The hotel is located at the top of a rather challenging complex of narrow winding hillside roads. It has a lovely aspect and the staff are very welcoming, the facilities are homely rather than luxurious but given the price very good value. The hotel pool is a separate business but relatively inexpensive with simple meals. It has a good local...

Despite the hotel being difficult to get to, this experience was one of the most memorable ones. Cava de Tirreni was a beautiful town with friendly people that would be willing to help any time. The hotel owner was very hospitable and was willing to pick us up from the train station when we were unable to make it there....
