My partner and I really loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room and balcony were comfortable with a lovely spacious bathroom and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We went on a bed and breakfast basis with the option to eat in the restaurant in the evening, which we did almost every day as the food was so good. The variety of dishes both at breakfast and evening dinner was amazing and delicious and the evening meal was very reasonably priced. There was some form of entertainment each evening and the other facilities were also great - pool, gym, washing machine large bar area and for us, as we didn't hire a car, the 'bus stops to Palma and Cala Rajada and everywhere in between were only 3 or 4 minutes walk away and the post office was just round the corner. It was very close to the lovely sandy beach. Can't wait to go again.

Stayed here in June 2022 and had a pleasant stay, just a few things to bear in mind when staying. We booked a sea view room on booking.com and upon arriving we were given a room with an awful view of a concrete roof, it felt so dark and claustrophobic and obviously not what we had paid for. When I went down to ask the receptionist about the room she butted in before I could even finish and said that we are to stay in that room tonight and she will give us our sea room tomorrow (it seemed as if she was already aware of the situation which we thought was a bit suspect). I think they may have seen a young couple and thought they could put us in a room we hadn’t paid for hoping we wouldn’t say anything. Aside from this, the room we moved to the next day was great and had a gorgeous view! The rooms are basic but have all the things you need. Unfortunately our air con was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep with it on (not even on the lowest setting) so we were forced to sleep without air con in 25 degree heat). Not sure if this is the same in all rooms. The beds aren’t the comfiest and you only get one pillow, but I’m sure if you ask for more this wouldn’t be an issue. The food is good and there is a large selection, for evening meal they have a grill with varied meats, soup, salad bar, and varied hot dishes to choose from. There is also the dessert table as well which is always full of different cakes, pastries and ice creams. I feel as though I can’t really comment on this as myself and my partner are slightly fussy when it comes to food so some nights we struggled to eat as there weren’t things we liked on the buffet, but that is entirely down to our taste. Everything is fresh and the cooks are always around to make sure the food is okay and looking presentable. And if anything is ever empty it is refilled straight away. The waiters and waitresses are also really accommodating and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is based at an ideal location with the beach and the high street just a minute either way, which is perfect for nipping to the shops or just going for a walk down the beach. Overall it is an average hotel at a decent price. And I probably would consider staying here again.

Good price and location is just perfect. Although is a 3 stars hotel , we were quite surprised in a good way. There is no much offer regarding food let’s be honest. However the quality is just good - feels like cooked at home. The hotel and the night at this calla is really focused at German people it seems. The only suggestion that I would like to provide is related to the breakfast. It should have more fruit ;)

My 9 year old and I booked via booking.com and everything was smoothly processed. Was able to request help with airport transfer via hotel and pay at the hotel upon arrival. The transfer did take a while as had to wait for more people to get on the coach and then had various drop offs at various hotels. I think next time we would get a taxi. Hotel was clean, masks required in public areas but not around pool. Very small lifts but they were big enough for me and my son and with not sharing lifts with people at moment they were more than sufficient. I had requested a high up floor and sea view. We ended up on the fourth floor and side sea view which was fine but I will request a higher floor next time with full sea view rather than side view and keep my fingers crossed. Bedroom was simple. Being from GB I did miss a kettle and teabags at the hotel but that's a side comment 🤣 would be a great plus for brits though if you did put a kettle in. Then we had a fridge which was great for keeping drinks. Two single beds which was great, indoor table and chairs and same outside on the balcony. Nice to have a sturdy balcony... I always worry about leaving my son outside on balconies which just have a couple of metal poles (you know what I mean). Bathroom clean and roomy. Towels were sparse. I do like two large towels for myself but there was only two for me and my son. I do think an extra towel would be useful. More hand towels available but having showers twice daily due to heat would have been better having more larger towels. Cleaning and be done daily and the lady who was cleaning was lovely. Was gutted we didn't see her before check out as I had hoped to give her a tip. Pool was a nice spot....not very big but served a purpose to cool down. Nice and quiet area. Able to sit outside for food at lunch though we were rarely there at lunch time. Nice bar area downstairs too on the terrace to watch the world go by. Breakfast was buffet and plenty of choice. Loved the ham....was soooo good. Latte from coffee machine was good too. We didn't pay for half board but I do think it would have been worth doing. Food smelt lovely! May consider for our next visit. Not sure if it is an option but would be good to be able to pay for dinner as and when if you do happen upon the hotel at dinner time. Maybe it is an option but wasn't told if it was. It would have been good too for the staff to mention that it is possible to book excursion via reception. There is a table round the corner with information but we didn't see that until our last day. Great service and staff friendly. Hopefully we will be back very soon but will need an extra bed as my mother is coming with us next time as I have praised the hotel and Cala Millor so much. Thank you!!

Stayed twice at the hotel this year. We have children and although the hotel is not particularly geared towards children, the facility’s are perfect for what we want in a holiday. It’s not over crowded and you can have a peaceful break. It’s right over from the beach what more do you need. Hotel room are spotless and cleaned and serviced each day. Pool area is again clean. Bar area welcoming and clean staff are beautiful people and can not Do enough fur u From the Reilly
