Just returned from a fortnight's stay here and have had a great time. The hotel is in the centre of Cala Millor, right on the long promenade, close to all the bars, restaurants and shops, and yet is an oasis of peace and quiet, and somewhere we would thoroughly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to visit again. On arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room, probably as we had booked direct with the hotel. Room was great. Comfortable, well appointed and quiet, despite looking out onto the main shopping street. Nice bathroom, walk-in shower, safe, settee, large balcony, tv with BBC1 and BBC2, a fridge and air con. Cleaners were thorough and when we arrived back in the room on our last afternoon were pleased to see a thank you going home gift from the hotel which was a bottle of local olive oil, a hand held fan, and a bottle opener. Nice gesture. The restaurant was excellent. Food plentiful and fresh. Breakfasts had the usual range of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, juices and tea/coffee. Evening meals were just as good. A buffet style selection of soups, salads, meats, pizza, pasta, vegetables and a selection of fruits, cakes and ice creams. Staff in the restaurant were all very pleasant and helpful. The bar area was nice and reasonably priced, and did a nice range of lunch options as well as good priced drinks. Staff, again, were very friendly and also circulated around the pool area to take drinks orders and bring them to you. On the roof is a lovely chill out zone with sunbeds, and a jacuzzi. Very quiet, and never too busy. They have the proverbial sunbed situation sorted here. The pool area is out of bounds until 8.15am. So no early starts, just a queue at that time and even at 9.30am there were a few beds available. Lots of umbrellas too! So, what's the catch? It is overwhelmingly occupied by Germans. The evening entertainment reflects this too, as well as the staff's initial interaction with you, though once they realise you are English talk to you in that language so it's not a problem. We only heard one other English voice in two weeks. Others might have a problem with this, we didn't. We found the Germans friendly, respectful, and well behaved. No late night noise, no boorish drunken behaviour, and we were more than happy to share our holiday with them. One other, minor, issue is the bathroom. It forms a part of the bedroom, so the sink is open to the room. The toilet and shower are off to the side accessible via a glass sliding door. There's not a lot of privacy to be honest. If you are sharing with a friend or relative, or prefer a little bit of privacy when using the toilet or shower you may find it a little uncomfortable. A minor issue, but worth noting. On the whole though, a great hotel, in a great location.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of our cycle trip. We arrived late so only got a quick dip in the pool but it was lovely. The room was super and our three year old had a good bed plus we still had plenty of space. The hotel area is not our cup of tea but we could just see the mountains over the buildings in the town. The dinner and breakfast were okay, although we were enclosed inside (unless you smoked) which was a shame. Bike storage was over the road at the Sabina suites. All in all a lovely room and good nights sleep had in this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, good breakfast and careful personnel. Welcome drinks etc. No free bath robes and slippers but it’s not the biggest problem. The heavy glass door between bathroom and room simply collapsed with terrible thunder during my wife is taking a shower. I was sitting on the balcon at this moment and thought it might be third word war already. It’s a real miracle because she had only few little (but painful) scratches on arms and legs. We were completely shocked. Hotel staff quickly cleaned our apartment, brought hot tea and proposed another room in few hours (but we were too exhausted to move out/in). As compensation, they proposed to us to stay in that apartment (without door between toilet and sleeping room) for next night for a free.

The Sabina is a lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, just a few metres from the beach and close to a number of restaurants and facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious, with most balconies offering a sea view. The pool facilities are also excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, however the roof terrace is the most impressive, offering spectacular panoramic views. There is a huge buffet breakfast, although a lot of it caters for German guests, as do most facilities in the hotel. We seemed to be the only English guests in the hotel, which didn't really cause an issue, the biggest grumble being the lack of any English TV channels. The only other slight issues were the lack of hot drink making facilities and dodgy wifi reception, but overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

We were in Sabina one week. But it was an amazing week. Reception people are always very nice and in general everything was great, including food, the room and the possibilities. There was an amazing roof where we could read and enjoy the view to the sea. I definitively recommend to go there. Only, mostly there were retired couples in the hotel, but the advantage was the silence in the hotel.
