Had occasion to be in Dublin last week and having used the Luas I had a ‘Few hours to Kill’. Unfortunately I need reliable WiFi but it wasn’t available so I reluctantly had to travel closer to my next appointment at 4pm.

Best hotel in Ireland out of all those we stayed in over our three week holiday. We went back for another two nights. Don't know about food as it was a little above our budget. Decor is delightful . Very comfy beds.

Really depends upon mode of transport and time of day. By car 20-30 minutes. You cold take Luas into city and bus/walk/taxi to stadium but you'd need to allow a bit of time. Match day traffic can be quiet busy

There are a variety of room types at the Red Cow Moran Hotel to choose from and these include double, twin, double & single, triple and family. I would advise specifying your preferred option when booking.
