Nice hotel, position is good as right on the beach. Extra attention is required in the restaurant, both on menu and service! Overall a pleasurable stay, we shall return. Also used the spa facilities, good service.

Nice design though poor F&B for 5 Star. The rooms (we had an 75 m² familiy suite) are very nice, reduced design, no frills but somehow also boring and a bit unemotional too, all in all, we had a very nice holiday

Nearly everything perfect, but not cheap. Very friendly stuff, only at breakfast sometimes too long waiting periods for the service. Nevertheless a perfect place for your holiday with your family, espacially when you have younger kids.

It was my first time here, it’s Italian “Ibiza “ according to friends from Venice. I couldn’t find any analogy besides both places are surrounding by Tourists and located by the sea. Hotel nice but overpriced. Gigi was suffering with too long distance to promenade with all giggioso restaurants

Dear Signor Giggoso, thanks for your feedback. Although I'm not so sure you have visited us, I'm terribly sorry and apologies if we were not able to be "Giggioso"... Nevertheless, should you have the opportunity to visit us again, be assured it will be my priority to set the hotel in this Giggioso style. Thanks again and looking forward to the pleasure of welcoming you soon, Alessandro Fichera - General Manager

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for five nights in Jul-Aug, and booked the half board option using the Hotel's website. The had a 10% discount, probably due to pandemic, and also offered vouchers to be spent at the hotel, with the values depending on the duration of the stay. They adapted very well to the current situation, asking people to wear masks in all common closed areas, offering hand sanitizer basically everywhere, and asking people to share the elevator only with roommates (even though many people seemed to be taking these as suggestions only). The staff of the restaurant could not be more friendly. The speak Italian, English, and German, and they all remembered to talk to you in the language you preferred. The food was very good. The breakfast has many options, both cold and warm. The dinner has a fix menu, and also one with 3 option for each course that changes everyday. The dinner includes antipasto, first and second dishes, and finishes with a buffet with fruits and deserts. The food is very good, and the portions are generous. The bar team at the pool and the beach were also super friendly. The drinks usually took a bit long to arrive, but at least during the weekend the hotel seemed very crowded. The prices of the wines and drinks are high for Italy, but they are what you expect in this kind of hotel. The facilities of the hotel are nice and clean. Maybe some improvement could be made in the massage rooms. The one we use was quite bright, and also small for two people. The room we stayed was big, and had a nice balcony. It is a shame they are building another tower very closed to the hotel, because many rooms ended up losing a beautiful view. Overall we are very happy with our stay.
