Location is really perfect, 20 meters from the sea. But absence of conditioner is crucial, impossible to sleep at night, too hot. Ventilators will not help. Internet connection breaks every 5 minutes, have to re-enter, this is irritating.

Good location! Nice apartment, effektive cleaning. Internet payment? Single users? Nice pool, small but good. What is happening with the german schlager party every evening from the next hotel? If I was a hotel owner I would discuss this with the hood. Air condition was hard not to have, but that was the deal. Finding the hotel was also a Challenge😂

On arrival we was dropped out side the apartments, but to check in you have to go to hotel Veronica. Easy way is walk to the sea front (1min away) and turn to your right, the hotel is a few streets away. The reception staff were friendly and check in only took a matter of minutes. One thing we was not told is there are two apartments blocks, one for room numbers followed by A,B,or C and the other D, F,or G, don't make the mistake I did trying to enter room 4 in the wrong block!! The apartments are clean and tidy with fabulous views of the sea. All amenities needed, and cleaners come in most days. Only downfall is the pool at hotel Veronica only has around 20sun beds for the whole hotel and apartments, and we also felt like intruders when we did visit the pool, as most of our German friends had all inclusive bands on and we looked like we had just walked in off the beach! Only other downfall was no air con, but the rooms, price, and views made up for it.

I stayed in a 2 bed apartment with 2 friends in june, we got a very good price as we were looking for a budget holiday. The apartment is very clean (cleaned daily) and modern with flat screen tv and fully equipped kitchen including fridge. There are no fans in the bedroom however so we put our mattresses in the living area under the ceiling fan. We were slightly disappointed on arrival to find there was no pool as pictured on the website. The pool was in fact at hotel veronica 5-10 minutes walk down the road and free to access. The pool very rarely had sunbeds available when we visited with saving sunbeds with towels. The area had lots of shops, bars and restaurants very close by with great cocktails and food with some entertainment on. There was also a club a bit further down with a wide range of ages there. We visited the caves of drach one day via bus which was very easy once on but with the apartment/hotel veronica staff speaking little English we struggled to find the bus stop at first and realised it was about every hour. The sea was great and perfect for swimming but again no sunbeds even at 9am! All in all we had a good time for a few days and the price is very reasonable, if you want good food and everything within walking distance. I would stay for a week if I hired a car as the area got boring after a while unless you just want a sunbathing holiday. Warning as well if you don't speak much Spanish or German, it was a very german resort

Our one bedroom apartment was way beyond expectation for what we paid and much nicer than the pictures on the hotel website suggest. Then room had clearly been recently refurbished and had a large flat screen tv on the wall which had a good selection of british channels, including BBC 1 and itv. Best of all was the THREE large balconies which meant we could sit in or out of the sun at any time of day. The apartments are also bang in the middle of the resort which means everything is in short walking distance and the beach is virtually on your doorstep. There are drawbacks which is why I haven't given a rating of 5, the major one being the lack of air conditioning which the fans don't really make up for in the midsummer heat. The apartments are jointly managed with hotel veronica and there was a lack of info regarding check in details, this has to be done at the hotel, and we were directed to the wrong block, there are 2, for our apartment. The lack of free WiFi is also poor in this day and age. The hotel and apartments are pretty much exclusively populated by Germans which meant that hotel staff will assume you are German and address you as such but most staff also speak reasonable English as well so we didn't find this to be a problem. I had a serious health issue whilst I was there and have to thank the member of staff on reception that evening for arranging help so promptly. Overall, excellent value for money apartments and highly recommended, particularly for trips outside high season when the lack of air con would not be such an issue.
