We have just returned from one weeks holiday at the hotel La Fenice and Siesta in Lido di Jesolo, on the Venetian Riveria. This family run hotel offers a basic, yet comfortable standard of hotel accomodation. The rooms are an average size with comfortable beds, dressing table, wardrobe, TV, telephone, balcony (ours was large and faced the sea) and bathroom. The rooms and hotel are very clean and are looked after to a high standard by the staff that work at the hotel. We stsyed at the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis which proved good value. The breakfast is a buffet style continental option with cereals, hams, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruit etc and coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast is served until 930am and can get quite busy when the hotel nears maximum capacity.
Hotel La Fenice and Siesta is situated at the far end of Jesolo - near piazza Nember/Faro. Although at one end of the 'strip' the hotel is served well by restaurants, bars, tabacchi abd super-markets - all within very close proximity.
The hotel provides sun beds, umberellas and deck chairs on the beach - we never had a problem getting a sun bed and were thankful of the reserved area less than a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The beach stretches for 10 iles with beautiful soft sand all the way - it is a lovely beach which is kept very clean.
We found the hotel staff very firendly and helpful and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a basic, clean option for their holidays.

Great hotel for low cost holiday, but don't expect Ritz Carlton. Hotel rooms are very basic with equipment and decor from 90's, however cleaning service is everyday and very good. The size of the room and bathroom is very small, especially if you book an additional bunk bad for kids. If you decide a full board option expect that you will be just eating all day. It's very easy to skip one day and propose the half board only. Location to beach approx 100m and to Aqua-park 25min walk, the rest is dependent what are you looking for. I have to benefit the service, staff is very warm and professional for a 3* property, included of family of owner which is part of the team. Thank you for everything.

sorry, but breakfast with plastic fantastic cutlery & glasses for breakfast is for hotel with 3* really to much, only get bread if you order personally by waitress.
room is so small & you can not mowe in bathroom when u take a shower, there is really old equipment as well, only door & LCD screen are new one.it really shows the real face of mass tourism destination hotel in lido di jesolo, how the thing should not happening in the begining of the season.

Rooms have no decent showers. The shower is handing above the toilet. After you take a shower everything is wet. Water pressure is non existant.
Breakfast is average at best. Lots of bread and cold meat and a few eggs. If you don't show up early, all you will have left are scraps.
There are no electricity sockets in the room as well, unless you unplug the TV or go to the bathroom.

spent a weekend there. on pictures it looked much better. hotel is located in street filled with hotels and restaurants. rooms are small, with beds and bathroom from 80's. there is no place to put suitcase. bathroom is too small to move in. when you take a shower be careful not to flood whole room. food in restaurant is average.

We have just returned from organized excursion - the room was incredible small - just used some area next to the lift. The hygiene not good and practically no-where to put your suitcase. The best is the view and location near the beach. Sorry but I would expect such "3 star" hotel to see in Turkey, not in Europe.

stayed for 3 nights that included breakfast - for about £120 in total

Double bed, shower and small balcony. free wifi. breakfast was fine - cereals, cheese, meat, croissants, boiled egg, yogurt, many types of tea cofee toast jam etc. Really good value.

Less than 5 minutes to beach.
Safe key included

hotel has named sunloungers on beach included in their price

we stayed at end of season so the resport was relatively quiet - suspect it is heaving in peak season.

Lovely freindly helpful staff.

Woud recommend it - it is very clean but compared to UK it could do with a spruce up...but if they did that undoubtedly it would cost more.

Would recommend...out of season probably but then our children are no longer dependant upon us for entertainment

The smallest room and bathroom ever. While sitting on the toilet I can rest my head on the opposite wall. The window measures 40cm and leads onto balcony. Room is clean but dark. Lighting is pathetic, room needs to be repainted.

Sunday morning 7.30 AM expect to be woken up by the bass of the bar below. When asked at reception if they could start the music later we were told "Well your young aren't you".
