Evening wait staff in restaraunt were quite friendly...and helpful"......car park underground....some rooms are quite a walk from the elevator which might b difficult for elderly or those with a lot of suitcases....so if this is a problem...you might ask for a room closer to the elevator

Stayed here on Friday 23rd September 2016, arrived at around 10.00 - 10.30 pm. The Receptionist wasn't very welcoming or helpful. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Very friendly Bar Staff on Friday night, however I enquired from a male standing by Reception, (not sure if he was management of security), where the smoking area was and he just pointed... More

Stayed here for one night , Sunday 11th September. After leaving the hotel on Monday I realised I left my kindle under the pillow. I rang the hotel and asked the receptionist if they could send someone to my room and collect it for me ,however they rang me back and told me it was not there ,in the days after... More

Great customer service front desk let us check in early. Hotel has recently updated and loved the joining rooms. Beds need to be replaced and could use more pillows. 15 minute walk to tram that takes to city center. Not bad if you wanna save some money by not staying city center.

True Comfort in Ireland, great big breakfast and the most helpful of staff. Great location close to the tram stop into the city center. I would defiantly come back anytime to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Dublin.

Really suprised that this is a four star hotel. We stayed in a family room which was very small. The decor was tired and grubby. Desperately needs updated. The room felt very claustrophobic and was extremely warm. The air con didn't work so they had put a fan in the room which barely made a difference. We had to keep... More

This hotel was rather dated and eclectic in its décor. The room was clean, but hot. A table fan and window that barely opened did little to circulate air. The hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to check in at an hour earlier than most would and we appreciated that. The breakfast was a good value and offered hot... More

In spite of booking months in advance at full rates we were given non AC rooms on lower floor. It was pretty hot.view also horrible.could not open windows due to security reasons. And staff was not at all helpful in solving our issues.my sister had to go twice to the reception asking for a table fan.Apparently upper AC rooms were reserved for... We had originally planned to go to Joel's which is next door but we decided we would check out the menu in the hotel. The place was buzzing with lots of customers and staff. We explained we we really only going to have look at me menu and if it appealed we would stay. She brought us to lovely table... More

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times, so we know our way around the hotel, normally staying in the same room. Check in was efficient with Sophia. When we entered our room it unfortunately smelled of smoke (134) , there was a sign in the room highlighting a €50 cleaning charge. I called back to reception to advise of... More
