The hotel is ideally located, facing the sea and close to many shops.
The places are very clean, the same goes for the rooms.
However, no air conditioning in the dining room. The same goes for the gym, which has several machines out of order. The deckchairs and parasols by the pool would also need to be changed. In addition, the wifi connection is very weak.

The hotel has an all-inclusive service with excellent food and quality dishes, lots of variety with theme evenings.

Very pleasant staff and special mention to Didier, who really brings good humor and sunshine! An excellent entertainer (and magician) who is a real asset.

We were put in here from us originally booking their other hotel Blue Sea Cala Millor, for no explained reason which made us a bit apprehensive as we had done our research for the other hotel, but we had been upgraded to this one so we were optimistic.

Reception area was lovely, welcoming and very clean. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and check in was quick. The only negative she didn't really make it clear to us where the bar was or where our meals were going to be served with a bit of a mix up we had to ask her to explain again.

We got to our room, which was kept cool, clean and had everything we needed. The mini fridge was an added surprise for our drinks! The decor was fresh, but just had a few bits that could do with a bit of TLC. The air con was excellent.

Balcony area was ideal for us, and the slight sea view (between the buildings) was a lovely bonus.

The pool areas were always clean, tidy and not too overcrowded which we liked. There was no early morning sun bed saving and we always had a bed to lounge on even late morning.

We upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived, the meal times were ideal and the choice of food and drinks were good, but the foo was just sometimes a bit repetative and a lot of fish dishes! Yes there's a lot of negativity regarding the food, yes it's not amazing but we thought it was fine and there was always something for us to eat.

Between meal times the snack room always had food to keep us going through the day.

The entertainment guy was lovely and worked hard to get people involved, we enjoyed his magic show.

Out the back the sea/beach view from the pool was beautiful, and easy access to the prom.

Out the front of the hotel was right on the strip of shops, restaurants and bars, but not too noisy too late.

This was a relaxing break away for me and my partner and it lived up to that.

The price we paid for the holiday was perfect- we had a clean and safe hotel, food and drinks included, ideal location to the shops and restaurants and a 2 min walk to the gorgeous beach.

This was our first visit to Cala Millor and we will definitely be returning! 😊

No way will we go back to any blue sea hotels please avoid. When we arrived the air conditioning was broken in the foyer and it was 38 degrees outside so felt sorry for the guy on reception who we could see was so hot . We where shown to room and having to walk up 8 flights of stairs with asthma as the lift was broken is no joke and e asked when it will be fixed and they said it could be today tomorrow etc which he didn’t sound bothered. We were shown to a tiny box room even though we paid extra for a sea view and we had to walk sideways like a crab to get past the bed to go outside . The view was lovely but balcony area tiny like a sauna in the heat, the bathroom was so small when you are sat on the toilet, the door was on your leg and the shower leaks all over the floor when you have it on so you need to fill the whole floor with towels, don’t book if you don’t like ants as we are on the 4th floor and ants everywhere. Really poor air conditioning as it’s by the doorway so sleeping at night in the memory foam cheap camp bed is awful, when you go outside you can’t shut the patio door to keep the air conditioning on as it locks you out and can’t get back in . I would not recommend if you have allergies as hardly anything has a sign in front of it as we had soup which said lentil soup and had pork inside it. There was no proper butter for 3 days and I asked the lovely staff who could only apologise as they said the management weren’t bothered to sort it out so we had to have white margarine which was like white grease and ruined having a nice breakfast for 3 days. The staff where very apologetic but seems like the management need to sort things like this out if you are suppose to be a 4 star . There is a choice of about 3 puddings and nearly every day the choice is chicken or pork and very bland food, there are no sunbeds after 8am as they have hardly got any even though they have 2 pools they have too many chairs and not enough sunbeds which is awful considering you come on holiday to relax and sunbathe and have to rely on sleeping on a lilo to get a tan. The entertainment is rubbish and last night we had a dj playing Spanish and German music and I think only 2 kids danced all night. Very poor entertainment and no costs involved . The music stops at 11 and nothing after that so no atmosphere for the people who want to carry on the bar should be extended till about 1am . We had about 2 English families at the whole hotel which we didn’t mind as met a couple of nice German families . The queuing to get to the main meat station and pizzas was awful as they they were not hire 1 member of staff to do everything on that station and they should employ more staff to avoid queues . All the staff are brilliant and felt sorry for them under all the circumstances and pressure involved they where always polite and understanding it seems the management need to put more money and take peoples complaints a bit more seriously and look after their staff more to make blue sea a better company and it’s definitely not a four star it’s more like a 2 star and a lot of people whilst we are staying here think the same .

