A very nice hotel. Two superiors on the second floor with fresh renovations. Everything is as usual - dental and razor kits, bathrobes, slippers, water, tea and coffee... welcome set of 6 shots in the inn for each room plus ice cream strudel. Not bad. True, free parking is no longer on the premises, but next to the garbage can))) two days with breakfast for two rooms on 5x for thirty thousand.

The hotel is clean, neat. Slippers, towels and other charms are present. The location is perfect. Very comfortable. But... the soundproofing is terrible. I also want to leave a wish - dear hoteliers: help your guests spend their holidays in great comfort...equip (subject to additional seats) cots with normal mattresses (as all sensible hotels have long done). The hotel itself and the rooms are very dirty, the dust has not been removed, unsanitary conditions 😖 the child was playing - lying on the floor and he had a terrible allergy on his face, we arrived home and a day later everything went away. you walk barefoot, your feet instantly turn black. We spent 2 nights here in May. Our room was small but clean, warm and comfortable. Part of the hotel was under renovation so there was lots of banging and building noise. Location is good and we did lots of walking. The dining room was pleasant enough but the food was dull and all courses served at once which meant that everything was cold. The staff on reception were dismissive and unhelpful. We were told the internet was not working which we found out was not true and they refused our request for an envelope. There is no lift and there was no offer to take our luggage up to our room.

Stayed here with a tour group so no idea of the price. Double room was very clean and roomy, with space for a small round table and two chairs. The bed was only a double rather than a queen size, but was quite hard. The rooms appeaedr to have been recently renovated and space is available to fit a queen size bed between the fixed bed side tables. The hotel is rated as 3 star, but was very pleasant. Located on the main street of Suzdal, it has double glazing, so no noticeable road noise The room has individual reverse cycle air conditioning unit. Breakfast was plentiful, but basic. Hot breakfast was limited to a rice porridge, sausages and scrambled egg. Cold meats, cheeses and fruit were available. Pancakes with jam were also available. A fixed menu meal was provided for the tour group which had three courses, salad soup and meat and potato. Basic, but tasty. The waiter staff appeared inexperienced and meals appeared before the previous course had been completed. Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance.

We were booked into this hotel as part of out Grand Tour of Russia package sponsored by East-West Tours. We stayed there one night after having spent three nights at a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Moscow. The hotel is rated three stars, but was a bit of a let down. The heating system cycled off and on all night and was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep. No one at the front desk understood English. My effort to get a second pillow was completely frustrated by the inability of the desk clerk to understand what I wanted, even with the use of gestures. Another problem with the front desk was that they didn't have any cash on hand. When I tried to buy two 30-ruble bottles of water with a 500 ruble note, the desk clerk was unable to make change. Contrast this with the Courtyard desk clerk in Moscow who cheerfully changed my 5,000 ruble note into smaller bills. Finally, most of the salt shakers in the dining room were empty -- one could see that they were empty because they were clear glass. I had to visit four tables before I found a salt shaker with salt. If I had a choice, I would try another hotel in Suzdal.

This hotel has perfect location. It was easily to get the most attractions by pass. In the room there was free Wi-Fi. The room was clean, with new furniture and very spacious. I liked the work of staff and reception, they were friendly and professional. The breakfast was normal for 3-star hotel. The meal at the restaurant was tasty and fresh. Finally I liked this place, because the building of the hotel looked like an old mansion.
