Hotel and staff is great. Great amenities such as pool, child activities, etc. Breakfasts and dinners are also great however I wouldn’t advise the bar lunch as it lacks in quality compared to the rest. Location is also great: next to the beach and a short walk from the boulevard. Would definitely recommend and go again.

We stayed for a week leaving on Friday 21/10. We for years have always stayed in cala bona so this was the first time down this end and it will not be the last. Reception staff were so nice and helpful as we're everyone in the hotel from bar staff and maids. Room was lovely with a small kitchen with everything you need. Beds so comfy and sofa beds even comfier. Toilet spotless and large and the balcony was massive with a sea view to die for! We were room only so can't comment on food but it looked great. Pool area lovely with plenty of beds and umbrellas. Quiet beach outside side gate and cala millor to the left busier the farther you walk and Sa coma walk to the right. Very German orientated Hotel but that was absolutely fine with us. Drink prices at pool bar very good indeed. 30 mins walk along the sea front to Cala Bona Harbour. Supermarkets out front of hotel with the loveliest of staff and sportsmans bar and Fantasy Park on the doorstep. Will definitely consider coming back in June or October next year. Hotel very clean and tidy, staff helpful. In an excellent location in front of the beach. Pool area great with ample beds and parasols. Room a good size with separate bedroom, most balconies over look the sea.

Just returned from room 502 (sea view). Spotless Hotel, Reception staff super helpful. No sunbed wars! Plenty of sunbeds and unbrellas. Animation man lovely, but would have been great to have some music round the pool. Hotel in walking distance to shops and bars and Lidl supermarket . Didn't eat at the hotel as our personsl choice to try different restaurants so could not comment on food, but dining room looked spotless. Rooms comfy and clean . Was a very pleasant stay

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From arrival our check in experience was fantastic and every member of staff during our stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was 601 and had the most amazing view of the resort and the sea, we were so happy. It was a one bedroom apartment which meant 2 of us had to sleep in the lounge. Normally these sofas are really comfy but this apartment had actual mattresses' on so they were actual beds which was such a pleasure to discover comfy sofa beds! The hotel is run so well and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. The pool area is lovely and it was nice to be able to get sunbeds around 9am without having sunbed wars. It does get busy after this so i wouldn't turn up midday and expect a sun lounger to be free. We wanted to visit the Caves of Drach and booking through reception was €47pp for entrance and transport. We did a bit of research and ended up booking online at €16pp and then took the public bus which is around €6pp return. We did however book a boat trip through reception and they were great at organising this. The public bus service is close to the hotel and reception gave us a timetable. We went to Palma for the day and it was only around €9pp return. The buses are so easy to use so would highly recommend trying them. We walked to Cala Bona a few times in the evening and ate out. Sa Coma is the other way but you can get the bus there (we didnt visit, just passed through) Close to the hotel is a Lidl and a Mercadona supermarket. I would recommend going here as soon as you can as everything is a 1/3 of the price of the local supermarkets. We didn't eat at Hotel Mercedes but the restaurant looked lovely. All in all a lovely family holiday at a very lovely hotel. …

We had a wonderfull time in the Hotel Mercedes. The location is perfect, the beach is near by the pool area. The pool is super for children. Over the half it's easy to stay. The deep is from 0,50 to 0,80 m in this half. The Hotel is clean and the rooms are big enough. All rooms have a top big balcony. A big thanks to all the people who work in the hotel. In the time of our stay I never saw anyone who didn't smile. Many thanks and all the best for the future to Irene from the service Team in the restaurant. She was all the time very friendly and smiling. Also she had a good look for small details for my little daughter 😊. There is just one little criticle thing. The rooms are waiting for a renovation. If I come back to Cala Millor I will choose the hotel once more with happy feelings.…

I really like how the hotel is located. The fact that Mercadona is just a wallking distance from the hotel is really nice. Staff service is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and it is indeed recommendable. We will probably come back with some friends and realtives in Cala Millor.

The hotel was absolutely outstanding. Spotlessly clean and such friendly staff. Excellently located on the beachfront, near the main ‘strip’ of shops and restaurants (but no local noise other than music from evening entertainment). Pool is fantastic and has a lifeguard 10-6pm (toddler pool too). We weren’t all inclusive but ate at the restaurants and food was fantastic- the kids voted the hotel pool bar pizza the best all holiday 👍 Beds very comfy - kids slept on the sofa beds in the lounge (of which there are two, which is great). Air conditioning is on all the time, which was well needed! Rooms cleaned every day except Thursday. Kitchen was great and well equipped with two ring hob, microwave and toaster (buy yourself a Mallorca mug as a souvenir as the tea ‘cups’ provided are tiny!). Can’t fault anything, it was absolutely fantastic. We have booked to go back for 10days next year, can’t get enough of the place! Some great restaurants within a few yards walk! Large Spar and shops opposite the hotel and a great supermarket 5mins walk. Fantasy land is about 300yds away and great for kids with bumper boats, trampolines, bouncy castle and more!! (Take cash!). Highly recommend Sa Caleta for Tapas, Gayma for Paella, Caffe caffe for breakfast and Leo’s for Pizza.…

We have just returned from an enjoyable eight day stay and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We opted for self catering so can’t comment on the dining aspect during our stay. Our room was a one bedroom apartment which was spotlessly clean, a good size and adequately furnished and equipped. The rooms are cleaned daily, except Sunday and the staff we encountered seemed friendly enough. The pool area was a decent size with plenty of (comfortable) sun loungers and although a large number were reserved from early, we always managed to get one. Common areas were all clean and tidy and reception is manned 24 hours. Unlike some hotels I’ve stayed at, there was no extra charge for aircon or the room safe and wi-fi was free and of good quality, available in the rooms. The location of the hotel is ideal, literally a minutes walk to the beach through the pool area at rear and less than a minutes walk to the nearest Spar convenience store out the front door with another one 50 yards to the left and yet another 150 yards to the right!! The ‘main’ street is about a five minute walk away as is the promenade with its bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. A few minor points I would highlight are 1, the hotel and immediate locality seem to cater for predominantly the German market which isn’t a problem but be aware! If you prefer to be nearer a ‘British’ atmosphere aim a bit closer to Cala Bona, only a 25 minute walk. Number 2 would be that our room was listed as a side sea view which every other had except ours (107) which had the view very badly obscured by palm trees, left, right and in front!…

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday to this hotel. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool area. My elderly mum travelled with us, within walking distance for her to pubs, shops, restaurants and beach. Beds very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
