This centuries old estate has been converted into a B & B. The breakfasts were served in a common area outside and were buffet style with attentive service. They were very good. Our rooms were on the hillside (steep walk up and down) and the view of the small villages nestled in the surrounding hills was magical at night and...

A wonderful haven, a sanctuary away from the worries of life. With breath taking views, and beautifully decorated rooms and apartments from which to enjoy them. Share in and experience the the Ligurian pace of life, where every sense is teased and tantalised. A beautiful breakfast is served on the main terrace every morning, where guests can fuel up for...

My husband and I stayed here for Three nights. It is a very pretty setting in the mountains. Wonderful breakfast on lovely veranda. The owner and all the staff were very welcoming and informative. Even though it is a little off the beaten path, they have a shuttle into town and easy to access all of the towns of Cinque...

Agriturismo Villanova is a beautiful family-owned accommodation with gorgeous grounds and surroundings. Private, quiet, and serene in a beautiful setting, Villanova is also conveniently close to to explore all of the Riviera. The staff is beyond wonderful, attentive and accommodating. We arranged a welcome aperitivo which was generous and delicious...and then there is the breakfast buffet! Villanova is totally committed...

Once you have negotiated your way into the property through security gate, across a bridge and wait for a green light. You climb up a single track road and emerge at the delightful Villanova, with fantastic views. The traffic lights are essential to control the vehicles coming up and down. Alberto is a wonderful host, full of information about the...

Spent three nights here hosted by the excellent Alberto. The driving approach to AV is not too promising as the road leads past some light industrial buildings and the entrance sight is easy to miss. Once you have negotiated the gates and narrow bridge, with equally narrow uphill climb, you will find yourself in a different world. There are appartments...

We booked an apartment for 3 of us which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Alberto welcomed us warmly and was very informative about how to access the trails, what restaurants to visit in Levanto and how to get around generally. Walter ran the shuttle bus down to the beach or the station whenever we needed it and at night...

The owner and staff are friendly and first rate. Fluent English and a very cooperative attitude as well as cleanliness, outstanding buffet breakfasts and the view....did I mention the view. With fruiting trees, vineyards and the sunsets, a glass of wine and a mellow attitude are all that is needed. The location is somewhat obscure, being up a very short...
