We stayed as part of a half board package, The rooms are lovely, in an Italian style. Many have balconies and from the back you can see the original Roman villa that first occupied the site. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are self service with a wide variety of choice. Dinner was 3 courses with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian options for the first two courses with a pudding, fruit or ice cream to finish. The chef had the knack of making beautiful pasta sauces which added to every meal. The restaurant and lounge are delightfully appointed. We noticed that people from other hotels often came to eat at this one. as did several locals. The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach and coastal ferries and near the bus stop. There are also a lot of beautiful walks to nearby places most of which involve quite a lot of steps so that you can burn off the calories from the lovely meals. the hotel is spotlessly clean and whilst Minori is a small quiet place it is ideally situated for visiting all the tourist spots along the Amalfi coast by the frequent water buses which give you a splendid view of the coast as you travel. We loved it.

Hotel's Favorite
I found Minori the perfect city to come back to each day while exploring the Amalfi coast and the Hotel Lucia like family. Impeccably clean and comfortable w staff willing to do anything possible for me. I had a room on the back w a terrace tho they showed me others to choose from. Language a bit of a hurdle w a few but not a problem w patience (not much English anywhere in this town). Restaurant closed for the season, but excellent suggested alternatives and a referral to the best massage of my life. Prices 1/2 of what I saw in Amalfi city and even Maiori. Highly recommend if you like small, local, attentive.

I had a very enjoyable stay on my recent trip to Amalfi. The hotel was very clean and elegantly decorated, giving you a homely feeling. It's within walking distance to the beach and public transport. The staff members were very friendly and helpful making me feel welcomed. Special thanks to the wait staff Marco who always greated me with a big smile and patiently help me choose what to order at dinner time as well as all the local tourism information. I would love to stay in Hotel Santa Lucia again!

We returned home yesterday following a short break on the Amalfi Coast with Hotel Santa Lucia as our base. We travelled as a group of four friends and all of us loved this hotel. On arrival we were greeted with the most warm and friendly welcome and although we were too early to check in we left our bags and went off to explore Minori. On our return check in was open and off we headed to our rooms. I was in room 103 and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was large, light and airy, beautifully decorated and we found lots of extra little touches which made our stay very comfortable. We also found that we had a street facing balcony which I sat out on each evening before bed just watching the world go by. The road itself is noisy though once the doors are closed, the room was nice and quiet - no sound problems at all. Breakfast was decent enough, offering a range of items and it was nice to be sat inside the terrace area. Each evening we sat in the bar and enjoyed drinks before heading out to the town. The drink selection is good and lovely bar snacks were served. There is an option to sit inside or outside with cosy evening lighting. The location is perfect. The beach and the jetty for boat trips are just a 5 minute walk away. The bus to Ravello and Amalfi stops right next to the hotel and all bars, shops, restaurants and even a small limoncello tour are within a few minutes stroll. Minori is a small town in comparison to its neighbours and it was so lovely to return to this sleepy town each evening following our days in the busier towns of Capri, Positano and Amalfi. We found the Hotel Santa Lucia to be a fantastic place to stay. The hotel was Impeccably clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were always greeted with such a friendly attitude and smile and the staff here were amazing, although our Italian is very poor, we never had any issues communicating in English. A huge thank you to the staff, you really are superb and if we do return to the Amalfi coast, I will certainly return to the Hotel Santa Lucia.

Fantastic hotel - incredibly clean, close to everything and decent breakfast. Staff were great and helped us book a trip to Pompeii with guide (note- entrance to Pompeii is separate). Definitely will be back!
