I'll start step by step...🇪🇦 We were 2 adults and 2 children (3 months and 2 years old).👨👩👧👦
Hotel FOOD🍳 ➕️ The all-inclusive program absolutely matched 3*, I would even say it deserved at least 3*+. ➕️ Breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had a wide selection of food (hot meals, salads, bread, cheeses, vegetables, desserts). The repetitive menu mentioned in some reviews did not seem that way to me at all - the most commonly used sides (pasta, fries) repeated, but for example, rice and potatoes alternated. Sometimes there were spring rolls, sometimes raw sticks, etc. Definitely quite varied for a 3* hotel! ➕️ The food was constantly replenished, even if there were only 15 minutes left until the end of dinner, they replenished everything (including a huge salmon). Definitely no skimping on food. ➕️ I really appreciate that they try not to waste food here. What is left in the buffet often appears in some dish the next day. For example, salmon mousse, pastries filled with vegetable mix, potato pie. I find this very sympathetic and I support it. ➕️ Every evening there was something special for dinner, for example, an Asian evening (the chef prepared sushi in front of us), pasta mixed in Parmesan, grilling, chocolate fondue, and more. ➖️ The afternoon snack was not very rich and was the same every day (muffins, cookies, hot dogs). But it is a 3* hotel, so I don't rate it negatively. There was always enough food and it was always replenished, so there was enough for everyone.
DRINKS🍹 ➕️ Branded sodas like Coca-Cola (classic, Zero, Fanta, Sprite) were available. ➖️ Juices are from concentrate, which is noticeable (it's a bit artificial). But again, if you don't like it, there are many other sweet drinks to choose from.
ACCOMMODATION🏠 ➕️ It is an aparthotel, which is a brilliant way to travel with family. We had a standard apartment (not the premium one) and the equipment seemed great to us. We had a separate bedroom with a large double bed and then a living area with a kitchen, where there were two more beds/sofas. ➕️ A brilliant choice for families with children. ➕️ Cleaning was done every day and we were satisfied. They changed our bedding 3 times a week. They changed our towels almost daily. The bathroom was always cleaned, swept, and the beds made (and they didn't have it easy in our apartment - we traveled with two small children). ➕️ The surroundings between the villas are very well maintained, pleasant, and beautiful. ➕️ From our terrace, we had a direct view of the fountain. Beautiful! ➖️ Noise from the common areas during the evening program. It didn't bother us, on the contrary, we felt "in the action" even though we had to stay in the room because of the sleeping children. But some might have a problem with it.
➕️ Great animation team. There was always something to do. ➕️ The splash zone for kids is absolutely amazing. Kids aged 1-6 will love it. ➕️ Bubbles at the main pool. Very pleasant. ➖️ The main pool is quite full. The hotel accommodates a lot of guests and one pool is not enough for that. ➖️ A slightly longer transfer from Palma de Mallorca airport to Cala Millor, but nothing terrible. We drove for approximately 1.5 hours.
BEACH🏝 ➕️ One of the most beautiful beaches we have been to with children. ➕️ Very gradual entry. Ideal for children. ➕️ Fine sand. ➕️ Clean everywhere. ➕️ Clear and clean water. ➕️ Possibility to rent 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella (this set is for 14 € per day). We managed with a beach tent. ➕️ Great promenade along the beach. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes. ➖️ It is exactly 1 km from the hotel to the beach. But the path is comfortable. I walked there alone without kids in 5 minutes. With children (stroller and scooter) in 10 minutes. It didn't bother us at all. ➖️ A long public beach, there are a lot of people, but you always find a place. ➖️ There can often be bigger waves. But only once were they so big that swimming was not possible. Two days the sea was completely calm. Other days the waves were just right for swimming and playing in the water.
❤️I can really recommend this hotel with a clean heart and JOY. It is a Spanish 3*, at least as good, if not better, than a Greek 4*. We were absolutely satisfied here. The only downside for us with small children was the walk to the beach, but as I wrote, nothing that would deter us from visiting this hotel again.🔜❤️

The pitches are a good size and lots of space between pitches Toilet blocks are a very short walk and there is one at either end. They are also very clean. Lovely play area for the children. There is a bar on site which serves meals and drinks at reasonable prices. We didn't have a meal there so I can't comment on the food. The chef is a lovely man and goes above and beyond and accommodated our autistic son by making him a 'staff member'. Bingo lady is an absolute delight. Kev the maintenance man looked after our son when he had meltdown I must add, because I have a phobia about this, there is no dog poo anywhere to be seen, and there are signs about not letting dogs foul on the site. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The majority of vacationers (85-90% Germans, so the animation was mostly in German, they also dubbed it into English, Polish, Spanish). Very large, well-kept, clean hotel territory, very spacious, clean rooms-apartments in which there is a stove and you can cook food, there is everything you need for cooking, from spoons, forks, plates to pots, there is a kettle, coffee maker. The rooms are very clean, bed linen, towels are perfectly clean. The territory near the pool, toilets are perfectly clean.
As for the kitchen, the food is varied and very tasty, every day there were meat, fish dishes, various salads, sausages, pastries. For an additional fee, you can rent a safe, which was in a separate room of the hotel. The walk to the sea took 5-7 minutes.

