Well located hotel, only 3km from Tropea. Hotel is beatuiful, spacious, silent and clean. During our stay there were not much people, so you can rest as you wish. Nice and well-kept garden, lot of plants and flowers. Views from the terraces are stunning. The only point which can be problematic for other, that there is no sandy beach. For us it was perfect because there was only few people with us next to the sea and sometimes there were only me and my friends. There are green "terraces" with sunbeds. Very nice, served by waiters, food. Only breakfast was for self-service. Breakfasts were similar, but tasty, with fresh fruits and they have very tasty bread also. For lunch and dinner you can choose day by day among 4 propositions for 4 courses. Staff kind and helpfull. Very nice stay.

So much potential in this hotel, but we had a bad experience. There is very late check in (16.00) and we arrived a couple of hours before. We asked the staff if they had a room for our lugage while exploring the area. They did not have a room for our lugage, so it just had to be stored in the middle of the reception. When we got our room it had a bad smell, the bathroom (especially the shower) did not look clean. Our aircondition did not work the first 24 hours of our stay and we had to visit the reception 2 times before it was fixed. When we checked out early in the morning we found the nightportier sleeping in the reception and we had to wake him up to check out. All in all, not the best experience on our trip.

Not even sure where to start with this hotel…we just stayed 1 night and very glad that we did not stay longer. The hotel is in a nice location, but since the hotel is build on top of a cliff, it is a real hike to get the sea. The hotel describes that they have a beach and access to the Mediterranean, but in reality there is no beach at all, and getting into the sea for a swim is nearly impossible. Just all huge boulders, no sand to be seen. (I’m not joking,..:this is not considered pebbles but massive rocks) This should really not be described as a beach! The rooms are okay and specious. Air conditioning worked well, but be aware that the hotel has multiple levels and no elevators to get anywhere. Difficult to get to your room with suitcases and no bellhop to help. No Wifi in the room available, and TV channels are only limited to Italian ones. No international selection. Reception staff is friendly and willing to help out! Breakfast is really bad, even for Italian standards. Coffee out of a machine (in Italy), juice of our a machine and poor selection in general. Grounds are not maintained and it looked that the grass had not been cut in weeks. We even found a rusty old motorcycle that seemed to have washed up on the rocks. Overall very poor experience and would not recommend to stay there. Plenty of other hotels around!!

Just returned from a very lovely and relaxing stay at this hotel. The grounds were really beautiful and it was nice to have the option to sit by the sea rather than just the pool. I would recommend a prestige sea view room, as you can watch the sunset each evening which was amazing. The room was spacious but the TV was rubbish with no basic English channels. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was nice but quite limited and so it got boring quickly. The only Real negative point was the access to Parghelia town. There is a long, windy alleyway at the side of the hotel that connects to the town and includes walking through tunnels and lots of the pavements are broken. Only parts of it are lit up so you will need a torch at night and it’s not suitable for pushchairs/ wheelchairs etc. We also saw a snake twice whilst walking it! The only alternative to this is crossing a motorway which is obviously highly dangerous. I really hope management sort this out and at least make this walkway safer and more accessible as it was the main downfall of the hotel.

Dear Guest, we thank you for the nice review, one more reason to keep the level of services offered at our Infinity Resort Tropea high. Our televisions have more than 30 carefully selected channels in Italian and 10 in English, in addition to those in German, Spanish and French. The street that connects with the center of Parghelia is public, therefore not our property. We constantly report its maintenance to the competent authorities and we thank you for your very useful testimony. We look forward to seeing you soon for an even better stay at Infinity Resort Tropea! Kind Regards, Hotelmanagement

We have just returned from a lovely week at the Infinity resort - thank you. The staff were all friendly and work so hard to give you a good holiday experience. The surroundings are kept really clean and tidy and the dining experience was excellent. Fir those who like to explore further into Tropea, the hotel can organise Francesco to drop you into town and pick you up for a small fee - worked really well for us. One of the dinner guests behaved really badly towards one of the waiters this week raising his voice with little consideration for the other diners, but that was his bad manners and the staff dealt with the situation professionally. We certainly had no complaints at all. We hope to return in the future.

This place is a gem in the south of Italy, clean rooms, beautiful location, private beach, you name it .... unfortunately we’re in the south of Italy, where places are to dream of, but majority Of people are lazy. Yesterday we were at the pool and tried using the jacuzzi area. We asked a couple of the guys working at the bar by the pool to turn it on. The answer was they didn’t know how to and today was the life guard Day off !!! So basically people could not use some of the amenities, he middle of August ( busiest time of the year), because the life guard had a day off ! Anyways, best hotel/location that I found so far in my trip riding my motorcycle in the south of Italy

All in all it’s okay.. - The breakfast (every day the same) - The hotel as such (has already seen its best times) - The staff (the reception is super friendly, but the waiters are really inattentive, you have to actively ask them for a coffee!) - The pool area (super clean pool, but no music, the bar is never occupied, again you have to engage proactively if you would like to consume something) - The “private beach” as they call it (not really a beach just a very rocky access point to the sea and not comparable with all the other beautiful beaches in the area around) As I said you can perfectly summarize the hotel experience with the word OKAY. We’ve never tried the restaurant because we read the bad reviews before and everything that can be consumed in the hotel is super expensive.. we always went outside to eat and drink. What is really a pitty is the location.. it’s quite tricky to get around from here, I would recommend a Vespa or a car when staying here. Though the hotel offers free bicycle rental BUT you have to be aware that these are bikes in desperate conditions. And the path to the different locations is really hilly! We made use of the bikes, but it’s a real hassle! You can also take the train from Pargelia to Tropea, the station is very close, but the trains do not operate often.. that’s another annoying thing - without a car or a Vespa you are always dependent on a taxi which costs you 5€ per person for one way.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review about our hotel services. We are sure that you should have tried our Restaurant, which is characterized by dishes made with top quality food and an excellent value for money. The Infinity bay is one of the most picturesque corners of the entire coast of the gods (Costa degli Dei), as can be seen from the images published on our website. Our customized walking bikes are available to our guests free of charge. Logically, if you want to ride on busy roads it is advisable to use a road bike or a motorized vehicle. The hotel is situated in an excellent position, just 2 km away from the center of Tropea. We are waiting for your next stay at Infinity Resort Tropea! Kindest Regards, Hotel Management

Wow... what a beauty so far from everything. The resort itself has a great location. The view to the sea is really stunning. My room was a superior one. Totaly satisfied. The garden and the pool area is really beautiful. Breakfast is acceptable. Not a big shot but it is OK. The resort has a private beach but it is not the best to use. Long way to get down to beach (going up back will be really tireing :)) and it is very much rocky. Staff is kind however don't seem to be too much professional. Allow me one feedback to the hotel management: if there are people around the swimming pool and it is 30C and sunshine, put one staff to the beach bar. Nonsence that you can sit at the beach bar for half an hour without amyone asking what do you want to order. Guys you leave money in the guests' pocket that they want to spend! Anyway all in all this is a perfect place. I loved to stay here and would come back any time.

We stayed here for three nights and although the hotel is beautiful the staff need to be trained better. My daughter and I ordered drinks by the pool one afternoon and after an hour I had to go searching for staff to see where our drinks were . Once I found her she said she had forgotten. We have travelled through Italy quite extensively and I'm not one to write bad reviews but the time we were here wasn't as pleasant as other areas we have been. The rooms are small and our television was on a side wall that made it hard to see. A bit disappointing....
