The only small minus is that the room thresholds are about an inch high and that coupled with the very heavy room door which does not have any way of holding open, made taking the wheelchair in and out a bit tricky...

My husband and I arrived late on Thursday 27 July - we were handed a glass of cava each and got upgraded to a superior room with our own pool for the duration of our stay (eight nights)... Our room was spacious with great AC to escape the heat...

...There was a problem with our room with a water issue when we arrived so we were put in another room for 2 nights then upgraded to compensate us so very happy with this as was out of control of the hotel...

I stayed here for 5 nights on a half board basis in October 2022... I was offered a choice of multiple rooms and was happy with my selection... The room was very spacious, had a huge bathroom (with large walk in shower and separate bath), fridge, desk, sofa and very large bed...

...Rooms are OK but air con non existent which is needed when surrounded by trees and mosquitos!...

Travelled as a solo traveler, was looking forward to relaxing and a little bit of luxury, however that's not what I got... I appreciate that the holiday season for staff is long and that they work long hours, but I don't believe that this is an excuse for their rude, unhelpful and unfriendly behaviour, everything appeared to be too much trouble, when I asked for a drink with my dinner 1 waitress replied there were to many people and everyone was busy, I eat my evening meal without a drink One day the hotel had run out of towels for around the pool One member of staff asked me for money for the street cats As a solo traveler I was made to feel an inconvenience...

...So out of interest I asked what they would do on our final evening and was advised that we would have to pay for a meal earlier in the day at the bar or switch to ‘All inclusive’ today (2 days before leaving) and eat earlier in the bar)… it’s not really a problem for us as we will simply go to an alternative restaurant but just a little tight from a hotel chain that is clearly doing very well... FYi we didn’t choose the all inclusive as some of our party do not drink alcohol...

...The beach was gorgeous but crowded and you had to pay to have sunbeds and a parasol which was a shame as we would have spent more time there if there had been some sunbeds reserved for the hotel...

It was a really nice hotel at a relaxing spot but it was quite far away from everything and more suiting for people willing to pay for all inclusive...

We were on an all inclusive basis and we were able to take advantage of this right until we left the hotel in the evening... Would recommend this hotel to friends and family for its relaxing vibe in a beautiful setting with brilliant staff... we have just returned from the 5th visit to this hotel , the staff and food was as good as ever ... We were over when Majorca was hit by hurricane type weather it really took its toll on the garden area , but cleaning staff worked really hard early next morning and the place was back to its best again ... well done all staff and management ...

Your order is taken by one person and electronically sent to bar or kitchen then another staff brings drinks/food to table... No waiting for same bar staff to take an order then deliver... Shout out for the manager and Geraldine, both of whom fell over themselves to resolve a small problem we had...

...Firstly the transfer from the airport we were told it was 1hour 30, our transfer took 1:45 there and 1:15 on the way back, however Tui kept us waiting on the bus for an hour first... Dinner buffet type with theme nights, Italian and Mexican we’re outstanding... Take walking shoes, as marcel does amazing guided tours of the areas which are both interesting and informative...

...It’s near a lovely beach, the food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and work incredibly hard... Why bar staff kept serving them I’ll never know... Less than an hour later it was incredible to watch one of these guys being handed free alcoholic cocktails by a member of the entertainment staff... A massive thank you to Sylvia - one of the hotel Director’s – for her actions in sorting this out... It’s great to have so many cocktails included in the all-inclusive package but you need enough staff to be able to serve them... Two bartenders at the Pool Bar is not enough...

Staff excellent, always happy and helpful, really felt like they cared for you and wanted to ensure you had a good stay... A bus stop outside the hotel links you to civilisation with regular buses and if you want to experience Majorca you need them...

The outside area was a real treat with loungers, seating and the pool... This was especially nice to have when the main pool area got very full... It is a short walk down to the beach, which can get really full, but it very worth a visit and a swim... The swim up pool bar was a real highlight with huge variety in the drinks on offer... There was also entertainment at the pool during the day over the weekend and plenty of activities / excursions to join... The buffets for breakfast and dinner were very extensive so everyone will find something they like... Lunch menu also had a lot of choice...

The onsite tapas restaurant (which you must book) is also well worth a visit... I appreciate that you can’t please all the people all the time but when you have a lovely outdoor eating area to listen to birdsong at breakfast do you need a live musician?... On our first full day, two young lads took seats at the pool bar as it opened... It’s great to have so many cocktails included in the all-inclusive package but you need enough staff to be able to serve them... Two bartenders at the Pool Bar is not enough... I just think that this hotel is trying too hard to ‘entertain’... The food, staff and facilities are fantastic...

We have been coming to this hotel for many years... Its such a relaxed atmosphere, where All the staff are on hand to help make your stay a memorable one... The pool area has plenty of sun lougers, enough for everyone to sock up the sun... The evening entertainment is excellent, something for everyones taste, from singers to acrobats... Silvia and all her staff do an amazing job looking after everyones needs...

Everything in the hotel was excellent until the invasion by local children screaming and shouting encouraged by their grandfather who has some kind of grudge...

This hotel is still being advertised wrongly, photographs from Tui show a spacious garden with sunbeds and cabanas dotted about, this is misleading!...

Lovely hotel with well appointed rooms and lovely pool area. All staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained... The only thing that lets it down are a lack of information in English about things to do both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, there seems to be a lot of information in German but little in English...

We enjoyed 10 days at this wonderful hotel... Nothing is too much trouble and they do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay... The location is lovely, a short walk to the beach... There is also a Tapas restaurant which we have heard is beautiful too... Although usually couples and small families, this time a group of young people were also staying only for a couple of nights, they enjoyed the food and the entertainment as much as we did and we enjoyed seeing the dance floor filled once more after covid restrictions stopped peoples enjoyment... We can highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our return next May...

The food was amazing and plenty of it, especially at lunch time where you choose from a menu with waiter service and the ice cream sundae's are a real treat... The swim up bar is a great place to make a new friend over a drink or two and to meet up later while watching the professional shows...

If you like a pool holiday and don't like venturing far then this is probably for you. The suites are large and in different blocks around the site; the balcony was a good size and the bathroom huge... Two pools with pool bar and although one of the pool bar staff took manana to whole new level, service is good... The evening bar staff are excellent and the variety of food in the main buffet restaurant is good... A bus stop outside the hotel links you to civilisation with regular buses and if you want to experience Majorca you need them...

Well….from the moment we checked in until the second we checked out we couldn’t fault this hotel! ALL staff were amazing, Juan in the outside bar/eatery had his team down to a fine art for making sure all the guests were catered for... Anything that we asked for from maintenance (slight issue with the flush on the lavatory) to towels, to the spa, was dealt with immediately... We’ll definitely be going back, we can’t stop praising the hotel when people asked about our holiday...

My partner and I had the most wonderful time at the Viva Suites and Spa. We had the all inclusive package for one week and found it to be great value... The buffet selection in the evenings was different every day and the food was excellent quality... The restaurant where lunches are provided was great, again a lovely selection of food, excellently prepared... Juan took great care of us when we sat out by this restaurant to have a few drinks in the evenings... The swim up bar at the pool was lovely... There were activities everyday and we took part in aqua aerobics, dart competitions, yoga, and fitness classes... In addition to this, there was wonderful live entertainment every night... We used the spa one afternoon and got massages from the very tallented therapist Marc Eli... The staff in general were fantastic, they really couldn't do enough for you, were so friendly and almost everyone spoke Spanish, English and German...
