coffee. The place is run by Spanish people but the majority of guests are German, so it's not English or Spanish but German in the hall or restaurant. But I suppose it's to be expected in Majorca. I had a great stay. BTW, earplugs (as I'm a light sleeper) might be handly as there are some bars outside but not too bad :))

We found flights to Mallorca for £50 each return, so booked them. Now we had to find somewhere to stay, lots of places were beyond our modest budget but then we found the Hostal Cala Ratjada, which we booked knowing only a very little about the resort or hotel. We booked in and on arrival at 03 00 we were met in the street my the night man who took our bags, checked us and took us and the bags to our first floor room all in quicksticks. After a quick look round the bathroom ect. we had a few hours sleep. Then it was time for breakfast but not before opening the curtains and shutters onto the wonderful harbour side view across the road. The continental breakfast was very good with warm rolls ect, served my a lovely Spanish lady. After this we went to see our way round the resort, which was bigger than we expected with four nice beaches to visit, nice shops and loads of bars & restaurants. The harbour offered lots of boat trips and there was a good bus service to other resorts, also a local land train round town and to the beaches. The week went by far too quickly, but the holiday was wonderful and we will go back before too long.

very simple hotel in the centre of Cala but superb value. reasonable rooms, very clean, small balcony but room for two chairs and a little table which suited us fine for a drink in the evening before dinner. no fans or AC but we asked for a fan and were given one without a problem. I would think essential in the summer. staff friendly.WIfi available downstairs at reception but not in rooms. only thing I would suggest is some new towels which actually absorb water! they are pretty old and thin and really did not do much of a job At drying you!!!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Our room had a great view overlooking the harbour. The rooms and the entire hotel are cleaned regularly and everything is spotless. Towels and bedsheets cleaned every day. The location is fantastic - right in the centre of town close to all the shops and some great restaurants. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.
