We spent one night at the Miami Hotel in Jesolo as to visit Venice for one day. Excellent choice. Clean, friendly 3-star family hotel with large, Air-conditioned, clean and comfortable rooms. Swimming pool! Most helpful staff and receptionist. Although I had erroneously booked for the wrong date, the hotel changed the reservation and accommodated us for no extra costs. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
The hotel was fairly basic and had good food but the location was brilliant. It was only like a 5 minute walk from caribe bay which is brilliant but also quite expensive. It was also down the road from the beach and next to lots of shops on the streets which we walked down each night. We sometimes went to mucca mia for ice creams, which is brilliant would definitely recommend. Overall, it was quite good.
We stayed here for a week during the off season and enjoyed our time in Lido Di Jesolo as we needed a break by the sea... The hotel is grand.... the rooms are basic and small but very clean! The cleaning staff do a great job as do Reception... the restaurant staff could learn from them... I have never come across staff who have such an issue with people turning up for their breakfast (which they have paid for) in a hotel... such a drama about sitting at the right set of tables with a particular coloured napkin and really giving us a very very bad feeling on the very first morning of our “Holiday”. It felt more like boarding school and the young male member of staff should be retrained in customer service as he was particularly grumpy and unkind. Can you imagine having to sit in the “bold” section on your holidays... well.. we did 😂 We were very glad that we were not taking dinner in the hotel if breakfast was anything to go by... Having said that everything else was great... the lights in the bar could be dimmed and in September there were a lot of mosquitos so bring spray but generally we enjoyed everything else. …
Hotel is spotlessly clean. This is thanks to the cleaning staff who work really hard, are extremely pleasant, courteous and efficient. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. Room although small was very nice. Facing north it definatelly did not require air con. The dining room is a nightmare. Tables are so crowded together that it’s difficult to actually reach your allotted seat (which you have to keep for the length of your stay). The dining room staff are generally very sullen, offhand, unpleasant and rude). They appear to totally dislike the English ( other nationalities get treated with so much more respect and courtesy. They also get served first without exception). Very poor customer service!, Food: Breakfasts were ok. The scrambled eggs may not look appetising but are really delicious, well seasoned and buttery. Good selection of other products but unfortunately no fresh fruit. Dinner was a nightmare. You have to choose the night before from a menu placed on your table. Pasta dishes were a disappointment considering it was Italy. However I can recommend the ‘ Ravioli with sage butter’ , delicious! Also I can recommend the ‘Palma ham with melon’. That’s about as far as it goes!!! Reception staff: 2 out of 3 ain’t bad!!! Yes, 2 staff were really good. Very pleasant and helpful. However, the ‘older lady’ I found extremely rude, unpleasant and unhelpful . She needs to realise that paying guests should be treated with courtesy! Bar staff: Also sullen and quite rude.…
We had a nice stay here, the rooms are basic but it's clean and comfortable so what more do you need. Food was fine, breakfast is buffet style with the regular cold meats, cheese and pastries. Hot section is bacon, scrambled eggs and beans (no sausages). Dinner has a salad bar that you help yourself to. Drink orders are taken at the table and added to your final bill. You select your food the evening before which isn't a problem really. When you arrive they will ask you to select what you want that evening. The bar has a happy hour between 6pm and 7pm Service was helpful throughout, and other than a faulty hairdryer we had no problems.
