each room seems different quality

August 2014 we had no toaster but others seem to have had one going by the reviews. room tidy enough and got clean towels but some have seen better days. Pool does have a fence round it to protect the children. You will struggle to cook fancy meal on the two rings and odd selection of pans, but I only booked toast and made tea. (toast done in a frying pan - no toaster so improvised!) really stuffy as no air conditioning and daily it was 29-31 degrees. Receptionist friendly but not much English spoken but sign language works wonders. Nothing that the hotel can fix but there was incessant barking dogs (multiple!) from early hours to late night. Worrying part was twice there was a rat in the swimming pool. I didn't go into the pool however after speaking to someone in the know this is really quite dangerous.…

July 31st to 12th August

Apartment's were well equipped for our needs with TV,two hob cooker,microwave,toaster,fridge and fan,very clean and the lady in charge was very nice,the pool now has a fence round it so you've no chance of falling in,the grounds were neat and tidy and cleaned every night,towels were changed every two days and we had WiFi 24 hours a day as we stayed right above the reception snack bar combined,the beach and shops were a five minute walk away,the area was very quiet so a good nights sleep was assured, bus stops were 1minute away and Palma is a must see,the beach could do with a good clean as it was full of fag butts and some bottle tops,it cost 4.20 euros to hire a sun bed and the same for a parasol, but beware you don't stray into the bicycle lane when walking along the prom which runs from Cala Bona,Cala Millor to Say Coma and is cheap to hire a bike or tricicle, Cala Bona was a 10 minute walk away while Sa Coma was a good 40 minutes away on foot,plenty of restaurants about and the mixed Tapas are a must have,great for families but not so much for singles as entertainment was of the minimum,some bars were closing at midnight so very family orientated, all in all a very nice resort and friendly place for a get away from it all,but over 1hour from airport.…

Fair enough

We've been there in late autumn and the area was quiet and nice. However, there was no central heating and the heaters were not enough to reach a comfortamble temperature. Also, the second day there was no hot water so we couldn't take any shower. On the other side, the place was neat and tidy and the kitchen was equipped with anything necessary.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto una bella sorpresa! Nonostante avessimo avuto la conferma della prenotazione con varie scambi e-mail, ci hanno dirottato per tre giorni presso gli appartamenti Cristina altra struttura (Non di loro proprietà). Non abbiamo capito come mai, ma l'appartamento non era disponibile! La Sig.na Laura Forteza, che ci ha accolto ha semplicemente detto che l'appartamento non era disponibile per la data di arrivo e che dovevamo soggiornare presso un'altra struttura per tre giorni. Trascorsi i tre giorni presso gli appartamenti Cristina, e ritornati al Jardin de Oro ci ha accolto la Sig.ra delle pulizie (tra l’altro simpaticissima), che ci ha consegnato le chiavi dell’appartamento. In tutto il soggiorno durato 15 gg non abbiamo mai visto più nessuno all’reception. Penso proprio che non siano stati corretti nei nostri confronti e che i clienti non si trattano in questo modo! Nonostante tutto la vacanza ha proseguito splendidamente. Purtroppo NON me la sento di consigliare questa struttura ad altri. Spero che capiate il mio disappunto!!!…

we are a couple in early fifties.stayed for 1 week here.room clean and tidy.fridge,hob,micowave,kettle,toaster.living room/dinner,balcony over looking pools.one for kids and large pool.bathroom with shower over bath.bedroom safe in wardrobe.remote controls for tv/sat.hairdryer,iron free at reception.towels/room cleaned every two days.two mins to supermarket three to four mins to prom main strip shops,pubs nad resturands.no aicon but upright movable fan in room.well located for eveything.
