The hotel isn’t the best! Beds very uncomfortable Dirty rooms with cockroaches Dirty curtains on balcony Cleaners come when they feel like it Too noisey from other guests The breakfast isn’t for me the coffee is horrible the bread is hard Not a lot of options for breakfast The pool is lovely great staff the young boy working is brilliant. Other staff are rude have conversations on there mobile while serving Beautiful area the beaches out of this world, won’t stay in this hotel / hostel if I visit again. This is my second visit to same hotel with 7 years and still the same I came back as thought might have changed. Good price to stay here if you want loud dirty and horrible food. Definitely not for me !

The room was clean however breakfast was awful, the choice was limited and very strange, sausage pizza and rice amongst the weirdest. The cold drinks were odd, the orange one tasted like a packet one. There was nothing warm on offer. The bumph said WiFi and tv, couldn’t find the password or the remote to turn on the tv. There were holes in some of the doors. In need of some sprucing up. It wasn’t that cheap!

This place is the worst place I have ever stayed in The staff are the rudest people I have ever meet in my life Rude and unhelpful we actually moved out before our week was up it was that bad The food is OK if you want cheese and ham rolls every morning for breakfast the orange juice was water no orange in the machine The coffee was OK The croissants was mouldy and the Cutlery was dirty as was the cups we have pictures of them It was very cold there and when we asked if we could dry our clothes out on the radiator because we got wet in the rain we was told No as they was not putting the heat on I was told this by the owner But every night they shut the doors in there room and watched there TV with heat full blast on. There room was next to the bar where we had dinner and we was freezing. Also I was accused by the owner for not paying for two coffee With I told him I did pay he asked me who I payed and I said the lady with glasses he replied "O my mum" No apology was made for being wrongly accused. Also we didn't have hot water all week it was only just warm and that's being kind the room was clean But the staff and also the owner are never about and when they was they conveniently could not understand English?? When we told them we was checking out early then they understood said they would get us hot water but by that time it was to late and we had enough I wouldn't advise anyone to go here no kettle in your room 20euro deposit on TV remote Evening dinner is OK if you want to live on burgers and pizza all week I have to right this review as I feel I have to warn people about this place i don't normally write reviews but in this case I feel its important to let people know what they are in for Good luck if you stay there you going to need it

You get what you pay for! The room was clean and you had fresh towels everyday apart from Tuesday,I cant fault the cleaners or the room. The management however are a different story. They were rude!, it took 45mins to book in as you had to find someone and very unhelpful when it came to queries. There is no pool onsite as advertised it was at another hotel. The breakfast was amazing and a varied choice. I gave a low rating for the management as the other staff were amazing. Cala Ratjarda is a beautiful place to stay, beaches and restaurants are excellent. We have already booked for next year but at a different Hostal.

This was a nice place but the accommodation is very basic. There's no kettle or anything so bring your own. Also everywhere tells you there is a pool & pool bar. The pool is in La Perla Negra around the corner but it is a nice pool. However the pool bar has clearly not.been operational for a while. Breakfast is continental style & largely Germanic (Cala Ratjada seems to be a largely German resort)bit there is plenty and it is good value. All in all a good place for the price you pay.

Well what can I say about this hostal apart from its the worst place I have ever stayed . Rooms are dirty broken lights no bidet just the holes in wall which had a carrier bag plugging the hole . The toilet leaked all over the floor and had to put towels down to stop us slipping. The food is awful and does not cater for English . There is no air conditioning or fans and extremely noisy . The swimming pool is across the road in another hotel it has a pool bar but doesn't open on a Sunday if it hadn't been that the surrounding area is beautiful it would of been a disaster especially after being told told by locals it's the worst place on the strip.

This hostel is in much need of refurbishment, there are broken light switches, missing Beday in the bathroom, no air conditioning or fans available. Extremely noisy and the food was rubbish. No drinks served with evening meals an not much choice. Breakfast was even worse, not enough to go round an no staff available to ask for anything.

Upon arrival, room was awful. Broken lamps, above a shop on the main road with was loud and generally disgusting, with rubbish all over the roof of the shop beneath us. The chairs and table was dirty and overall disgusting balcony. Next day we changed rooms, to a room which was a better but still not great. This room smelt gross, with and without it recently being flushed. Then in the first night we had two cockroaches on our balcony, which we got rid of. Then on the second night we had another one that glided into our room from the balcony above, and made its way to the bathroom. Then when it came to going to sleep the smell was even worse, actually made me feel sick. We checked to notice that the toilet had no water in it at all. Would not recommend, even for the price, pay a bit more and steer away from this place.
