I spent the Holidays while visiting my family at Sleep Inn Lake Wright and it was an amazing stay. Rooms were nice and clean, great location near Outlet Mall and the staff was awesome. They all went above and beyond to meet my every need. There was a staff member named Kevin Brown who really stood out when my grand children needed extra assistance carrying luggage and bags and continued to check on our stay. Thank you Sleep Inn for making our Holiday Stay amazing.
I’ve been coming to this place for a year now and every visit is always pleasant!!! Staff is really nice and professional. Rooms are very clean . Front desk manager Chanel is always very helpful and professional. Highly recommend sleep inn as number one go to hotel .
Very nasty hotel the rooms and hallways aren’t cleaned! There was food left in the hallway, the rooms and hallway reek, and there are ROACHES!! i went to use the restroom at 2am and saw roaches in the bathroom, after being disgusted i decided to go back to bed, after 15 minutes i began to feel something crawling on me, i turned on my flashlight and discovered baby roaches in the bed!!! The doors are also very thin so you can literally hear everything going on outside of the room at 2am. Don’t come here...
Long story short, our first room was infested with Roaches. Roaches! And when we demanded a refund at 12am when we noticed uninvited friends we were told a manager would be in, in the morning. We were then moved to a double room that smelled of must and mildew. Large stains on the carpet and very minimal cleaning. One of the worst experiences I have had.
As I was traveling back home from visiting a friend in Philadelphia, I decided to drive here to visit another friend for a day. He suggested this hotel as I was looking at other ones in the area. I went with his recommendation because he had stayed here a couple years ago when he was interviewing for a job in the Virginia Beach area. The first impression I had was not a good one as I waited in a LONG line in the lobby area, waiting to get into my room. Apparently, Sleep Inn and Quality Inn share the same from desk, with a counter on both sides of a middle divider. There were many people waiting in line on the Quality Inn side, and no one on the Sleep Inn side. So I got in line over there, figuring one person was trying to do both hotels. Sadly, there was NO ONE at the desk to help about 15 people waiting for help. Finally, after another employee called someone on the phone, a lady arrived to try to help all of us. She went to the Sleep Inn side, which now had a line of 25 people. My friend I was visiting happened to be waiting with me in line. He said something to the lady about all the people on the Quality Inn side who had been waiting a MUCH longer time than the Sleep Inn side. She said that she could not wait on that side because their rooms were not ready. Oh? It was after 4:00 P.M. So, I went back over the the Sleep Inn side because that is the hotel I had reserved a room for. It took a VERY LONG time before all of us were waited on, and the poor patrons on the other side had to WAIT for this one lady to help us. I was NOT IMPRESSED! Where was the person who should have been waiting on the guests for Quality Inn? I will say the lady who was trying to help everyone did a good job and went as quickly as she could. She was nice though. The bed was very comfortable for me to sleep in. The room was nice, overall. The shower door would not stay completely closed as the latch on the side was missing, allowing water to leak out into the bathroom floor. Not my worst visit to a hotel by any stretch of the imagination, but certainly far from my best experience. I always heard that Choice Hotels were supposed to be a cut above the rest, even in the Wyndham Chain. I have had better experiences there than with Choice Hotels.…
