We arrived at about 7pm to find the staff waiting to unload all of our luggage. They were all extremely friendly and helpful in organising booking in and guiding us to our room. The room was small but sufficient for our needs. Plenty of storage space and, like the toilet and bathroom, spotlessly clean. The only points were that the shower cubical was not very large and the bedside reading light wasn't. It was a fluorescent tube hidden by a panel located centrally above the bed, so if one or other didn't want to read before going to sleep they had this bright light above their head. The balcony might as well not have been there for it wasn't large enough to put a chair on but I guess it was OK for smokers to use.
The general decore of the room was quite simple but the reception and lounge areas were very pleasantly decorated as was the lower restaurant and bar. So far not really any significant problems.