Avoid. Not English friendly. Worst all inclusive hotel we have been to. They do not give you an all inclusive band so you have to use the room card each time you go the bar or in the restaurant. There are no drink machines in restaurant or bar... You have to wait for the waiter/waitress to come to your table, which can be after you've already ate your meal. Toilet in room had urine stains at back of toilet, shower flooded the bathroom, bathroom floor had dirty yellow stains, tv had no English channels, flooring in room had wide gaps, woodwork on doors and skirting bashed. The sliding doors in room didn't lock. View of a brick wall of another hotel so had to keep the curtains closed because it was so close and couldn't even see the sky or what the weather was like. Staff unfriendly and made no effort to smile apart from Joan behind the bar who was always pleasant, sun loungers were covered in dirty stains. Food disgusting, plates and glassware were chipped with sharp edges. Beach was lovely and plenty of shops.

Lovely staff, great location, good food and drinks.
We had a 3 night stay here and were very pleased with most aspects of the hotel.
The rooms are good, the food and drinks are great and the location is first class.
The only negative is that the room smelled of tobacco smoke- not so bad as to be sickly, but definitely noticeable. For some reason the smell was worse after we'd returned after the cleaners had been in, but maybe we just imagined that (although we both commented).
We would 100% love to visit this hotel again and would recommend it highly.
We had a 3 night all inclusive holiday with flights and transfers and 1 x 20kg case for only £605.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Anba Romani Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The decor is cool, bright and calm with nice calming music playing at each of the entrances. The pools were clean and looked really inviting, but unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough for me to go in.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to help sort out a problem with our transfer bus that never arrived. The transfers had nothing to do with the hotel, but the reception staff tried their best to help us get to the airport on time.

The hotel is on the beach so it's in a handy location. We stayed in a side sea view room and it was nice to hear the sound of the sea at night. The food was nice.

Had a nice relaxing break there, just what I needed. I would go back and I would recommend it.

We spent two lovely weeks here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned regularly and the food was very varied and we really enjoyed it. The reception staff were also always very friendly and competent.

There could be more crockery available. You always had to wait a bit to get a seat in the restaurant. It would be nice to have some entertainment for children during the day.

All in all, we really liked it.

Very enjoyable stay as all-inclusive but certainly room for improvement.

We were a little concerned before our trip by some recent reviews however, on the whole, we had a great time in a lovely hotel.

On arrival, reception were great, spoke good enough English to manage check in and direct us to our rooms. The hotel has 3 different buildings so our experience may well be different to others in a different block.

Room: Booked a sea view room. Big enough for 2, nice enough bathroom with large walk in shower. Beds comfortable enough and aircon worked fine.

Restaurant: 3 different meals served over the day, breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Always enough to eat, fresh and mainly self service. A little repetitive but always found something to eat. On occasions very busy and we had to wait a short time for a table.
Pool bar snack: I enjoyed the afternoon snacks by the bar pool, occasionally difficult to get a table as some guests used the snack tables to leave their towels etc. to swim in the pool. I did complain at reception and their reply was "we are so busy". Not a solution really but this highlights where there is room for improvement:

This is a predominantly German booked hotel which wasn't a problem in itself but sunlounges are difficult to get unless you are up at the right times. Approximately 7am for the pool bar lounges or 9 am for the sea view pool lounges. I gave up trying in the end. Queuing for drinks could also be interesting.

So improvements, firstly make sure there are enough facilities for ALL the paying customers even at peak times. A few of the lounges were broken and could be replaced but with a little thought, space could be made for extra lounges. This would also help improve the situation at the pool bar during snack times, or at least put up a sign stating these tables are only for customers eating at certain times of the day.
The hotel seemed a little tired and could do with some updating in places but on the whole, a very enjoyable experience.

I must emphasize, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is perfectly situated by the sea and also next to shops, bars and restaurants without being too busy and noisy.

One last thing, a big shout out to ALL the staff, especially Joan, Manoli and Micky at the bar. They all work tirelessly to make our holidays enjoyable.

I would rate this hotel as average 3* hotel. At the beginning we had problem with our room as we booked room for 3 people but we got only 2 beds. We went straight to reception and problem was solved within couple of minutes. What was the issue, the room is so small that when you have even 2 beeds it is already full. Regarding condition of room, it will needs deep clean as in shower we had rust and dryed water. Room was cleaned each day but sometimes we were left with stained towels. In the restaurant we always had problems with cutlery as staff were overloaded and they didnt manage to clean tables after guests. What is the positive you are living directly on the beach so if you dont have big expectations and most of the time you will spend outside of the hotel, you will be not dissapointed. Otherwise I recommend you to look for other options.

Hello, There are not club nearby, but there are bars, but nearly there aren not a lot. During the day you can go of course to the beach, the bus stop is near the hotel, we can give you a timetable and information about what can you visit during your stay in Anba Romani.
