We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is difficult to find - and there isn't great parking. That said - it was great to be away from all of the noise and crowds located in the coastal towns. The hotel still had a great view, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet once we...

Dining: We spent three nights at La Sosta in June 2015 and wow weren't we in for a treat!! Food prepared by Chef Luca was amazing that we dined twice at the restaurant. Breakfast was also beautiful with lots of organic / local produce and house baked cakes / breads / condiments. The outdoor dining area overlooking the Liguarian Sea...

I loved the interior design of the rooms. The quality of recommendations for travel, transport and swimming was excellent. the food is regional and of high quality, so are the wines. everything is very quiet, except the church bell in the early morning. I like very much.

This hotel is such a treasure. We came from Venice which was hot and humid and stepped into the cool of the cinque terre region. Our train was delayed multiple times so we didn't get to the hotel until after 10 PM. Luca was waiting at the top of the hill to welcome us! We had a huge suite (there...

What a great place! It was a little hard to find...ok, more than a little...but once we were there it was perfect! What a view! Our room was large and well furnished with a very nice bath. We also much appreciated the free bottled water for our hikes. The setting for this place is right out of a postcard! It...

We stopped off here for a few nights on our way back from Corsica to Switzerland, and were so glad we did. Waking up to the sound of the bells pealing in the morning was magical and the smell of jasmine walking through the entrance after a day exploring the cinque terre was perfect. The room was far nicer than...

Perfect for a romantic stay - this wonderfully restored old Italian house is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful landscape with sea view and offers luxurious rooms. You can buy some good wine, specially selected by the owner. Very nice and helpful staff. Only the breakfast is not worth the price.

If you are young and not bothered by the remoteness, difficulty in finding the hotel, inadequate (or worse) air conditioning, but want a view of the Mediterranean, beautiful bathrooms, attractive rooms (not large but adequate), this may be the trip for you. The inn is close to the Cinqua Terre . But you must (underlined) have a car. Food and...

We spent three nights at La Sosta during a recent vacation in Northern Italy. Our reason for choosing this inn was its proximity to the Cinque Terre. La Sosta is in a very convenient location for those with a car. You can be in Monterosso al Mare (the first of the Cinque Terre towns coming from the north) or the...
