Lovely little hotel right near town and beach. cleaners about all the time so never any mess, food ok if you not too fussy and happy to try different stuff, animation staff fantastic, and other staff friendly. Only thing we would change is awful over sweet drinks all the time, and beer not thar nice either, Would recommend if you like a not too busy, central hotel, some entertainment but not hectic

Sleep ~ Beds really comfy, seem to have a topper on as part of mattress too. Mattress protector does NOT make you stick to it too, all around 10 / 10 for sleep. Room ~ Really clean, basic, what one needs on leave, cleaning service 2nd to none, need a towel change? Place them in the bath the lasses change them for fresh ones! Sheets changes 1/2 way through stay too. Rooms are dated, in need of some TLC, however, proper Value For Money (VFM). 08 / 10 Hotel General ~ Very Clean, cleaners work JOLLY HARD and maintain a most high standard all round, reception staff very helpful, pleasant and obliging too. Not sure how old the hotel is, however, it was re-furbished over Winter 2015, there are now some cosmetics in need of TLC, from our experience / observation maintenance needed was done quick smart by the multi skilled maintenance staff. You are able to pre warn an earlier breakfast for leaving day too, so as we had time to digest with no rush etc. 09 / 10 N.B. There are no fridges in the rooms, this was listed pre-booking, however, now the web pages are changed. If insulin diabetics need a fridge to store their insulin, the reception staff will arrange safe cold store / access too, might be an idea for diabetics to PRE WARN so as a mini-fridge could be hired in.. Food ~ All Inclusive over 11 days one expects some repetition, there was a little, so on the main meal side, great choices for another choice on those few occasions too :-) Salads, loads of variety, some ideas taken away to re-create at home too ;-) ## Allergy Advice ## GREAT TO SEE as there was a colour coded multi language cards system in place, the staff were EVER so good / helpful with advise too, often asking chefs to the finer detail of 'content' 9 / 10 Entertainment ~ Early in season, Animation Staff ~ Amanda & Antony work VERY HARD end effectively to ENGAGE folks :-) This is not IMOVHO a hotel to take smaller kids as there is no 'kids club' however, in the evening "Mini Disco" is put on for the kids that were there. PoolSide there is keep fit to do too, pleased to partake in a Yoga Session too :-) Some of the equipment is yet to be replaced, dart board etc. No archery or air rifle shooting as no "Safe Space" to carry out, however, that is ' under discussion'. Some evening entertainment was laid on too, obligatory "Bang, Bang, Clatter, Clatter, Click / Clack" AKA Flamenco, Bee Gee tribute, a C & W singer too. For us an HONEST score is 07 /10 Pool ~ Early in season was cold, too cold for me, however, some brave souls were in and enjoying water fun, Rosi the Life Guard is great with the kids too, engaging them with a water based basket ball hoop etc too, even coaching some kids with stroke perfection from Amanda too. In the mornings the pool is cleaned in readiness for use, the cleaners work jolly hard to prepare for the day too.. GREAT TO NOT SEE Pool Side Towel to bed olympics too LOL :-) We went with Jet2 booked via our local independent Travel Lounge in Bedale. Transport from Palma COACH to resort took about 1 & 1/4 hours with several drop offs, the coach driver did JOLLY WELL to navigate some of the side streets too, he was 'commenting about "HOW TIGHT" I said to him "Mini-Bus better" he totally agreed.. Our return to Palma was in a ### Mini-Bus ### took about 50 mins with picks ups too, we were notified by SMS 3 days before with a time window, 09:10 - 09:40 for us... 09:22 ours arrived :-) Out & About ~ Local Street marled near Lidl in next but one street on a Monday Morning, Son Severa market on a Friday, it is walkable as Amanda leads a walk there for the younger / fitter folks. We took taxi €9 each way with a couple of € tip. The receptions staff can / will book trips out to larger markets as will the Jet2 reps too. Palma Airport departures, cattle yard once through Jet2 bag check !!! Yes it was BUSY, so one would EXPECT them to staff up to meet predicted need, as flight plans etc will give a jolly good indication of expected foot fall..

Booked the hotel due to it being our first proper holiday away and it was cheap and good location for an all inclusive hotel. Spent the first couple of nights out of the hotel as didn’t seem like there was much to offer. However, once we got to know the staff we didn’t want to leave. The food was adequate for an all inclusive and always had something to offer. The around the pool entertainment was brilliant and we made friends easily with other people from England and from the local area. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment with Amanda and Antony who made sure everyone was welcome and comfortable. The drinks were always made how you like them and had a great selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. Would really recommend the hotel and we are looking at booking again in October.

