"We were guests of the Hotel Terme Park Imperial in Forio d'Ischia for 4 nights from 24 to 28 September in half Inn treatment. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the bus stop that allows you to move easily around the island. The center of Forio is still easily accessible even with a nice walk. The structure is very well maintained, clean and fragrant and has an outdoor thermal pool with sun loungers and umbrellas with a bar open from 10 am until late evening and an indoor thermal pool. The hotel's cuisine is good, with the possibility to choose from a buffet of vegetables, bruschetta, omelettes, salads and then a choice of three first courses, three main courses and fruit or ice cream or cake. And then you can stay at the poolside bar, enjoying a drink, a liquor, a cocktail, twice a week also enlivened by evening entertainment with live music and the chance to dance. A special thanks goes to all the staff, from the reception, to the restaurant, to the bar and to the staff that takes care of internal and external cleaning, all always very kind and professional. Structure highly recommended"

We stayed in this hotel with 6 people for 5 days, two doubles and two singles, full board. The receptionist staff is very professional and kind, the waiters are helpful and quick, the buffet is good and the meals are good. The rooms are well looked after, the cleanliness is more than sufficient, in my opinion the internal swimming pool should be heated no more than 35° while the external one remains chilly. A piece of advice, the poolside bar is poorly stocked, it would be better to enhance it more and in my opinion it needs an additional bar in the hall area. Overall great environment and great hotel. The costs are fair, I hope that prices in the future do not undergo upward variations. Highly recommended. Danilo

We stayed at this park hotel from 25 to 28 July. Following a mix-up between the agency and the "first" hotel where we arrived (in which for over booking there was no room for us) the agency moved us to this beautiful property, where we felt welcomed in a wonderful way. I state that we were 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 12).
The spacious room (although it was a triple to which they added a bed) but still very large, a very large terrace overlooking the sea on the bay of Citara spectacular.
We made half board, you can choose from time to time whether to have lunch or dinner (which is very welcome, not found in other facilities). The restaurant offers a buffet service with different types of vegetables and various delicacies (as appetizers) and then choice between 3 first and 3 second courses at the table, and finally choice between fruit, dessert and ice cream. The beach is about 800 meters, along a downhill road, pleasant on the way but absolutely heavy on the way back. The hotel has a very fast shuttle service every half hour until 19. Very nice driver.
The pool area very large and well maintained, bathrooms, showers and changing rooms spotless. The well-kept outdoor spaces. It is a real park hotel, because there are many buildings located around the pool with lots of rooms. We were in the main building, where there is reception and restaurant. All the staff available.
What about we had a great time and definitely will be the reference hotel for our next holiday in Ischia.
Anyway, it is a 3 star.... But let's say it could also aspire to a 4th star.

Five of us stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly, especially the waiter and the lady at the pool bar who were very helpful and looked after us very well. The chambermaid was also always friendly and kept everything very clean. The pool is huge and therefore never too full, there are enough loungers. Unfortunately, the bad habit of blocking loungers with towels in the morning just because you are there for half an hour at some point during the day has spread here too. This is a disgrace and I take the liberty of removing towels if loungers are not used for hours. On the other hand, it is just a few minutes' walk to the sea and also to the Poseidon thermal baths, which are expensive but you can spend time in many different pools and enjoy the thermal water. If you are a good walker, you can also manage the 2 km to the center of Forio, where you can do some nice shopping and drink coffee. If you are not, you can take the bus, which stops right in front of the hotel and, although it is sometimes an adventurous journey, takes you to all the important destinations on the island. The only criticism was the evening meal, where the variety of options was not fully exploited. The main courses always seemed to have the same sauce and the same side dishes. The starters were generally good, the buffet with starters was very extensive and good. If you want to eat very well, go to the nearby L'Arte, really recommended! The pizzeria on the beach below is also tasty and relatively inexpensive. The reception staff are helpful and Claudia comes from Germany and solves all problems. We would come again, but 1,300 km by car is quite a distance.

