I recently gave my parents a half-board stay at the Voramar hotel and today, after leaving the hotel, I can only thank Margarita, Marina and all the staff for their wonderful treatment. They have been delighted with the hotel, the facilities, views, food, entertainment and all the staff in general (from the maintenance guy, to the kitchen staff, waiters, receptionists, management, etc.). If you are hesitating to book at this hotel, don't do it, it may seem like a 3 star hotel but it really has an incalculable value since they make the stay simply perfect.

Hotel very good location. It stands at the beach, near the shops, restaurants etc.
Staff are kind, but 90-95 % don't talk english. Receptionist as well. (expext 2)
Food is tasty, but after 3-4 days, that is very boring. They cook very similair every day. Small hotel, small options.
The room is all right. Pillow is really hard. There is a big balcony.
Good things. We could pay by room card everywhere in the hotel. I think the hotel is perfect for a short time staying

We didn't stay at the hotel, but regularly used the cafe on the sea front. The service was amazing, food and drink great and priced very competitively. Most days we was served by Noemi and she was fantastic, always smiling and interacting with our 2 year old sum. Will return here to use as our regular coffee spot when we return next year.

Completely happy with the hotel and service. The staff is responsive and friendly, always provide the necessary assistance. The hotel shares the sea promenade, here drive cars and motorcycles, so it's best to have a room above the second floor. Excellent sandy beach and ends at 50 meters from the hotel, further towards Cala Bona stones.
The room is small but has everything you need. Balcony with side sea view was quite good. The maid cleaned the room clean every day, leave a tip did not take.
Dining in the restaurant is quite normal, unless you come to a gastronomic tour. For breakfast, if the proposed alternate meals can have a variety for 8 - 9 days. Dinners always had some new dish. The restaurant staff are always friendly and willing to help. Special thanks to Miquel, who was very courteous and gallant.

We are a young couple - 24 F 30 M. We were there for 10 days, in the end of June 2011. I was in so many hotels till now, all over the world, but this is the noisiest hotel I've EVER been ! It is on the beach street from one side and it lies on 1 another street with a lot of traffic all day and night long. If U want some rest and good sleep - DON'T GO THERE, you will be allowed to sleep maximum 4-5 hours per night. The walls are very thin, may be made of cardboard ! U hear everything what your neighbours says and make ! U can hear a doors slapping all night long from everywhere! It is full of german pensioners, only a few young couples. The rooms are VERY SMALL ! The air-conditioning is central, not good at all. The bathroom is very small too. The telephone shower was broken and couldn't move. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The TV in the room was so small and old, it switches off and on when it wants, alone ! There were only 5-6 only german programs, no music channel, no other english speaking channels. There was only 1 power plug on the wall in the whole "big" room. U must pay for fridge in the room - 2 Euro per day - miserable robbery ! Wireless is 3 Euro per day. Restaurant is very, VERY small, always VERY cold and smelly. All the tables and chairs are so close each other, that you cannot seat normally, because of all the people near, packet like sardines ! U have to share 1 very small table for max 3 people, with other strangers, and this table must have 4 people according to the hotel rules. But there is just NO place for the plates on that small table, awfully ! The breakfast was lets say OK, but the same every day......but the dinner was really, really BAD ! Don't go there, especially with a dinner ! The personnel of the hotel was very helpful and polite, but only one gentleman on the reception speaks english so-so. The others – only german and spanish. And the last 1 – we have paid for a room with a seaview, but we got a room, from where you can see only a small part of the beach and sea, lets say about 40-50 meters. So, I don’t know about the other opinions, but I was very DISAPPOINTED of the hotel ! And if U want to go there – read my review and may be U have to think 1 more time !

The last week of the 2016 Season, at £43.00 per. day proved to be disappointing. The Satellite TV System had a multi tude of Channels. BUT , only TWO were English speaking. Sky International News. BBC International News. There were a plethora of German TV Channels. In fact the Hotel is biased to German clients. I was constantly greeted in German. My room was passable, but there were strange noises above,, from possibly running water. Every morning a large drainage flushing sound occurred in the bathroom.. I had to spray the room twice during the last week, to kill Mosquitoes. The Breakfast food choices were very good, but on cold plates, and a luke warm servery.. Reception staff were bored, as were waiters, all waiting for the week to finish, from very few guests. The Hotel position is very good, on the sea front, perfect for the predominately German Urbanisation of Cala Millor. A " Burger King " next door on the front, provides snack meals for all the family. But if you are " ALL INCLUSIVE ", then the evening meals are again very good, with lots of choice.
Overall, a good THREE STAR HOTEL.

Hotel has been updated since our visit last year. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and cannot do enough for you and really make your stay enjoyable. The location is right on the beach. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The resort has plenty to offer in the way of bars and restaurants and is wheelchair friendly.

Hello, Do all rooms have a balcony.
Answer from HotelVoramar
Cala Millor, Spain
Hello. The hotel has different types of room. Single rooms and economy-standard rooms don't have a balcony. The double rooms with side sea view and the double rooms with direct sea view have a balcony. Thank you, Hotel Voramar.

Is it disabled friendly
Answer from PETER W

I only visited the Voramar cafe and coffee section which was outside facing the beach, the main door to the hotel was on the side. I did check the hotel lobby which was very clean and organised, I believe the hotel is set up for disabled personnel, but the website will give more information. Sorry could not be of any more assistance.
