Just back from a fantastic trip to Le Soleil. Such a well run relaxed hotel, set right on the amazing Jesolo beach. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area with great pool bar run by Chiara and Gino. Breakfast well organised and staff very attentive. Bruno particularly welcoming. It was our first holiday post CV19 and the hotel was really well set up to keep everyone safe and well. Look forward to returning. Thank you!n

We have just returned from a 10 day stay and honestly loved every minute. This is the best hotel in the area without a doubt. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and have beautiful modern showers and facilities. Whereas our original room, although very pretty, was very dated and not to our taste. Once we had changed rooms we could not fault a thing. The breakfast buffet is busy due to Covid restrictions, but the staff are working so so hard to make sure everyone is happy that you really do have to just be patient and understand that this is for everyone’s safety. The swimming pools are stunning and there is plenty of space to sit. They charge €10 a day per person to sit around the pool on a dumbed which includes a towel, although it is free to sit on the beach and there are plenty of chairs there too. We ate lunch around the pool every day. Both the service and the food was excellent. In fact everyone that worked in the pool area including the pool attendant, went out of their way to be pleasant and polite and could not have done more for us to make us welcome. We ate dinner in the dining room once or twice as they have a set menu which they show you at breakfast which you can pre-order from. This food was also excellent and very tasty. The location of the hotel is fantastic to reach all the surrounding shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel or to recommend it - it really is fabulous. The staff here are wonderful and work so hard under pressure. The only member of staff who needs to work on her skills is Barbara who hands out the coffee in the morning. She is the only loose cog in an otherwise very tight machine!

The staff here work so hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Olga at Reception is outstanding. The breakfast situation is not ideal but they serve people as quickly as they can and I never had to wait that long. Obviously it is is not the same as choosing what you want but they try really hard to help. Flavio by the pool is a real star helping sort out pool and beach beds. Cleanliness if all rooms is excellent.

We stayed at Le Soleil for a week in September 19. Lovely hotel by the seaside, balcony with sea view, clean rooms, town nearby etc. I had wanted to do a review but couldn't find the time before. But I remember that the breakfast was never any hot, just warm at best. Plus there was no fresh omlettes available unlike many other hotels. So I would only put the breakfast at just about avearge if at all. I must say however, the dinner more than makes up for the poor breakfast. 3 course dinner served at tables, waitor service. Only problem was that you got to be there on time. I remember the head waitor ('maitre d' as they call) called Bruno. I worry the man would die of lead poinsoing because he licks so many boots - but only of people he thinks important ….and mostly Italians ! Another reason I wanted to write this review is because of an incident which happened on Tuesday 24th of September. During the evening dinner, there was an Italian family seated two tables from us. An old man, his wife and an young couple presumably their son or daughter. I was looking at the old man as he appeared strange, looking up into the air, started shaking and then slumped into the plate in front. He shook a bit more and then stopped. I felt sure it was a seizure ! I rushed towards the table, told them I was a doctor and try to put the man on the floor and into a recovery position. I was getting into the ABC of resuscitation but the man seemed to be coming around soon. A waiter immediately joined to help me. He seemed very confident and knew how to deal with such a situation. In fact, I was so impressed with him that I thought he was probably more useful than me at that time. (By the way, I am a doctor in the British NHS - a paediatrician). The waiter had asked his colleague to phone the ambulance and stayed with the family until the paramedics arrived and took the man away. Just so that the management could perhaps identify him, I would describe that he looked like an Asian man and with a beard like a Muslim. The man certainly deserves praise for his timely action. And our friend Bruno was still busy licking boots! I spoke to the Italian family the next day who expressed their gratitude for my help. The old man never had fits before and so I guess it was a case of faint, especially as he was feeling unwell that day. He was on observation in the cardiac ITU that night but were hoping to be discharged later in the day. Overall it was a very nice holiday especially we loved the day trip to Venice.

We stayed at The Hotel le Soleil for 10 days & I can honestly say that it was superb. The food was excellent & of a very high standard. Loved the fact that we had the same table at dinner every evening, which was beautifully set and very good service. The bar staff were lovely, & very friendly. Breakfast was great & really good coffee. Having the same sun beds every day was brilliant & far better than searching around every morning. All in all we loved the hotel, the staff & Lido de Jesolo & we shall definitely go back.
