For the first three days we were enjoying our holiday until some untimely teenagers arrived next door to us. During the two days we spent next door to these guests we had numerous disruptions both through knocking on doors and invading our balcony. The final...More
Room adequate, air-conditioning not particularly efficient. we asked three times at reception and finally when the lovely young lady dealt with this it was done. The other members of staff on reception where very difficult and unhelpful. Staff everywhere else where lovely. We were there...More
The hotel is a child of its age. Very 1980's with lots of brown which detracts from a good location and plenty of space.

Hello Paulina, it is truth. The beautiful hotel Dom Pedro Baia is about 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel is very professional and assists with excellent service. We wrote to the reception of the hotel beforehand and asked for the taxi. It is good to write the flight No. in case of any delay. The driver was waiting for us with our names. We paid 10 EUR directly to the driver. It was very comfortable and helpful. We did the same the day of our ruturn home.
I wish you a wonderful stay in Madeira! Hope you will love it.
