Directly opposite Terni Train station so very convenient, can't be missed/ easy to find, under 5mins walk away. Good, quick check-in; no help offered with bags. NO room info in room n English at least, though maybe in Italian - I couldn't translate - ref phone, wifi, services, amenities (although 8 foreign language channels listed for TV alongside warnings about... This hotel was close to the main railway station, bus stops and city area. The pool looked nice but the weather changed whilst we were there so we were unable to try it. Breakfast was the usual cut meats, cheeses and some pastries. We were charged 7 Eu for Room Service for 2 cups of tea when all we asked... More

Very nice confortable and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Free parking available. Would definitely use again if in the area. Went the their partner restaurant a few kilometres away under the staff recommendation. Very nice but quite formal dinner venue. Would have preferred a recommandation to a near by local restaurant in town.

This hotel is the perfect place for a short stay in Terni. A family visit led me to find this property. Its location is right across the street from train station making it ideal for a quick in and out trip. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel needs some modernization as the rooms and lobby are outdate.... More

The hotel is literally just across from the train station which is wonderful for travelers. Not a far walk from the center of town either. The hotel was clean, had a good complimentary breakfast, and great wifi. I stayed here with a friend for a quick visit to Terni and the staff was very willing to answer all of our... More

The hotel falls short of true 4-stars hotel, but remarkable exceeds typical 3 stars, But great position near main railway and bus stations, reasonable prices and helpful staff makes it almost ideal place for rest between trips to southern Umbria towns and villages

We checked in very late, after a long day. We were happy to find a clean room. The design however was a bit depressing far a way from 4 stars hotel. Old design (blue paint on the wall with ugly lights). Breakfast was rich and fresh, and the staff was very friendly. Recommended if you have to sleep in the... More

Very good location and good clean rooms. Could do with bit of modernisation but still had a pleasant and good stay. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and really convenient as it is across from the station. Nice and quiet area and offers free parking.

We stayed here for Valentine's day in Terni. Great location next to railroad station and very quiet. Located close to all events downtown and there was a "love train" from the center to go to the Basillica. Room was good and staff friendly but not as knowledgeable as I would have thought about Valentine Day events. Buffet was okay and... More

This hotel was amazing. We were in town for a marathon and were treated like royalty. Two minutes to the train station. Excellent location and great breakfast. Superb service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Stored our luggage until 6 PM at no charge. Great place!