Beautiful, large, clean pool and smaller pool with slide and splash pool for the little ones. We stayed in a premium apt which was modern and well furnished. Cleaning staff were friendly and came daily. The complex was spotless, not an insect seen which is highly unusual for abroad. The breaksfast was lovely ( (8.30am to 10.30am) As would be expected for Spain, the sausages and bacon weren't British but why would they be? We didn't stay all inclusive but did purchase the buffet one night and was glad we hadn't stayed all inclusive as the food wasnt for us and the night we did saty we didn't eat much. We also really enjoyed visiting the lovely restaurants each night (meals ranged from 10 - 15 euros)
We only stayed for the entertainment once but the majority of the entertainment ( entertainment was poor, mainly in house and finished and quiet by 11pm) and kids club were in German and Spanish, but my kids are a bit older now so we didn't need to use it, however, had they have been younger I don't think they would have gone, mainly due to fact that there wernt any other English. There was us and 2 other British families in the hotel during our stay, however, this wasn't an issue for us. The entertainer appeared very bored and unfulfilled in his job and it felt like he didn't really enjoy what he was doing and came over as quite condescending and disrespectful ( in appropriate sexuall innuendos etc were made towards my daughter who is 28 which made her feel uncomfortable) The other fitness entertainer appeared professional and good at his job...the aqua aerobics were extremely tiring!
The location was excellent, just down the road to a Supermarket, seafront and bars / restaurants. Most of the bars closed at 12 due to licencing laws and I believe there was one nightclub and a bar called the Rose and Crown that did karaoke nightly and stayed open until after 2? so if its a clubbing holiday your looking for this isn't the place for you.
All in all a beautiful complex in a fantastic location and we wouldn't hesitate to return..

Ciudad Laurel convinced us with the way the whole premises is built and organized. A widespread area that gives you a very good feeling of not being pressed into a small shoebox like at other hotels at the beachfront. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was exceptional and the staff was very attentive and motivated. Our assigned apartment was very spacious. We definitely will be back soon!

We have never been to Majorca and met our friends at this hotel who have been coming here for years. We found the hotel excellent; comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony; helpful nice housekeeping staff, lovely, helpful staff all around the property… from waiters to front desk to pool staff made our stay extremely lovely. While we are not the all inclusive type of traveller, we enjoyed the reasonably priced food and drinks. Most of the people there were on an all inclusive plan and it seemed the choices of good and drink were plentiful. The town the hotel is located is again very family friendly, wonderful for daily walks. We will definitely come back here again given the peaceful, stress free environment and the kindness of the local people. As Americans, we didn’t meet many of our compatriots given that almost 100% of vacationers at the hotel and on this part of the island were German and the place definitely caters to the german tourists with language, food and program choices. It should be noted that the programming the hotel puts on every night for the large number of children and later for adults was also outstanding. We came away truly impressed and hope more American tourists discover this place.

My boyfriend and I arrived late at night, we were given our apartment keys and told we could complete the whole check in process in the morning which we really appreciated as we had been travelling since 9am and it was near 12pm when we arrived here. We were shown to our apartment by a man on reception, didn't get his name but he was very friendly. The reception were very accomodating in allowing us late check out as our flight home was at 10pm. The apartment is modern and immaculately clean. You could eat your dinner off the floor as they say. We didnt eat the food on the hotel grounds as we were self catering so we cannot comment. We enjoyed the pool and sun loungers, listening to the kids mini disco on the balcony.
We had never visited the area before but everything was so lovely and it wasnt too noisy/built up, but it wasnt derelict either. Theres lots to do and we went in April! Would highly recommend. We will be back again.

Great apartments in a quiet setting away from the busy promenade front but still close enough to everywhere including the beach. We were in block 3 and had a ground floor apartment with a lovely patio that was not overlooked. Great pool and lovely grounds, friendly helpful staff and everywhere was spotless / maid service every day. This isn't a moan, just a heads up but there was no kettle (you could arrange to hire one via reception) and no towel service (I mean all day long exchangeable towels for the pool and beach, not bathroom towels) but we paid a couple hundred pounds less to stay here that the more expensive places we have stayed who provide the services of a kettle and towels so I only mention it so you can pack these things when you stay in these highly recommended apartments.

The apartments were very nice, clean, spacious and we had an amazing view of the pool. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful, The swimming pool was large, clean and the splash park/baby pool was great for the kids to play in and much fun was had.
During the day-time there was some (usually 2) activities for the kids to do but it would gave been nice if there had of been more. However, we we didn't really get inbolved in the entertainment as the kids club and entertainment was mainly German and Spanish. .. The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants, bars and shops. We enjoyed going to the Rose and Crown, there was a nightly prize draw and karaoke. Bar staff were very polite and always had a joke with you.