Myself and my cousin booked this hotel, then read the reviews after and had a bit of a panic. However, we arrived late, on arrival some food had been kept back for us incase we wanted it. Food throughout the week was not to our taste, but lots to choose from, typical all inclusive food. Drinks were good. Our room was facing the road so we spoke to reception and they sorted this for us (at a small fee) and moved us to a pool facing room. Staff were kind throughout, helpful and chatty. Massive shout out to Amanda and Antony, the entertainment staff, both amazing people, so kind, friendly and did the best they could with the limited resources available. For us personally, they made our holiday! We are already looking to book another trip.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary and as our first holiday together and we had an amazing time, the hotel was brilliant and the staff were lovely. The bar staff made sure everything with the drinks was to your liking the reception staff were very helpful with lost keys and any issues with the room, the animation team at the hotel were friendly and amazing they made sure that there was something inclusive everyday for everyone at the hotel and involved everyone in the evening entertainment. The hotel is in a lovely area very close to the beach and there are different things you can do while there. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the food but it just wasn’t to my taste, there was plenty options for each meal, and there were brilliant affordable restaurants on the beach front.

I have never been so Cala Millor, I decided to book a last minute trip Solo with my 5 year old for 6 nights. We arrived early hours and food and drink was available but we chose to go to bed and get some sleep. Room was small, but very clean! Balcony faced flats which wasn’t the best view but we hardly spent any time in the room or balcony! All staff are amazing. Maribel you are amazing! Amanda and Anthony are a brilliant entertainment team. Everyone works so hard! We met so many friends here, food wasn’t bad. Pork ribs and pork joints freshly craved infront of you. There was a day my little boy wouldn’t eat anything and I asked for same plain pasta and was brought to me in a couple of mins. Crepes, churos, crossiants, fresh bread and fruit everyday! Fresh towels everyday! Very helpful staff, I really enjoyed my holiday here and hoping to come back again this year! I was so worried after I booked and read the reviews but definitely worth every penny! My son had the best holiday, we normally go out the hotel a lot when we go away but we didn’t venture out much as we was so happy and entertained here! Magic show was amazing.. hotel bathrooms could do with an update, some new toilet seats would freshen up the bathroom as ours was stained but this didn’t ruin our holiday! loved every minute! Thank you for amazing memories! We will be back 💃🏼

Vocation for 1 adult, 10yo child and 32yo mental ill person. Rooms are basic, but adequate for our needs. Practically we spend time in our room only at night while sleeping. Cleaners do their job excellently. We have clean room like we have a new one everyday. Food is good. I choose meal and eat well everyday even thought I'm so picky. All the people here are so friendly, helpful, obliging, smiley, kind and make sure you are feeling good all the time. Specialy stuff at the bar, lifeguard and animators Amanda and Antony! They make our vocation even more amazing.🤍

I stayed here with my daughter for 5 nights and we got a great price for all inclusive. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room was on the first floor and it was small but adequate. It overlooked the pool area and we could smell the food cooking from the kitchen below. Food was ok, typical all inclusive, as were the drinks. The location was great 2 blocks from seafront and ideal for both Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Towels only changed once in the 5 nights and the bathroom was dark. We didn’t stay in at night for the entertainment so can’t comment but the music round the pool one day was extremely loud! Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

A group of my friends stayed here on the opening day of summer some (11) for the weekend and the rest (9) for a week, first impressions are not that great tbh, but give it some time the place was ideal for what we were looking for, the drinks were plentiful & always available, the food was ok something different available every day, you get what you pay for 3 stars means 3 star food, the location was ideal for us as we wanted to be near pubs etc, I must say the entertainment staff were brilliant getting my group of friends involved in all activities, also must mention the bar maid Maribel she is a credit to your hotel.

Very last min break for both of us 2 Adults First of all this Hotel is a three star but cleanliness of 5 star it’s spotless. The hotel is a little outdated but you pay for what you get. ! Hotel room standard we only sleep in it, again very clean. Food … the food is basic if you are wanting a chef to carve you meat get a five star hotel 😂 Food could do with been hotter l like my food pilling hot 🥵. All the staff from cleaners to life guards are really friendly. Go above and beyond. Got to shout out to the life guard go goes round making sure all the kids are covered with umbrellas and brings them snacks of fruit. I no kids with me but I thought this was very thoughtful. Now for the animation team Antony & Amanda there work hard to make sure everyone is involved from games by the pool to bingo in the lounge. My kids are grown up and not with us but I’ve noticed in this hotel there make sure all the children are very much involved with games. Well done to them two. 5* from us.
