for the money there is no other place like this..all included the sunbed , parking great location..perfect..we had just Breakfast and that was good too ..I would recommend this Hotel for sure but if You are looking for luxus this is not the right one for you..
just got back from our holiday in lido di Jesolo Italy, we had a 10 night stay at the Hotel President, Basic Hotel, our room and bathroom were quite small but met our needs, very clean, room cleaned and beds done every day, breakfast was simple and not to our taste as there were a lot of sweet cakes and little savoury but that is our opinion. All the staff from breakfast room, reception and bar staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful so complements to them.
Was disappointed that our desired hotel (Hoetl Delfino) lied to us and double booked so they sent us to Hotel President which they said had the same rating 4*. OMG this Hotel is old, rundown and smells funny! The furnishings incuding the rugs in the lobby look ancient and smell old, the lift is unstable and very bumpy, breakfast is cold (no eggs and bacon!) and no kettle in the executive rooms! The heating & aircon do not work properly and it is very noisy, so you cannot open your windows when you want to rest. It is also in a scary part of town and no proper street lighting, the view from our window was boarded up buildings! The only redeeming feature was the morden bathroom but Would not recommend
I am quite positive about our stay in Hotel President. The hotel is several kilometres from the central bus station in Jesolo, so from there it is best to get to the hotel by bus or taxi, because if you don't know the town it can otherwise be hard to find. The receptionists we met were nice and spoke sufficient English. The room wasn't huge but big enough, it was clean and certainly good enough to stay there for a couple of nights. The bathroom was small though that wasn't much of a problem. The hotel is very close to the beach, and at the reception you can get a card for free, which gives you the right to an umbrella and a couple of chairs on the beach. The hotel has its own pool, but because of the proximity to the beach we didn't use it. There is a free breakfast served every morning, it's nothing too special but still OK. There are also some supermarkets, and multiple restaurants in the area around the hotel. There is a bus stop immediately next to the hotel which connects to the central bus station, from where you can easily get to Venice. It's possible to buy bus tickets in some of the stores close to the hotel, which the receptionist pointed out to us. All in all, this hotel was pretty good.…
Room was clean but small,me and my boyfriend booked last minute the day before so price was ok. Area was boring so we went to Venice for the day and it was amazing would stay here agin just because of price and how close and easy it was to go to Venice. The dark haired lady at reception was very helpful with directions and boat/bus times to Venice.
Although it has been a few years since I stayed here, from the recent reviews it appears nothing has changed! Hotel is run down and very 70s, staff speak minimal English which made booking in etc very difficult. Room was OK, but no air conditioning, and there wasn't enough room to turn around without hitting a wall. Swimming pool was OK, however the walk way around it was tired and cracked. The food was vile, and unrecognisable, and the dining room had way too many tables packed in, which made the dining experience even worse! Overall, my suggestion would be to stay somewhere else!
We stayed here for 7 nights in july 2014.. The room was small but very clean. We had triple room, with a small bathroom and a small balcony with partial seaview. The rooms don't have fridge. The breakfast was ok (buffet), the same food every morning but enough. The dinner was very good, with menu, we had to choose the food with a day before. Also at the dinner there is a buffet with salats. The beach is very close to the hotel, 2 sunbeds an 1 unbrella are included in the price of hotel. The sand is very fine, the water was good and is not deep in first ~ 30 meters. Close to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel has also a free parking. We liked this hotel, for us everything was ok.
Stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel is very basic and needs renovation. Rooms are clean and airconditioned, bathrooms are very tiny. Breakfast was OK but food choice for dinner was a bit disappointing. Good location for quiet and relaxing holidays.
