The personal of this hotel has been very attending to all our needs in spite of the corona virus restrictions. They take all measures of disinfection and work with a mask on their faces all around the clock.
The rooms could be a bit bigger. There is not enough space for the luggage in the closet. We have had problems to understand how the safe works (its not an automatic one) at the beginning.
We have been offered an upgrade with a room on the 6th floor. Rooms up to the 4th floor that have a lateral sea view are facing the hotel over the street and i guess there is not much of a sea view.
On the other hand the views from the 9th floor where the hotel's restaurant is located are very beautiful. The fitness room is tiny and the infinity pool on the 9th floor is not for claustrophobic persons.
The reservation for a dinner at the hotel should be made at least a day before. We have asked in the morning if we could eat at the evening and we were told its not possible. At that night there were only 4 guests in the restaurant so that we couldn't understand the reason of booking a day before. The ingredients for the menu weren't so exotic (to be found and be prepared 24 hours before) and thats why i still don't get it but those are the regulations. We ate dinner a day later (Mallorca local dishes) and we were all alone after an older couple left just as we have started our dinner.
The dinner was indeed tasteful.
I would like to thank the stuff working in the basement during the breakfast time.
They are doing a great job and are all very kind.

P.S
The lady offering massage is doing a great job but she needs some more space and an adequate ambiance.

Very friendly and professional team of staff who warmly welcome guests and help them well. We arrived and were immediately offered a drink, (champagne, water).

It smells nice and fresh and it's quiet. Adults only, so no children running around.
Nice places by the pool, always place, no towel is laid early in the morning, people give each other space. For an extra fee they have even better places by the sea, very nice views and nice beds. These places also include a glass of cava or orange juice. Even without extra payment you are within a few steps in the clear blue sea.

They have a drinks menu with an extensive range, but are also willing to make what you like. At the end of your stay you pay the voucher in one go for the drinks you use (the minibar in your hotel room, your ordered drinks and snacks).
Every day every room gets 1 free bottle of water, nothing more, but a 10 meter walk away is a small supermarket where you can buy cheap bottles of water etc.

In the room was a wardrobe, in which hung clothes hangers. What I did miss were brackets in the room for my bathrobe, coat, caps/hats and bags. I now hung this on the corner of the TV.

The room was always nicely tidy and clean. Every evening we received a new “sleep tight card” with 2 lindt chocolates.

So we’ve spent the loveliest time at this beautiful hotel we are the only English people staying here it’s 99.9 per cent German it’s a shame more English people don’t come here as they are missing a real treat. It was my birthday yesterday a surprise birthday cake with candle music by the most amazing violinist and a Buck’s Fizz I felt truly spoilt. From reception to the beautiful buffet breakfast special mention to the front of house lady in the breakfast restaurant who always has a lovely smile to the lovely team serving. The rooms are beautiful make sure you book a sea view room you won’t be disappointed the view is amazing. The lobby bar by the infinity pool is just lovely with a beautiful view over the beach. Going back to my room yesterday balloons were on the bed what a lovely touch thank you for making my day and holiday so special we will be back!

We have stayed in this hotel several times and have also seen the change in the staff. What has always been the same, however, is the friendly atmosphere and the fact that wishes are fulfilled.

The rooms are very well equipped and the staff always friendly and attentive. We would especially like to mention Romina, the manager, who is always committed to the well-being of the guests. Okay, the sea view rooms are unbeatable in terms of their views. Guests who have booked a side sea view are usually disappointed up to the sixth floor. This has something to do with the hotel opposite. We have also booked a room with a nicer view for an additional charge. For us personally, the side sea view, towards the lighthouse and harbor, is the most beautiful view.

The SPA and GYM area is well equipped, with a steam and dry sauna and a wonderful view of the mountains and sea from the pool on the ninth floor.

We have never been disappointed and always feel at home in Sentistis.

Beautiful view (get the ocean front balcony), great service, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. So easy to walk along the coast and find food/drinks/bars/etc. There is free parking all over the city but the hotel offers parking out front for 12 euro a day.

The only con I found is that they do not offer water bottles at the hotel and we had to go buy some at the supermarket (not a far walk). Not a huge deal.

Not as friendly as we remember.
After my wife and I spent 5 nights in the hotel before Corona to our complete satisfaction, we wanted to repeat the wonderful time we had before in May 2024. When we booked in January 2024, we immediately indicated our wish for the same rooms (No. 804 + 808) with a sea view via Check24. This was also noted as a "request" in the hotel. After it opened on March 24th, 2024, I immediately called to remind them of our room request + reservation of a parking space at the hotel.
My conversation partner "Pedro" gave me a previously unknown, very unfriendly, even arrogant side with answers like:
"We sell the view here and not room numbers". Everyone wants to go to the 8th floor.
We will see which rooms you get when you get there. My request to reserve a parking space at the hotel was rudely rejected. When I asked where else I should park my rental car (which is otherwise almost impossible in the whole of Cala Radjada), I got the answer: Then you'll just have to see where you can leave the car. I'll come on foot in the morning!! Then he ended the conversation.
The 5 nights in the hotel would have cost us €2600.00 including the flight. If it is possible to treat a holiday guest like this, the hotel management should urgently think about which staff they employ to represent the hotel when dealing with customers. In my opinion, this "Pedro" is not one of them.
After I canceled the booking, I told the hotel management about my complaint. The reply was rather off the cuff. But it did at least contain a brief apology.

Nice hotel with a great bar. The small bay in front of the hotel is also nice and invites you to swim (the beaches around it are of course even better). In high season it will certainly be very busy there.
The pool is quite small but sufficient.
We were lucky to get a room on the 8th floor (upgrade) and the view was great. We booked a superior room and can recommend this to anyone, or one with a direct sea view.
The rooms with number 10 are right next to the lift but you didn't hear much about it.
The receptionist Barbara was just great, very friendly and professional and always helped.
We thought the breakfast was a shame, there was a lot to choose from but the quality of the food was anything but satisfactory. Unfortunately, this is often the case in large hotels. The food that you could order directly from the kitchen station was delicious.
All in all, we would come back and can recommend it.

Amazing. The experience is spectacular in every way. Starting with the reception staff, friendly, cheerful, helpful. Excellent room. The cleaning service in detail, left you notes and chocolates for you to have when you return from dinner. The sea view is amazing and the cove in which it is located is beautiful.
What to say about food!! Breakfast, amazing. Super varied, for all tastes. In addition the staff is very attentive to what you want, who you are, how you are, everything very dedicated. Special mention to Vero who organizes breakfast, with theme days, with details, with everything you expect, Cristina from the kitchen, a LOVE of person, the girls who receive when arriving at the restaurant, Julia our waitress. Everyone makes you feel at home. Dinner also impeccable, always varied.
Actually, there's nothing to complain about. We hope to come back soon, we felt at home but luxury:)
Maria and Jose.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about or criticize. All employees were very friendly and did their best to ensure the well-being of the guests. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. Sure, the pool area is "small" for the number of guests, but who needs a pool when the sea is just a few steps away.
Great location, clean rooms and great offers.

Nicely located hotel. Located directly on a road, our room does not meet our expectations. The sea can only be seen when you stick your head out over the balcony. In the pool area is deck chair to deck chair, and if you do not arrive in time you have the disadvantage!
Reception, service friendly, room clean, little storage space.
Too much praise in the reviews!
