Stayed October 6 to 22, 2023 to play in the ITF World Team and Individual Championships. We enjoyed the facilities ... 11 red clay tennis courts, 2 large pools and fitness area. Food was very good and the staff provided excellent service.

We were there for the world tennis tournaments. The main problem was the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the dining areas - almost everyone there was stricken by COVID, gastroenteritis or cold/flu. That is the problem for the people in charge of the meal preparation and ensuring the staff maintain high standards of cleanliness - we observed that wasn’t always the case.

My room was good, unfortunately it overlooked the road. The room was well serviced - clean, towels and other essentials topped up daily. I am diary intolerant, this intolerance not really catered for. Oat milk provided at breakfast, which was good, Deserts mainly milk based leaving limited choice - many meat products served with milk based sauces!!! The other facilities are fantastic - the pools, tennis courts, activities etc. I found the reception staff very helpful. A lovely hotel I would visit again. I must mention Simeon, with whom I booked my room with, he was extremely helpful and patient with me - thank you Simeon.

the resort has all the facilities one could wish for. while i was there a wave of sickness afflicted the hotel guests but it was not clear it was any fault of the hotel. one suggestion would be that the crazy golf is removed from under the trees near the 1-5 courts as it is easy to trip over and many people wanted to watch the recent world masters championships and found it difficult to stand on the uneven terrain

We booked " full board" breakfast, lunch & dinner. Food was great, so many choices. Salad was abundant. Entrees were varied.. But the house wines ( comes with dinner) were pathetic. We ended up ordering a bottle from the menu list. Desserts were awesome ! Some people complained of the rooms ' soap dispenser. I bring my own bar of soap. Many things to do at the resort : several pools, mini golf, clay courts for tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis. Cross the street and the beach is right there. Many hiking trails.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and great facilities. This was our third visit and the only weaknesses were the weak WiFi connection and, this time, a smaller selection of food at meal times and less attentive service, apparently due to staff shortages.

Great resort with large rooms, very good all-inclusive food (plus beer and wine), easy beach access, and of course great tennis courts. The staff was universally helpful and cheerful, and everybody went out of their way to be accommodating. Susanna at the front dest was a "font" of information and advice, and Silvia was the great resident IT person.
