Lovely people, accommodations and views! Highly recommend. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thermal heated pool was so relaxing. Wonderful breakfast and lunch. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were extremely helpful in arranging our transfers to and from the hotel.
We have stayed here three times and will only stay at this hotel when we are on Ischia. The 4 pools and the grounds are immaculate. Three of the pools have various water/jacuzzi type jets. All pools are nicely heated with thermal waters. Breakfast was lovely and with a view. Room were comfortable and had charm. The staff was the best! Spa services were excellent...we enjoyed a facial and massage. A great place to relax and in a good location to see the entire island. No restaurant on site for dinner but plenty are in the local area, a few good ones within an easy walk. Love, love, love this place!
We are staying in this hotels every year, because it is un Eden arounded by a wonderful garden and with excellent spa-pools few minutes from the see.You don t need to wear on,just cross the route in swimming suite, swimm and return to the pool and garden... Eva,Slovakia
Three swimming pools, great views , very well kept beach, excellent breakfast, but most of all: great staff. A place where they do everything to make you feel good, where every client is treated like a special one.A great experience
All was perfect, we are completelly satisfied. Rooms are clean, breakfest very well every day. All members of hotel staff are extremelly friendly. All pools are super clean, also whole hotel area. Perfect is alsou organization of our transfer from and to Napoli International Airport.
We had a fantastic time staying at Semiramis Hotel de Charme. The accommodation was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and watching the sunset over the ocean from our balcony. There were also lovely local restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very helpful too, organizing a boat trip and car rental for us. Would recommend staying here for relaxation.
We have traveled to Italy many times and always enjoy our time there, from the North to South and many places in between. We had never visited Ischia; many Americans are not familiar with this island in the Bay of Naples. So we did our research and came across Semiramis Hotel de Charme. My wife and I spent 12 glorious days there in August 2019. We took the superior sea view room on the top floor and the view of the bay and surroundings were picture perfect. The service and hospitality was excellent, from Luisa and Marecca at the front desk, to Ilaria at breakfast and lunch, and Teresa, our housekeeper. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, with interesting plants and fruit trees, and different pools that offer different settings. A short walk to the beach on Citara Bay, many wonderful restaurants close by, and easy transportation by bus or taxi make Semiramis a great location. Great value for the money, we plan on visiting again and highly recommend it! Trip typeCouple · Vacation…
The grounds and upper pools are nice along with associated lounging areas. The lower pool is really dirty and grotty. The manager/receptionist was helpful and pleasant. No restaurant at the hotel and those within walking distance are dire. The breakfast food was mediocre at best. Like everywhere/everything on Ischia this hotel is seriously overpriced. Again with hands out for pool towels etc. Plus a new twist - purchase of compulsory bathing caps. Very very poor Wi-Fi signal/speed. Not enough power points in the room. Won't be returning to Ischia nor this place.
This hotel is in a great location - the beach is across the street and Poseidon is a 5 minute walk. There are also very good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The waking path for a different hotel, that sits high on the hill above, goes next to the Semiramis property. It was easy to read the faces of the tired guests as they trekked up and down that hill, that they wished they had booked their stay at the Semiramis. There is also an expert gardener on staff. The variety of plants and trees and their placement is very artistic. The pools are wonderful, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly.
My husband and I stayed at this little family run hotel for a week at the end of June. It is situated in a quiet location only 50 metres from the public beach and within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants which overlook the sea and beach and with some outstanding sunsets - you can even book a table actually on the beach which is very romantic! We stayed in a sea view room which was outstanding, clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The breakfast is subsantial with ample choice to suit every taste and can be eaten on a delightful balcony overlooking the sea with gorgeous views. There are four pools, three of which are only available to over 16 year olds and set in the most wonderful 'hanging' gardens, which also has a spar. The 3 pools are what you would class as affinity pools and overlook the sea - they are idyllic and each one boasts an area for massage with the jets/jacuzzi which operate every 10 minutes for 5 minutes. The bar area offers salads, fruit and snacks from 12 until 3, but there is no restaurant for serving an evening meal, but this is absolutely no problem because of the number of excellent restaurants very nearby. The staff are outstanding and so helpful, they cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. They even arranged 2 trips for us to Pompeii and Vesuvious and a round the island boat trip with local companies - I can thoroughly recommend both trips. We had never been to Ischia but we certainly will be back to this lovely island and this amazing hotel - cannot recommend it enough!…
