Nice and clean rooms, clean towels every day. The beds are like lying on bricks. Far too hard for us, but that might just be our preference. Air conditioning is quite old, so barely noticed it to be honest Two different pool areas, both are nice. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols for everyone. . Staff are kind enough, apart from one man who works in the kitchen, he rammed a trolley into the back of my legs and then a big box into my partners back, with no apology. Food is fine, will always find something to eat, but more catered to Germans over British. The snacks throughout the day are basically hot dogs on a piece, not great. Drinks were ok, although there was one day/night where they had ran out of most spirits. Which I think was quite unacceptable, when you are looking for a drink and had paid all inclusive. Overall it was nice enough, but would not go back or recommend to any of my friends or family.

Hotel terrible, it had 3 stars when they opened it, the bedspreads on the beds were dirty, probably in blood, mattresses probably new, springs stuck in the back, sockets falling out of the wall, damaged furniture, broken shelves, we were terrified when we entered the room, in the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling, at least we had no cockroaches like the others in their rooms. Food without any frenzy, chips every day, no substitutes, drinks and alcohol okay but consumed in excessive amounts by our German neighbors resulted in swimming in the pool until 1 am ...

When we arrived at the hotel after a long transfer bus from the airport we were fortunate enough to check in a bit early! I would recommend instead of coach transfer use the public buses as a little cheaper, easy to use and a lot quicker dropping you about a 5 min walk from the hotel! When we got to our room we had our first issue that we were unable to actually get into our room due to a lock issue, after a few back and fourths to reception we managed to get in. The rooms are standard and we were fortunate to have a balcony overlooking the pool which was a pleasant view. The only other issue with the rooms is that none of the three rooms we had seemed to have working air-con making sleeping at night quite uncomfortable at times. The pool bar staff were really friendly and always happy to help and there was a wide variety of drinks available including slushy and Sam Miguel on tap. Food was a bit hit and miss but there was something that could be eaten every day. It was a bit of a shame although advertised when we booked there was no entertainment during the day but thankfully as a nice pool area and close proximity to a really nice beach it was easy to keep entertained. The area is predominantly German with lots of young groups there which we really enjoyed and had great fun with even though we spoke very little German. The hotel is close to the town which offers lots of nice bars and a couple great clubs with plenty of restaurants. A lovely area to walk around especially in the evening Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves, and for the price you get what you expect. We would all go again.

Stayed last week with my friend. Staff were 100%. Hotel was lovely and clean. Food nice, fresh and varied. Food was available all the time. Drinks great, ie Smirnoff & San Miguel. Lovely swimming pool with lifeguard constantly on duty. Friendly locals. I will definitely return. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Ended up being downgraded thanks to Teletext. Felt positive as it was a well needed holiday and the photos looked ok. Had never used Trip advisor before.. I really want to make sure you have a balanced approach as if I'd have known some of these things I wouldn't have stayed here and don't want anyone to duped like we have been. Positves: 1. Basic room but big enough to sleep in and beds were clean and comfy. 2. AC in the room was fab. 3. Pools and surrounding areas were clean and tidy. 4. Once you can't find a lounger due to them being occupied with towels you will be forced to leave your plastic cup, which you pay a 1€ deposit for....and venture out. We Highly recommend this. The coast had stunning views, rocks you can sit on and little alcoves where you can swim with fish.its stunning and made our week. See pics! 5. The port area was lovely at night and we found a bar right on the front. 6. The rooms were cleaned daily and pretty sure the maids were the only people who smiled at us for the entire week. 7. Burgers were cooked by the bar every day right before lunch. 8. Draught beer is San Miguel and was nice. The gin/ spirit measures were fab. Only downside was drinking out of a plastic cup that looked like it belonged to a child. 9. Local shops and the beach are within walking distance of the hotel. 10. Relatively easy to navigate around. 11. You must cost BR grill. A Brazilian restaurant with the BEST cold beer we have ever had. We watched the world cup semi final there. Stayed all night. We were given control of the music. Was brilliant and the staff amazing. Even though We were all inclusive we went back a few times (due to the fact they were fab and points below!!) See pics! Negatives: 1. Room smelled mouldy. 2. Balcony door was broken and didn't feel that secure. 3. Food was poor. Very poor. 4. No one speaks English. I mean no one. Trying to find out about our transfer bus was awful.at one point we thought we had missed it. Not a nice feeling when no one understands a word you are saying. 5. This resort is 99% German. 6. All restaurants in the town are German. All the menus and signs are in German. 7. We don't speak or read German. 8. The entertainment was German. The daily water aerobics instructor was German. 9. The bar closed early. No night caps here. 10. They walls of the rooms are ridiculous thin. So if you want a lie in, forget it. 11. Cleaning around the pool bar was needed. Wasps and sewareage smell was pretty grim.

Don’t waste a penny here. I checked into a old dirty room with a Stanky smell and no hot water to shower. Toilet smells too. Project hotel. I was pissed after a long day of travel. I asked the receptionist can I change my room, they told me to ask them in the morning,so after a long flight, I ended up staying in the lobby all night.

Have just got back from 2 weeks here and had a great time Rooms clean and well maintained loads of wardrobe space and very white towels. The maid serviced the room every day and made beds in a way that would gladden the heart of any sergeant major, changing sheets as needed and keeping everything in order. Air very efficient, slept very well as it was quiet on a night in our block. Reception Always manned the staff were lovely, very efficient and helpful but friendly too, they helped with local buses, recommended places to go and we're lovely with the kids Pool Fabulous very clean, unusual layout with 2 large pools connected by a river, depths clearly marked and loads of places for little ones and bigger ones to play safely. Sunless More than enough, nobody bothered with the 5am towel run, it wasn't needed! Animation and entertainment Paulo and Carolina, lovely worked hard great with kids really nice pair, kids went horse riding, played water polo football, table tennis and lots of other stuff. Evening entertainment was a bit cheesy at times but fun. Food Ate like horses, plenty of choice breakfast especially was great, there was a daily ban, and food on offer in the bars from 10am all day. Drinks available 14 hours a day and ice cream for kids We had a great time in a party including someone of 81 & 7 everyone had fun
