Because our heart is in everything we do! A little hotel in Jesolo Lido and right opposite, 16 apartments in Villa Elena and Villa Miranda just 100 metres from the sea, next to the Jesolo Lido pedestrian area. The hotel has been run by the Menazza family for 28 years: Giorgio, the dad, began this business, which is today carried on by his daughter Tania. Giorgio is no longer as involved as he used to be, but he's still ready to welcome you with his usual friendliness and directness, behind which is a big heart. This is Hotel Germania, where clients are called guests and often friends and where they feel at home. Our all-inclusive formula, the fun atmosphere created by our entertainment staff and the special attention to families means that our nickname is the 'family-sized holiday village' ;-)

I was on a tour that used this hotel. They served us dinner with a poor imitation of pasta followed by dry over cooked piece of chicken with a tablespoon of mashed potato’s. There was no soap in the bathroom, the heat didn’t work, and after 11:00pm they close the front desk and

Response from hgJesolo, Responsabile relazioni pubbliche at Hotel Germania

Very, very sorry for this severe review. Before answering, I wanted to hear every single person who works here, at the Hotel Germania, to understand what might have disappointed a person so intensely. Perplexed, above all, for all the 5 or 4-star reviews, received on Google, from other people and belonging to groups present in the Hotel in the same days. Everyone was very surprised by this inexplicable thing: the usual cleanliness, the abundant and genuine food, the courtesy and availability of every member of the Team. That is, precisely, the things for which almost all the Guests write compliments and gratitude, promises to return, even some occasional tears of nostalgia. However, here we have a Guest who was not happy. It matters little if the one complaining is not to anyone else. it is probably our fault that we were not able to bring smiles to the heart, in the soul of a person, of our Guest. Basically this is the purpose of a vacation: to give serenity, to help you see life, the world, your experiences with a positive and optimistic spirit. This time we didn't succeed. And it hurts. Not only the position of the hotel but the nice and clean rooms, exceptional staff (many thanx to Mrs Elisabetta who answered carefully to all our requests), the beatufull team in the hotel (special thanx to Mrs Alina and Teodora, the 2 romanians girls in the rooms services),

This is a great review: thank you! Many of our Guests express their gratitude towards our Team, but quite few get to take a note and remember the names of each one of them! This means that the relationship, during the stay, was cordial, full of meaning, rich in humanity and sincere desire to help the Guest. Because what makes our little Hotel special is precisely this: the dedication, with passion and joy for those who spend her vacation here. And receiving the sincere compliments, seeing the happy, serene and grateful look... it is a wonderful "fuel", to keep one's optimism, even in moments of greatest effort. Thank you so much, then. I sincerely hope to see you here, with all of us, in the near future. Tania Menazza

We checked into Hotel Germania as a group of three friends. Initially we booked a triple room, however when we arrived we were given an apartment which was very nice. It had enough beds for six. The only criticism of the room itself is that the shower cabin was very small and

A different review than usual. And smart, too: here we have Guests who are a bit ...perplexed by a really small kindness they received and by a charge, however minor, deemed not due. And they find the way to be objective, kind, even generous with the stars. In some ways even these encounters, although brief, give value and content to our work. Meeting people, common sense, fair, cheerful and ironic, ... not only colors our life, but gives us hope for our world. In this specific case, but it is just a tiny detail, breakfast was not ...included! :)) I do not know why there was this misunderstanding. That's why I wanted to check twice the booking made on booking.com Here is an excerpt: Number of guests: 3 adults Maximum occupancy: 3 guests Meals: No meal is included in the room rate. But just as our very welcome Guests have shown, the amount itself is irrelevant. I really hope to have you back here, with us. Because, as I said, it's great to meet intelligence, wit and sincere smiles. Thank you and goodbye! Tania Menazza

The first impression comes from the check in, and Hotel Germania distributes smiles and kindness to everyone- Special courtesy reserved to the youngest guests, high chairs, strollers, cots, etc.. It feels like being at home but very closed to the beach, with reserved sunbeds in

Thank you so much for being with us and writing this generous review! In which you have forgotten just an important element of the success of these summer holidays: our ...Guests! Without their availability, their desire to have fun, relax, feel good and recharge their batteries for the challenges that await them, ... none of this would work, believe me. We would only be one of the many clean Hotels, where we do not eat badly, but nothing more than this... So thank you so much to all of you, who are the true soul of this Hotel! See you soon! Thank you for being here, with all of us. Yes, the small bathrooms in some rooms have always made us suffer. Every year we allocate a relevant investment to restructure a full floor .It must be said that, for honesty towards the Guest, in every communication on our social media or on the website we write the precise dimensions of each room, so they can choose serenely. For the rest, we believe a lot in creating an atmosphere of joy, cheerfulness and fun. Animation, theme parties, sports and attention to adults and children. Good food and absolute cleanliness are a must for every self-respecting Hotel, naturally. Thanks again and ... goodbye! Tania Menazza
