Amazing staff from the reception, maids, restaurant and bar staff. Always personalised and lots of smiles. Cleaners always say hello to everyone. Manager evident in last few days adding extra things such as chocolate fountain drinks handed out at reception. Seen to be checking on staff offering ways to improve. Food was beautiful always something to eat. I am gluten free and always found something to eat. I asked for gluten free bread for breakfast and I was brought cereal a baguette two types of pastries and cakes!!! All in sealed packet clearly labelled from the oven. However, food wasn’t sufficiently labelled for example the gravy and food with sauce didn’t advise of wheat or other allergens. I eat meat but again maybe vegetarian would struggle as there was often little pieces of meat in the salads. Perhaps this could be better labelled. My partner is diabetic and there was only Coke Zero! No diet tonics or diet Fanta which I found strange. Also no water on all inclusive. You could ask for a glass of water but for an luxury hotel as advertised I would have expected to get bottled water.
Pool and sunbeds amazing. I have a bad back and didn’t like the soft mattress. This was swiftly changed to a a hard one no problem. The hotel is predominantly occupied by German clients. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss. The rooms were very small and a little dated but spotlessly cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Glad the new Spanish rules of no smoking at tables round the pool has been implemented however you can still smell it wafting past you and you have to walk through them smoking to get to the pool which didn’t make sense to me. A designated area away from the tables and pool should be put in place.
All in all a pleasant stay. Would I go back? No. Based on the resort as whole area dated but no reflection on the hotel. Staff were amazing. Apologies for not remembering all the names but Patricia, Delia on reception can’t do enough for you. Kristina and Alexanda on the bar. All staff worked so hard and so friendly. The other bar men also remembered our drinks. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😎

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach which has excellent lifeguard cover. Rent a parasol for 14 Euros a day which includes a lock up security box or buy an umbrella as we did for 13 Euros. Lovely clear water and paddle boards etc to rent nearby.
Hotel pool and grounds are really clean, lifeguard on duty keeps a good eye on everybody. Lots of sun beds and 4 Bali beds which you can hire for 12 Euros a day. Nice pool bar and a small buffet available all day with sandwiches, fruit and cakes.
The entire hotel was very clean and all staff were friendly and courteous.
The food in the buffet restaurant was better than a lot of the hotels I’ve stayed in before. Lots of choices and the menu varied each day. This always included pasta, pizza and chips so that fussy eaters could usually find something they would enjoy. Quite a good choice for vegetarians like myself
There was a good mix of nationalities among the guests, the majority were German, and we felt this added to the holiday as we all blended.
We really enjoyed our stay, however, there were a couple of negatives. The evening entertainment for adults was very poor. The acts we saw seemed unprepared and very amateurish.
Our room was a side view room, 429, and we were very disappointed with its location next to a busy road to one side, bars and clubs playing loud music much of the night to another side and a nearby go kart track. We couldn’t use the balcony at all because it was just too noisy and this also kept us awake at night even with doors and curtains closed. I wish I had known this before we booked. . I would suggest paying more for a pool view room. The room was very clean with good air conditioning and a small fridge.
I would recommend the Hipotels Said for a great seaside holiday but choose your room carefully..

We were very pleased, the staff, from caretakers ; receptionists, kitchen staff to cleaning fairies who cleaned the room and everything in the hotel so clean, were all very friendly and perfect. But it's not the hotel's fault. There are kilometres of cycle paths on the promenade from Cala Bono to Sa Coma and beyond. The best time to drive would be in the morning between 6-10 am, as it is not yet hot and traffic not yet so heavy. We also always went to the beach with bicycles. This is very practical and fast, you don't have to carry bags. The hotel is very central to the shopping arcade, you can go shopping nicely. In Cala Bono are nice exceptional shops available, you would have to walk a little further through passage . What we noticed- there are NO insects in the hotel. City bikes for a reasonable price can be rented at the hotel. On the day of departure you could still use all the services, which was super convenient. Food is excellent. Fish in many variations to every meal- even salmon very often been. Coffee tasted very good and apple juice is so delicious! Overall we are very satisfied and would come back.