The hotel does not make it easy to give a summary review. We vary between 3 and 4 stars.
The hotel makes a very well-kept impression, although you can't miss the age in different places. The rooms are clean and are cleaned neatly and reliably. The Terme / Pool are noteworthy, a very nice complex with a nice pool bar. The therapy pool (indoors) should also be mentioned in praise. The hotel is not particularly central, but does not matter, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. Up there you can easily reach all Things to do and locations.
The assessment becomes problematic when one looks at the gastronomy. The breakfast buffet is probably typical Italian, rather unimaginative and exactly the same every day. The multi-course dinner consists of a larger buffet antipasti, a hot starter (choosable from 4 but always very similar) and a main course (also selectable from 4). For dessert there is fruit or ice cream (in a plastic cup) or a piece of cake. In our opinion, most dishes were very weakly seasoned, partly lukewarm and began to repeat themselves after a week.
The service staff divides into two groups, one group is friendly, funny and customer-oriented, the other is cunning, unfriendly and stressed. The dining room has the charm of a factory canteen, bare, cramped and incredibly noisy.
Depending on which part of the hotel you are staying in, the two weekly animation evenings can be quite annoying, very loud music until after 11 pm.

Three star hotel with excellent value for money:
Although dated, the structure is very well maintained with a well-kept garden. The pool area is large and functional with an adjacent bar area at affordable prices
Meal area: very diversified breakfast in the sweet area, little choice in the savory area. The trays are always replenished. I have no experience with lunch having always eaten out. Dinner: large buffet of raw and cooked vegetables, well presented and of good quality. The menu always offers 3 first courses, 3 second courses and fruit and/or desserts. Right portions and good quality. The structure has parking and a shuttle service to the nearby Citara beach. Good level of room cleaning with frequent change of bathroom linen. Helpful and kind staff

We booked, via AeroVacante agency, a double bed room with see view and balcony, and we get a multiroom acces terase instead of a private balcony, facing hotel roof. You could see far away the see! See photos! Cleanness was good-as it should be-food was horrible and not fresh prepared, restaurant was in fact a noisy canteen!
Hotel location was on the hill, you have to walk a steep road to it(or downhill).

Dear Guest, thank you for your review! We regret that your stay was not entirely appreciated, however we would like to emphasize some aspects. At the time of booking, we told your agency (lastminute) about the accommodation, that was the only room available and was with terrace shared with other rooms, but probably they did not communicate it to you. However, on our site you can find this information. The strength of our structure is the strategic location on the road (information available on the site and also communicated to the agency) and we also have a free shuttle during the day that reaches the beach that is just 600 meters. Finally, it seems to us incorrect the observation on our dishes, as they are all prepared at the moment, are fresh and appreciated by our customers. Hoping to have the opportunity to host you again next year, we wish you a good day!

A nice structure, in line with other good quality accommodation in Ischia. In practice it is structured like a small village, with rooms equipped with balconies and / or terraces arranged along paths surrounded by well-kept plants and flower beds. It also has various facilities including swimming pool, spa etc.

The thing worth mentioning is the friendliness of the staff. In general in Ischia during the summer I have always found friendly and kind people, and here I am no less!

Another positive thing is the location, just an avenue above the citara beach and then the Poseidon Gardens.

The hotel and its price is perfect for a 3 star hotel. The crew was nice, friendly and professional. Location is not perfect, since it is bit far from Forio center, and Forio's roads and sidewalks are not so safety for a walk, especially with a 4yo kid, thus we had to catch a bus (however the Hotel has a shuttle to the beach of Citara). You can have a room seaview, even if the hotel not on the seaside. All in all you will get what you expect.

My friend and I stayed at the property for a week. Clean rooms and friendly staff always available. Varied breakfast and large vegetable buffet for dinner with first, second and sweet / fruit served at the table. Shuttle service to Citara beach included and bus stop very close. Great experience. A big thank you to the very kind room staff.

Yes, there is the Wi-Fi available in all the rooms. Don't expect a very high speed connection though, because the bandwidth is shared among all the rooms. We went in the middle of August 2016.
