This hotel is not as bad as the 2stars suggest. Business trip and just a one night stay. The Red Cow is a decent big hotel with all you'd need for working locally, but they are currently building an extension and my room was overlooking it. Unfortunately the workers had knocked out the water supply before 7am that morning, so... More

Lovely hotel, good rooms and bar not too expensive. Pub next door had good food/breakfast. Only downside is that it's not within walking distance of Dublin centre. Tram takes about 20 mins, but 15 minute walk to tram stop. Would probably choose a different hotel if go as a couple, but if a few friends would be better to share... More

stayed here mid week with our 3 year old daughter. It was a last minute decision and we were so pleased with the hotel. The check in staff (Jason!) was so friendly without been annoying and he even kept our child entertained with a lolly! room was clean and quiet considering that there is major renovations going on. Service of... More

We stayed two nights from Friday to Sunday. The hotel is currently undergoing building work and refurbishment. I didn't know this when booking and I probably would have booked elsewhere had I been aware of this. Although , the rooms are immaculate and very comfy. It's the first hotel we've stayed in where the rooms were not over heated. The... More

Really attentive staff although at times this can feel a little overpowering. Good food and portion size although menu could do with updating. What we ate was good though. A few veggie options. Wine list is limited although quite a few beers on draught. I wouldn't have thought it was a place for a quiet romantic meal but I might... More

Large corporate style hotel normally packed with business men and women. Has everything you could need on a business trip. Friendly, welcoming staff. Bedrooms are very good and suites are available. Decent evening menu in the lounge and probably the best room service menu I've seen in a long time. Excellent breakfast but the breakfast room can be very crowded... More