Came here with my husband, son & my sons friend who were both 19. On our first day I think we were the only English guests & I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel in all my life the stares, dirty looks & head shaking countinued all week from certain German guests. The hotel was spotless & the drinks & food were quite good for all inclusive but the food could be quite cold sometimes. On our third day we were told only smart shorts for dinner by the rude restaurant manager & that we were not allowed in although we had smart plain jersey shorts on. This caused problems most dinner times as it’s down to the manager if he thinks your shorts are smart enough.Yet a lot of other guests were wearing football T-shirts!!
None of the staff speak much English but I must say the bar staff were by far the friendliest & seemed to actually like us English.
The hotel is in a great location for shops & bars but the noise from the bar below was very loud but it definitely suited my son & friend.
I would not return to this hotel mostly due to the other guests & having your clothes judged every dinner time.

Having arrived the reception staff were lovely and very helpful, our room was small but a good view over pool and a very comfortable bed. We had book all inc with jet2 for 5 nights, they have this as a 4 star I would class it more 3 - 3+ the drinks with the all inc are very poor unless you are drinking beer (not local) or wine. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner I thought were poor. Yes there is pasta and pizza and salad but fish fingers ? Chicken nuggets ? And 1 night was either mainly fish or liver I don’t like either. Sometimes trying to get serve with a drink in the restaurant was very hard too. Yes the staff are busy but having to sit and wait to be served with your drinks when they seem to be just wandering round is annoying. Also for dinner to be finished at 9 when you are in a Mediterranean country seems very odd.
Pool is cold but lovely, great that they don’t let you put towels down till after 9.
They do have a facility for massages but would not recommend it. You are paying premium prices for a room with no air con just a fan that has a slatted door on so can hear everything outside in the corridor and in the toilets that are used for the outside pool, the door itself wasn’t closed either at the beginning. If I’m paying average hotel prices for treatments I expect much better. Having had treatments in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I thought this setting was very poor. They would be better not bothering and sending people over to their other hotel which does more of the treatments. I wouldn’t stay here again, though I would probably stay in other hipotels hotels

We arrived at the hotel on 03/06/2023 for my 50th birthday and were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Rooms were lovely & clean but on the small side. Bathroom's desperately need updating to match the rest of the hotel. Currently a shower over the bath. Air con was pretty poor and leaked every time we used the shower. We had to put towels down every night on the floor. Housekeeping was impeccable and was left a complimentary bottle of wine on my birthday. Food from the buffet was great! All inclusive alcoholic drinks had little to no alcohol in them. Bar staff and animation guy are a credit to the hotel. It's pretty much German orientated and we found there to be little to no atmosphere at the pool area. Beach was disappointing as lots of black sea grass which felt like you were wading through an ashtray to get into the sea. Close to all amenities. All in all had a good stay but probably wouldn't return.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Hipotel Said. We found the hotel to be very clean, friendly staff, good food, good location with a wide variety of shops and bars and only a short walk to the beach. The only downside we would say is there is no kettle in the room and breakfast doesn’t start until 8 which isn’t great when you have an early flight as we were picked up just before 8 and couldn’t get a hot drink or anything to eat. The hotel is predominantly German which isn’t a problem but difficult to chat to anyone, very few English. It is noted that sunbeds cannot be reserved prior to 9am, the only way to do this is to sit on the bed with your towel until 9 or your towel will be removed. We seen this happen many times where towels were removed and taken to reception. This seems to be a strict policy the hotel has. Overall a very nice holiday we would happily return.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The food quality and variety is the best we have ever experienced (we travelled with my mum who is a fussy eater and she never struggled with choice). The chefs were regularly quality checking the buffet which I have never seen before. Food was constantly replenished. Lots of fruit and cakes available throughout the day and sandwiches always available if you didn’t want to go to the sit down lunch buffet.
Drink selection was great. First hotel I have been to where pina coladas are included on all inclusive (and i couldn’t have one due to being pregnant!) Beer was San Miguel, all the usual fizzy pops were included. Slushies for children were available but no other non fizzy children’s beverages so we bought some squash from the local supermarket.
Coffee was great, even the decaf (I always judge a place by the coffee!!)
The hotel was always fantastically maintained, pool clean and a pleasant temperature.
Hotel makes a point of not being allowed to reserve sun beds but people still did it.

We had a brilliant time staying at Hipotel Said - it is in the perfect location for typical tourist activities. Very close to the Strip and beachfront with the bars, restaurants and touristy shops (though perhaps could be a little noisy in busy seasons). Food and drink was nice, however we were early on in the season and did not have access to the full snack bar menu that was advertised during lunch periods (only a couple of cold sandwiches and some biscuits). The pool area and hotel are beautifully maintained and the staff were friendly and attentive. Room had a lovely sea view and would visit again for the location alone.
