Fantastic holiday. Food was excellent. À la carte menu for lunch. So much choicd for dinner, just be warned men must wear trousers for dinner...ladies, you can wear what you like. A slightly outdated rule, I should think? Entertainment budget but friendly. Great location with access to the pool. A great destination if you just want to relax and do nothing. A few people mentioned about there not being many british people about...isn't that the point of leaving Britain 🤣

Never heard an English voice in the 5 days I was there. All the menu,a in the resort ar in German. No English. The hotel was nice, cant fault it. The resort was very nice.. But being from the UK, I was very much in a minority. Glad to get home.

Fabulous hotel, adults only, exceptionally clean, friendly staff. Great attention to detail. Rooms probably in need of a bit of renovation but great location away from hustle and bustle, reasonable prices for food, drinks and snacks ( there is an all inclusive option but we didn’t have that). Pool was great and seaviews were spectacular from the rooms and the terraces. Rugged and unspoiled. No beach to speak of but easily reached just a few km away if you want that. 15 minute walk to any other bars/restaurants but bus and train stops at the hotel door. Thanks to Natalie for the great day trip to Alcudia, to the lovely restaurant staff, the friendly bar staff, the snack bar staff and the pool and reception staff. Spa was a great experience too ( Maria Paula) - and finally the housekeeping staff who kept the place spotless. The majority of guests seem to be from Germany, not a problem at all but expect to be regularly greeted as a German guest. English is spoken, just not the first consideration. A minor issue - the WiFi is great in the reception area but regularly drops out in the rooms and pool areas. A booster would be a welcome addition. Overall, superb.

4th visit to this hotel and it never disappoints. Location and view are amazing as it is not overlooked by other hotels. Nice stroll into village if you need a walk. Food at each meal is plentiful, varied and abundant. Portions are very generous. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Special mention to Llorence on reception for checking us in and out seamlessly.

The resort is in a good location providing easy access to the beaches in the area. There is a small, rocky beach adjacent to the property. The pool area was crowded, but we only visited it in the late afternoon, so we had no problem finding chairs. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, with quality linens and towels. Being charged to use the safe in the room seems to be the practice in parts of Mallorca, but it strikes me as gouging. Breakfast was good, but not the best of our trip. The grounds were well maintained, with beautiful bougainvillea. Check in and checkout were efficient, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff at the desk were helpful and always managed to get us taxis when we needed them to go to dinner. The biggest plus was it is adults only. The biggest weakness was parking, which is limited.

Nice facilities with a small private beach (stoney) and a lovely spacious pool close to the shore. The food was delicious, with always fresh fish and meat directly from the grill, local food, European dishes and tasty dessert. The staff was a blast, always carrying a smile and helpful in any situation. Cala Ratjada is a 15min walk away along the shore. They have cars to rent right at the reception with full assurance for a fair price. No need to reserve your own from a rental car vendor. Also bicicles and SUP are available to rend. There was live music every night outside until 22:30 which was lovely to listen to or even dance a little.

Lovely hotel, very clean, very comfortable beds and constantly hot, powerful showers. Food consistently very good. Nearest resort is a good twenty minute walk away (doable but on a hot day seems further!). Would be a nice walk if there wasn’t so much dog poo (but that is obviously nothing to do with the hotel). Lovely location but there is no beach. The beach at Cala Agulla (5min drive away) is lovely. My only gripe with hotel was you had to pay a €12 charge if you wanted to use the safe in the room. Overall, really lovely hotel and the best bit, no kids!!

A lovely hotel with beautiful views. All inclusive drinks are the best we have experienced and the bar staff brilliant. Unfortunately our trip has been ruined by the hotels strict ruling on trousers in the restaurant. We booked through Holiday Hypermarket where there is no information or prior warning on this so I did not bring trousers. There are woman in Jean shorts that the wife wouldn’t wear to clean the house, men in old baggy jeans and even some in trackies but a smart pair of chino shorts aren’t accepted. Ridiculous old school views that need to be changed. We still cracked on and ate late lunch, going without dinner which was okay. Our wedding anniversary is today and unfortunately my wife had a nasty fall whilst out running this morning meaning we missed breakfast as the doctor was patching her up, she needed stitches, both knees and both hands fully bandaged up. Missing breakfast meant we had to eat lunch at lunch time. Shouldn’t be a problem as surely they would let us eat in the restaurant under these circumstances. Even with the fact she absolutely needed to eat and with both hands bandaged up we were still denied entry, to make this worse, Barbara is possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a hotel, no compassion at all. Reception staff aren’t much better. My wife ended up going in and eating on her own, struggling to hold a plate with bandaged hands and upset because of the distressing experience of having been turned away. I have never experienced anything like it. The chefs in the restaurant were sympathetic and offered to help my wife which is more than the waiting staff did Real nasty people to not offer up and alternative at this point. I myself am a business owner and appreciate rules are in place for a reason but at times you just have to show a little compassion. Lastly the manager was going to contact us but we also heard nothing. Woeful customer service that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The hotel is 4 star but with our experience I can’t rate it at that.
