Terrible experience. Double room with two single beds close together, very uncomfortable for sleeping. Small balcony overlooking the main street separated with a simple bamboo divider. Hotel does not know 4 stars.. Terrible service in the spa. We had a mud mask included in the trip, but the dear director replied that I had to inquire beforehand to receive the service and not on the penultimate day of my stay, telling me that it was also a service offered. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, the pools clean and equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, transport to the beach convenient for schedules.
