We booked this hotel through Travel Republic as a last minute holiday. There were few reviews I could find and that’s because the hotel caters for German holiday makers through Neckermann, the German Thomas Cook brand. We were the only British guests the hotel had all summer season so the staff were quite taken aback when we started talking. All the staff speak German and a couple speak very limited English. As we do not speak Spanish or German, things at times were a little difficult. The hotel itself is spotless, we had no complaints. We never had any issue with the food, although we sometimes didn’t know what we were eating as it was described in German. The pool is lovely and huge and there’s a good sized kids pool which has a sun canopy. There’s a kids playground too with a sandpit which my 2 year old enjoyed. The entertainment, again all in German, was what you would expect of a Spanish holiday hotel. There were sporting activities through the day in the pool and a show at night. The mini disco was nightly and again my son loved this, even dancing away to all the German kids songs. The hotel is located a ten minute walk from the beach and the main promenade. Definitely worth the walk, the beach the lovely. Two minutes from the hotel is a Lidl and a kids area called Fantasy Park which has massive bouncy castles, electric cars, trampolines and go karts. We visited this most nights, it’s really reasonable and has a bar area for the parents. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you get it as a good price and don’t mind not really talking to others during your stay. We were happy enough with our little family and getting out and about each evening.

We were the only brits in the hotel all notices are in german and that goes for all the entertainment too so my two little grandaughters couldnt take part in the kids club. We didnt get a sunbed once not spposed to be reserved.dress code in the restuant not enforced at dinner. Resurant only open for a couple of hours for all meals. A apatment hotel with no kettle. But the staff are fliendly and the hotel is clean.would not stay there again. 4 star rating needs to looked at again.

We visited this hotel for a week at the end aug- early Sept 12.I think we were the only Brits in the hotel but we were not a bit bothered. We made friends with a very pleasant german family, Hi Tom & Karen! The pool is massive and was like a bath when we first arrived as the weather was so hot! Unfortunately the weather turned after 468 hours but thats another story! The room was pleasant and bathroom fine. We had a studio and were glad we had taken a kettle for a cuppa on the balcony. We did struggle to understand the entertainment as it was mostly in German but we still had a good time. The strip of light,s shops and bars is only a five minute walk away. The drinks were of a reasonable quality. And available until quite late. The food was good, never saw a soul hold back! Dinner wine very acceptable! All in all don't be shy about using this well priced hotel. It is a no frill 4 star, but not a thing to complain about!
