IN GENERAL: The 4* hotel HSM Regana, totally refurbished in 2017, stands out for its enviable location in Cala Ratjada, located in front of the sea and only steps away (350 m) from the beautiful beach of Cala Agulla. The hotel offers high quality facilities and service, as well as a friendly and warm atmosphere. The hotel is open from May to October. LOCATION: The hotel HSM Regana is situated close to Cala Ratjada (1 km), in the north east part of Majorca, 80 km from Palma de Mallorca and 75 km from the airport. Cala Ratjada is the main coastal port of Capdepera municipality, a charming village with a castle on the hill. Cala Ratjada boasts of 3 beautiful beaches: Son Moll, Cala Gat and the biggest one of the three: Cala Agulla. Complete and fairly rich lunch. Omelette, fried egg and pancakes made on the spot by a chef. The coffee and cappuccino could be much better, too bad.
The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, some with a nice view of the sea.
Decent value for money for the month of October but in high season prices can reach 200 euros per night which seems expensive for this category of hotel.
The position is ideal for walking to the magnificent beach of Cala Agulla which is 30 meters away and the seaside promenade less than 100 meters away.

The ideal location with a sea view in a quiet and touristic place! We loved our stay, we were on the 7th floor with a view of the coastline that was really beautiful. Thanks to our Susanna for the impeccable daily cleaning!!!! We recommend.
However, a downside that shaped our holiday was the fact that everyone talks to you ex officio in German (and if you don’t understand so much for yourself because you won’t have all the useful information) takes away all the “Spanish-style” charm we were looking for when we came to Mallorca. We found it very, very unfortunate... Finally, we didn't really enjoy the cuisine (even if everything was fresh with a wide choice) which was totally German style (too much meat all the time). In short, we would have loved the atmosphere to be a little more faithful to Spain and its culture and not to German culture (otherwise we would have gone to spend our holidays in Germany) ...

The hotel is great, the food buffet is super good and full even late in the evening. If you can't find anything there, it's your own fault. The rooms were nice and clean, good beds. The staff were all very helpful and courteous (best wishes to Paolo). You always feel comfortable and welcome and you are always perfectly looked after. Nice and clean pool with enough loungers.

My wife and I stayed at the HSM Regana for 8 nights and we felt comfortable here. In my opinion, however, a few things are missing to rate it as a 4-star hotel. The rooms were small but adequate. What bothered us more was the cleanliness. We had a dirty toilet (stains under the toilet seat) the whole time. Another point of criticism from our point of view was the evening buffet. Some of the food was not seasoned properly and tasted bland. There is definitely room for improvement here. The hotel is not bad and we particularly liked its location in Cala Ratjada.

Excellent location, very close to the fantastic Cala Agulla and a short walk from the busy center of Cala Ratjada. Very nice facilities and super friendly staff always with a smile on their faces. Highlight for Pablo, an incredible person and difficult to forget!! The food for breakfast and dinner is of good quality, varied and very tasty. Definitely to be repeated.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!! We stayed at this hotel for the third time and our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was very good and there was a large selection. The room and bathroom were big enough and everything was very clean. The hotel made a very clean, bright, modern and comfortable impression. You always feel comfortable and welcome and you are always looked after perfectly. Nice, clean pool with enough loungers. The room we wanted was fulfilled. The staff is super friendly and very competent. The room with a sea view is highly recommended. The buffet is not big but there is a lot of choice. The food is very good 😍. After 10 days we have to quiet down this beautiful accommodation. Many thanks to all the staff for the great and relaxing time with you. The food left nothing to be desired.
