Detailed Reviews
This was our second island stop on our honeymoon and I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay than the Cyano Suites. Michalis offered top notch customer service from start to finish. He picked us up at the port, checked us in and also gave us a run down of the island and some of his favorite spots. The room was perfect and tucked away, with a stunning view of the Aegean, but also a hop skip and jump from the old town and all of the restaurants. Bonus points for the big stand alone bathtub, so nice for relaxing. Complimentary wines, local liquors and even a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon was provided and just the perfect added touch to a phenomenal experience. No request was too big or small. The rooms were cleaned and replenished each day and the breakfast was perfect, with options for any taste and a great coffee/espresso machine. We toured a good bit of the island and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. This is the easiest 5 star review of our trip so far. Thanks so much to the whole staff here for making our visit to Naxos so memorable.

Imagine having a luxury hotel room without paying the price. That is the reality with Cyano suites. Michele, the owner, built a beautiful building with attention to detail. Of course, there are no luxury services as a big hotel, but the room is beautiful and Michele service will make up for it. This is excellent value for your stay.
The breakfast is served some meter aways (around 7 minutes walk) in the sister hotel. Breakfast is truly Greek. It is local, nothing fancy, but authentic and delicious.
The location of the property is excellent. The view is amazing. If you rent a car won’t have any problem to park it. There are small stores close. This is a gem.

Everything went very well from check-in to moving into our suite.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with home-made pies and everything you could wish for. It was a short walk from the suite, but I don't consider that a problem and it was clearly stated in the description.
Naxos city is a 5-10 minute walk away, and there was a parking spot directly in front of the suite.
All in all a perfect experience.

From time arrived, Michael made our family of 4 feel welcomed. He stayed to show us around our grand suite plus share key restaurant recommendations plus other sites around old town plus island. We used many of the recommendations. Our grand suite was honestly beautiful. Well appointed and all
the little touches including complementary wine bottle. Just wonderful. The view from our room is breathtaking. Felt like a 5 Star Suite. We had a small walk to main hotel where a homemade breakfast is served daily. Another wonderful treat including a cappuccino machine that was appreciated by our teens. Location is only 5 minute walk to Apollo Door, the main port, including old town with many restaurants. We couldn’t recommend more this for a stay in Naxos.

Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed and really great view of the sea and of the ruins of Apollo’s temple. There is a fantastic buffet breakfast with a range of delicious sweet and savoury house made pastries and pies, and fruit salad, yogurt , cold meats, tomatoes etc. It is served at the associated Ariana hotel a couple of minutes walk away. Walking out from the room - whether to breakfast or to the town necessitated navigating a short but steep lane so not brilliant for anyone with balance or mobility issues. The Cyano suites prove a taste of Cycladic architecture but in this instance (Suite 3) it included a couple of steps within the room up to the bed /bathroom level which were very close to the end of the bed so you need to be careful in the dark or after a few drinks! Very well located for a visit to Naxos - a short walk to the old castle and Chora and it’s winding narrow old streets packed with restaurants and tavernas and shops; similarly close to the port and the waterfront cafes. There won’t be many places with as good a view, which are also quiet and so close to the town. Michael was very helpful with luggage/port transfers and also arranges care hire.

I stayed here for about six nights recently and had an excellent time. It is very close to the port and town but far enough away that it feels peaceful. You can easily walk from the port but they will come pick you up regardless! They are very kind and I think upgraded my room without even telling me, that was a very nice surprise! I was traveling alone and they were available to answer any questions I had as well as store my bags once I checked out. The rooms are absolutely beautifully done, very very clean and well decorated. The views are absolutely stunning, I honestly don’t feel like the pictures even do it justice! Considering what you get for the price?? Very very much recommend you stay here.

The room we had was very spacious. All was exactly like advertised. The interiour design is awesome, with natural materials. The hottub was very nice with a view on the sea. The concept of illumination is also something special to mention, it allows you to create every athmosphere you like. The host is very nice and the breakfast with homemade pies is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place and would book it again without any hesitation.

The hotel is truly fantastic!! 🤩🤩. Very well located, a few minutes from the port and with a beautiful view of the Porte d'Apollon. We were in the premium suite: very large, with quality equipment (there is even a jacuzzi in the room! ☺️). Breakfast (served in a hotel, a few meters away) is plentiful, varied and very good. The staff is smiling and attentive. One of the best hotels we have stayed in! 🤍💙

+1
What a fantastic place this is! It is owned by a wonderful family where they go over and beyond for everything! Our Premium Suite was spotless with a gorgeous view. We had 3 small balconies, 2 bathrooms, oceanview from the King bed, cell charging ports next to the bedside, and a huge oceanview jacuzzi! What stood out the most was the AMAZING full buffet breakfast every morning. Homemade with many items from the families gardens and farm. Top notch and we highly recommend!! Thank you for a perfect stay.

Lovely boutique hotel in great location with amazing staff
The owners are incredible. Helped me with much luggage. Arranged tours. Advised on dining. Provided incredible breakfast all home cooked. And changes daily.
This is an example of a family business who cares to make you happy. You will be.
