Stayed here in June 2022 and had a pleasant stay, just a few things to bear in mind when staying.

We booked a sea view room on booking.com and upon arriving we were given a room with an awful view of a concrete roof, it felt so dark and claustrophobic and obviously not what we had paid for. When I went down to ask the receptionist about the room she butted in before I could even finish and said that we are to stay in that room tonight and she will give us our sea room tomorrow (it seemed as if she was already aware of the situation which we thought was a bit suspect). I think they may have seen a young couple and thought they could put us in a room we hadn’t paid for hoping we wouldn’t say anything.
Aside from this, the room we moved to the next day was great and had a gorgeous view!

The rooms are basic but have all the things you need. Unfortunately our air con was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep with it on (not even on the lowest setting) so we were forced to sleep without air con in 25 degree heat). Not sure if this is the same in all rooms. The beds aren’t the comfiest and you only get one pillow, but I’m sure if you ask for more this wouldn’t be an issue.

The food is good and there is a large selection, for evening meal they have a grill with varied meats, soup, salad bar, and varied hot dishes to choose from. There is also the dessert table as well which is always full of different cakes, pastries and ice creams. I feel as though I can’t really comment on this as myself and my partner are slightly fussy when it comes to food so some nights we struggled to eat as there weren’t things we liked on the buffet, but that is entirely down to our taste. Everything is fresh and the cooks are always around to make sure the food is okay and looking presentable. And if anything is ever empty it is refilled straight away. The waiters and waitresses are also really accommodating and can’t do enough for you.

The hotel is based at an ideal location with the beach and the high street just a minute either way, which is perfect for nipping to the shops or just going for a walk down the beach.

Overall it is an average hotel at a decent price. And I probably would consider staying here again.

My partner and I really loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room and balcony were comfortable with a lovely spacious bathroom and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We went on a bed and breakfast basis with the option to eat in the restaurant in the evening, which we did almost every day as the food was so good. The variety of dishes both at breakfast and evening dinner was amazing and delicious and the evening meal was very reasonably priced. There was some form of entertainment each evening and the other facilities were also great - pool, gym, washing machine large bar area and for us, as we didn't hire a car, the 'bus stops to Palma and Cala Rajada and everywhere in between were only 3 or 4 minutes walk away and the post office was just round the corner. It was very close to the lovely sandy beach. Can't wait to go again.

Good price and location is just perfect. Although is a 3 stars hotel , we were quite surprised in a good way. There is no much offer regarding food let’s be honest. However the quality is just good - feels like cooked at home.

The hotel and the night at this calla is really focused at German people it seems.

The only suggestion that I would like to provide is related to the breakfast. It should have more fruit ;)

I highly recommend you reconsider staying here. It was fine until the last night. In the evening we returned to our room to find empty wallets and our backpacks turned upside down. There was a camera in the hallway so we wanted to see the footage - specific part of 3h, when most likely theft happened, we were told at the front desk that there was no one manning the surveillance at the moment and to report back tomorrow. The next day the reception sent us back to the manager who, after a short conversation, took down my phone number and said to call when we could see the footage from the cameras - we are at the airport already and still waiting... the manager told us we should leave money in safe, which according to the offer description was supposed to be in standard of the room, and indeed it was, but without a key...
No intention to solve problem, covering their own asses, stalling and giving customer runaround

Without having been hotel guests, we sat on the terrace to eat. Two Caesar salads with 5 small pieces of chicken, green salad, a tomato, croutons and a serious dose of mayonnaise made from I don't know where...to hide it all! After asking the waitress if the kitchen had forgotten to add chicken, this lady replied haughtily: what do you want, a kilo of chicken on your plate? As luck would have it, no manager, director or other was supposedly present to talk about this situation!! So the employees are left to their own devices! In any case, don't hesitate to make the right remarks, because once again, the image given by certain establishments does not relate to the present at all. As proof, THE BINIAMAR. In summary, the mediocre taste of the salad, and the way the waitress spoke makes me want to write this kind of message. Alan

I highly do not recommend this hotel. During our 5-day stay at the hotel, we were robbed of money. while staying on the beach, someone was rummaging through our things left in the room. we were robbed of our money, we wanted to check the cameras, the staff said that they did not have access to the cameras today, the day after the meeting with the manager, we waited for the manager to contact us to check the cameras, of course we did not receive any. The hotel offered a safe without a key. The hotel manager said that we should leave our money in the safe for which the hotel did not give us a key. I do not recommend this hotel

The staff at reception (apart from one gentleman) are arrogant and unfriendly, especially a blonde lady. I have never experienced anything like this before and I travel a lot. Of course, this leaves a bitter aftertaste for the whole stay and you don't have to put up with that on holiday, it just shouldn't happen.
The staff at breakfast, including the chefs, were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Lots of choice and good quality.
The ladies in the rooms were friendly, but they didn't clean properly, there was always sand and the balcony was simply ignored.
I had a very good mattress and the room had everything you needed.
There was music in the hotel every evening and the pedestrian zone was cleaned from 6:30 a.m., in some rooms you need earplugs.

I'm not sure, we had a balcony which was perpendicular to the sea, the hotel is close to the main street, so mostly you see hotels arround, but I assume that are rooms with a sea view.
